The Alpha's Return

"Not everyone is as rich as you. I only have one place that I can take you. That's going to be my pack base. You might not like it.", Michael warned Lucas as he lifted Lucas up and let him lean on him.

"It's okay. You are a much better judge of character than I am. All I can do well is kill.", Lucas laughed.

"Why bring up the past?", Michael winced. He dragged Lucas to the car, and let him sit in the back seat. Lucas just fell onto the whole back seat, covering it with blood..

"All of it is going on your bill. With the Moon drops, it's going to be quite hefty.", Michael joked.

"You know that I can pay. Just shut up and drive. It's going to take time to recover. I'll pay it all in one go. How much can it possibly be. I saved up quite a lot over the past few decades.", Lucas sighed and said weakly.

The car grunted as it moved backwards, back the way that Michael had arrived. Soon, they pulled up at a huge ware house of sorts. It was truly huge, and had a huge wall as a perimeter. Michael stopped in front of the gate, and he rolled down the windows.

"Who are you. This is private pro- Oh! Boss! Please come in. Sorry for disturbing you.", voices came from outside the car. The gate opened slowly, and the car went in smoothly.

"Looks like you built yourself quite the nice place. You better be careful though. I will be immobile for the next few weeks, basically. The asshole Peter laced his claws with wolfsbane, a particularly rare variant that works especially on Pure Bred Alphas.", Lucas warned Michael.

"Careful? Why?"

"Peter wants to take over the entire Brooklyn area. If he gets my actual pack to join, then you will be the only one who can face them. Looks like we have to get the old batch back into the city.", Lucas said with a hoarse voice.

"The old gang? Are you mad? If all of us come back together again, then the association is definitely going to come knocking again. Even what I am doing is just a favor for an old friend.", Michael replied.

"I have a lot of things that I want to take care of after killing that son of a bitch. A lot of things. First drive in, I need some first aid. I feel like shit.", Lucas said, coughing blood.

Michael pulled up the car, and got off the driver's seat. He opened the door and helped Lucas out. Lucas saw a lot of people outside just working. They were doing something, but Lucas did not care. Michael brought him inside the warehouse. But, it seemed that the warehouse was a facade. The inside, or at least the place where Lucas was taken, was a good suite. But, the bed was not where Michael laid down Lucas. He just stopped holding Lucas anymore, and Lucas just dropped down on the ground.

"Can't afford to let you ruin my good sheets. Wait here, I will bring over a nurse. Better if she does the first aid. I don't trust my hands.", Michael said as he left the room.
