The Bullsh*t System

In the path to reach a training area.

"So, how did you know I was in that mansion?" Puzzled, Shu Himo had to ask.

Smiling mysteriously, she replied, "There is nothing that I, Aura Azusa, don't know."

[It was obvious that she knew, with the scream the User made yesterday anyone in the residential area already knows it.]

'Oh.' Upon realization, Shu Himo felt happy, that is how anyone should introduce themselves to a new residential area.

*Vroom*

After hearing the sound from traversing the portal, Shu Himo, Phylia, and Aura Azusa found themselves in a new area: Around them, there was only a plain that extends itself to the horizon, as if there was no limit to it.

Now that they reached the training area, Aura Azusa began to explain to Shu Himo about what the training will consist, "We will now fight for a whole hour against each other to improve our combat style, reflexes speed, and physical abilities. This means we can't use neither your exploding formations or my highly area-destructive magic spells."

Acknowledging the training method Shu Himo nodded, but then turned back to look at Phylia. "Phylia, what do you want to do?"

Pondering for a moment, Phylia chose not to train, "I prefer to watch the fight from afar and study any aspect of it, thanks for worrying about me, master."

Nodding, Shu Himo patted her head, "Okay then, if you change idea tell me anytime."

Smiling, Shu Himo turned around, watching Aura Azusa, "I'm ready, feel free to start anytime."

Hearing that he is ready, the air around Aura Azusa quickly changed as she chanted, "Space Shift."

The space in the area seemed to morph, and Aura Azusa abruptly appeared behind Shu Himo while chanting, "Lightning."

From her hand, a light made of electricity appeared, that a moment later immediately shot toward Shu Himo.

Against the lightning, Shu Himo did not hesitate at all and promptly used stacked [Hopper_x2] toward his right, dodging the attack. Turning around toward Aura Azusa, he then smiled and took out his scythe, "This fight is the second round, unlike last time, I will not just defend."

The pressure emitted by the scythe initially startled Aura Azusa, but she quickly calmed down as if it was merely a normal weapon.

The eight hidden teachers, frenzied at the sight of the sinister scythe, couldn't help but complain, 'How is it possible?' They screamed to themselves.

Normally even taking a single cursed weapon is considered extremely dangerous... however, not only did Shu Himo have the violin, he even has a scythe!

Why does it feel as if Shu Himo can have as many cursed weapons as he wishes? Since when did taking cursed weapons became so easy?

Feeling the threat from the scythe, Aura Azusa did not dare underestimate it and promptly chanted, "Space Shift."

Reappearing about five meters at the right of Shu Himo, she then chanted, "Darkball."

In her hand, a small black ball formed quickly, giving an eerie feeling even to the teachers. She then threw it toward Shu Himo as if she was trying to throw a normal ball.

Not daring to underestimate an unknown spell, Shu Himo promptly used stacked [Hopper_x2], but this time he jumped reaching over ten meters of altitude and abruptly turned around, using another [Hopper] to dash toward Aura Azusa from mid-air.

Meanwhile, the darkball quickly advanced its path until it reached the same location where Shu Himo was earlier.

*BOOM*

Exploding, the darkball quickly expanded to three meters in diameter, but an instant later quickly narrowed itself until it vanished as if it never existed. Anything that the darkball earlier touched was destroyed, leaving a small hole in the ground.

Seeing that Shu Himo evaded the attack Aura Azusa smiled as if she expected it. Pointing then her hand toward Shu Himo, she chanted, "Lightning."

Since Shu Himo used all the stacks of Hopper, normally he would have no way to evade the attack, but since she is using the Lightning magic spell, Shu Himo smirked, 'You can't image how many experiments I did with that spell, something like this is nothing!'

Promptly taking out a silver rod, Shu Himo threw it toward his left, resulting in the deviation of the lightning's trajectory.

Having evaded the lightning, Shu Himo finally reached Aura Azusa and was about to slash vertically with the scythe, but the latter calmly chanted, "Ice Shield."

Abruptly, around Aura Azusa a sphere of ice formed, acting as a defense from Shu Himo's attack.

Expecting that the ice would stall Shu Himo for a moment, Aura Azusa quickly backed off, but what Shu Himo did is something she did not expect at all.

Putting back the Scythe in the storage, Shu Himo stomped with his feet on top of the ice sphere, crushing it.

*Ckrr*

He then smiled, 'The Hopper's uses are recharged.'

Now that [Hopper] is usable again, he rushed toward the retreating Aura Azusa using a stacked [Hopper_x2].

Meanwhile, startled by Shu Himo's behavior Aura Azusa immediately chanted, "Air Bomb."

Suddenly, a small sphere of compressed air appeared in front of her, and exploding, it sent both Aura Azusa and Shu Himo flying away.

*Frr*

Sliding one moment on the ground with their feet and then stopping, they both looked at each other and grinned, this is so much fun, they thought.

The fight continued in a stalemate for a whole hour, not proclaiming any winner, but both felt that the gains in fighting experience were worth the effort.

The entire plain is now full of holes and sign of destruction, giving a completely different feeling from an hour ago.

A moment before going away, Aura Azusa looked back at Shu Himo, "Do you want to continue tomorrow?"

Hearing her, Shu Himo was stunned, it wasn't already obvious? "Sure, let's do it daily!"

Hearing his reply, she slowly walked away, silently sighing in relief as a sweet smile grew on her face.
