As soon as the whole class heard the one peculiarity out of all the voices, they went silent.

They knew whose voice that was, deeply engraved into their minds since this morning. Even though they knew already, they still turned their heads slowly.

The handsome man stared back absentmindedly at those who were looking at him.

For the second that the handsome man looked at them specifically, they fell into a daze. However, once his gaze went away, they quickly snapped out of it and analyzed the situation.

This handsome man... is Zhou Lei? You must be joking with me!

Even if he was absent for two days, we could still clearly remember his appearance!... barely...

But! It was a fact that he was very fat, and he had a very annoying high-pitched voice! There is no way that this man is Zhou Lei!

The teacher was also thrown into confusion. This dreamy prince, Zhou Lei?

Therefore, she just marked Zhou Lei as absent, added another Zhou Lei to her list, and marked him as present.

She was satisfied with her own explanation, when the handsome man suddenly proved her wrong.

"Teacher, I was absent for two days, so I don't have homework..."

"Ah... yes, yes, absent for two days... huh."

The teacher quickly scrambled through all her files to search for a student other than Zhou Lei that had been absent for two days. There was none.

Now, this man that was claiming to have been absent for two days, whose name was also coincidentally Zhou Lei, made the teacher very confused.

She thought that this man was a transfer student that the higher-ups had just forgotten to inform her of. Who knew that he would say that he was absent for two days?

If he had claimed that, there would be no way that he was a new student.

"Yes, ma'am..."

"Then what was last discussed?"

Aside from being their homeroom teacher, she was also their Math teacher, which was always the second subject every day. Because of this, she could ask this handsome man some Math related questions.
