The Blue Eyes

Kris's figure was still standing tall. The color of the fur was still the same, his body size was also still the same, but the aura that surrounding the body was much different. Not to mention his different eyes color.

His aura was much stronger than before, even stronger than Kevin and Mario's. Jack's scratch mark on his left shoulder had also disappeared without a trace. Now Kris looked like a werewolf monster that had just been created.

Kevin and Mario were both stunned by Kris's drastic changes. Kris's aura intimidated them strongly. Even though Mario's body was still bigger than Kris's, he knew very well that Kris's power was far above him. What really happened to that man?

"Kevin," Kris suddenly called out to the scientist, making the white-haired werewolf monster look at him timidly. "Do you see a large tree near the back gate? Get up there and sit comfortably. Now it's my turn to settle some past grudges with that creature."

The white werewolf was dumbfounded by Kris's words. He was confused, but not long after, he immediately understood what Kris meant.

Even though Kevin was still afraid of Kris's new form and didn't know what happened to his lover, but he chose to obey. He walked past Kris, and finally, he got a chance to glance at Kris.

'Is he really Kris?' Kevin wondered inwardly.

Kevin finally arrived at the tree. When he was little, he and little 'Kiss' used to play in that tree. The scientist smiled, but then he remembered something. He turned to Kris again.

"Kris, can I transform into a normal human? I don't think I can climb the tree in this form."

Kris facepalmed. His face, which was flat and cold before, immediately changed a hundred and eighty degrees after hearing Kevin's innocent question.

"Just transform into the anime boy form. That form is stronger than your human form."

Kevin glared at the words 'anime boy.' He suspected his lover to have some anime fetish or something.

But Kevin didn't protest and immediately changed his form to become the 'anime boy.' After finished changing form, the young man quickly climbed the tree in front of him.

Kris glanced at Kevin for a moment and smiled a little seeing how Kevin sat on one of the tree branches while swinging his legs like a little kid. Ah, he wanted to finish this quickly so he could directly 'attack' his lover later.

Kris's monster figure finally returned with a cold and dark expression. He looked up and saw how a black cloud formed above them. He was the one who created the cloud with his power.

Opted to ignore the cloud, Kris raised both of his hands, and two white lightning bolts emerged from them.

Lightning usually was formed when electrons at the base of the cloud were attracted to the protons in the ground. The accumulation of these electric charges must be large enough to overcome the insulating properties of air.

When that happened, the negative charges flowed down towards the high point where the positive charges clustered due to the pull of the thunderhead. The connection was made, and the protons rushed up to meet the electrons. It was at that point that we saw lightning and heard thunder.

But, in Kris's case, he could create lightning because the formula created by Joseph in his body allowed his body to produce his own electrons and protons so that the two types of charges could attract each other and create lightning.

Kris's lightning power didn't frighten Mario, though. The red-haired monster laughed loudly instead.

"You think you can beat me with lightning?" He asked with disdain. "That won't work because Professor Joseph has designed my body to be like a lightning rod. I only need to stand on the ground, and the lightning that strikes my body will immediately sink into the ground."

"Are you sure that you are standing on the ground now?" Kris's question made Mario reflexively stare down at the layer of soil that was covered with green grass. "If you want to find the answer, then I can help you."

Kris immediately ran over to Mario with a pair of white lightning bolts in his right and left hands. His movements were as fast as light, much faster than his previous ones. Mario didn't have time to dodge, and Kris's lightning stroke his right and left shoulders.

It turned out that the 'ground' he was stepping on was not really ground, and the lightning that flowed through his body didn't immediately proceed to the grass-covered layer.

After he was done with his 'experiment,' Kris retreated another five meters and observed Mario, who was barely stung by his lightning. The voltage wasn't much, but Mario's shoulders were a bit scorched by his strike.

With horror, Mario looked up at Kris, then he turned his gaze around. Jeez, how could he forget this place?!

"Yes, you're right. The whole 'ground' in the backyard, even the bottom of the swimming pool, is all made of iron."

Kris's words made Mario swallow his saliva frantically. Kevin, who was a few meters behind him, also looked shocked.

"Beneath this 'ground' is a secret prison created by Professor Joseph in 1980, which he used to lock up the first generation of werewolves, including my father. He was still unclear about what to do with all of them, so he temporarily set up an iron dungeon behind his own house."

Mario didn't seem surprised to hear the fact. He knew very well the ins and outs of the professor.

It was Kevin who looked really surprised. How could his father hide the monsters in his own house? It happened long before he was born, so it was natural that he knew nothing about it.

"There's a secret door in your parents' laboratory in this house, Kev. That door connects the laboratory to the prison down here. Other than the prison, there's also another secret laboratory inside. That's why you didn't find any important things when you visited their laboratory with me a while ago."

Kris seemed to understand Kevin's confusion, so he added a little to his explanation.

Moving to Mario, he finally realized that he was at a disadvantage. The red monster intended to run away, but Kris quickly ran up to him and kicked his body away.

Mario immediately got up and threw a red fiery fist at Kris, but Kris caught his fire fist. And not only that, but blue flames started coming out of Kris's palm. The blue flames 'ate' Mario's red flames, and it continued his action by burning Mario's hand. The flames devoured Mario's right hand!

Mario screamed in pain and dragged his body away from Kris, but Kris continued walking towards him with a cold gaze.

"I forgot a little, so please remind me," he said in a chilled tone. "How did you kill my mother seventeen years ago?"

Mario kept walking backward and finally, he hit his back against the wall. "I-I shot your mother's heart," the man stammered.

"Just that?"

Mario looked more scared when he saw Kris's red-blue eyes turned brighter, and the red-blue aura grew stronger as well.

"I-I kicked your mother's body, stepped on her, spat on her, then shot her to death!"

That was Mario's answer, and the next second, Kris copied the actions.

He kicked the red monster with all his strength, then stepped on him, and spat on his face. Mario could only lie helplessly while leaning against the damaged wall.

After he finished letting out his anger, Kris walked back a few steps and said, "I don't have a gun to shoot you now, but I have a better weapon to kill you."

Kris lifted his right hand towards the sky, and very strong positive charges came out from the hand. The charges provoked the negative charges at the base of the dense cloud above them and began to emerge fluctuation at the base of the cloud.

A gigantic thunderbolt formed in Kris's right hand, which connected to the base of the cloud. It was no ordinary lightning. The lightning was white in color and surrounded by extremely hot blue flames. That was his ultimate weapon that even Joseph didn't know. That was Selena's masterpiece!

With a cold expression, Kris aimed the deadly lightning at Mario's body. And Mario's screams were heard when the white lightning with a high voltage surrounded by the hottest blue flames struck his body. A very hard strike and the blue fire burned the red monster's body until it vanished leaving no trace.

After seeing that his revenge was avenged, Kris immediately fell on his knees and cried woefully. His form had transformed into a human again, and his eyes also turned into a brownish color.

Kevin immediately jumped down from the tree and ran towards his lover. The scientist immediately hugged Kris and brought his lover's head against his chest. The young scientist also returned to his original form, namely a black-haired human with a pair of dark eyes.

"It's over, Kris. Thank you for keeping your promise by ending this war quickly."

Kevin cried as well. He couldn't believe that they finally defeated the monster.

The heavy rain poured down on the Earth, wetting the faces of the two men, which had been wet with tears.

It's over now. Kevin hoped Blue also succeeded in overcoming the obstacles she was facing, and he also hoped that his mother would succeed in defeating his father and return to the city safely.

Unfortunately, the scientist didn't know that at the same time but in a different place, on a nameless island far from the city, the rain also soaked the dry Earth.
