Xavier is taken aback by her confident answer and wonders with equal confidence "Why don't you get that bow from Eros by yourself? Would you mind that, My Lady?".

Maya "…" Honestly?! He wants me to go near that beast? ANNNNND to do what?!

Xavier chuckles "What happened to your eagerness of learning Archery now? Are you scared? You sure can do many things at a time, don't you?!".

Maya looks at Eros and lets out a deep breath.

'Should I ignore him? No, Maya. He would think that you are really scared! Huh? I am really scared…'.

She mentally knocks herself and purses her lips helplessly 'Do not let your respect down in front of this arrogant Prince! Show him what you can do! Wait.. What can I do now?! I should do something-'.

Maya gasps remembering something and smiles 'Bhommi?'.

"Sister Maya!! I am glad finally you called me!! Why don't you keep me with you always like that human servant girl?! I am better than them, aren't I?!'.

Maya rolls her eyes hearing an ecstatic squeal from Bhommi and rubs her temple in embarrassment.

Maya notices Xavier's smug face and screams mentally 'Can you keep silence and hear me once?!'.

Maya throws a fake smile to Xavier which made his confident smile to vanish. She walks forwards shattering Xavier's previous judgement of Maya and orders in her mind 'Bhommi, I don't know what you will do. I am taking the bow from that beast in front of me and you will make something so that that beast does not harm me!'

"Huh? Wait! Sister Maya. I think I didn't hear you right"

Bhommi appears right in front of Maya and looks around "I don't find any beast here! Are you asking my help in grabbing the bow from that horse?!".

Maya nods solemnly ignoring Bhommi's displeased face.

Bhommi gets irked and crosses her arms in disbelief 'Someone said something very true! The servants abilities are truly suppressed by their Masters! Here she is asking my assistance to grab a bow from that pet-ty horse! How bothering!'.

Maya creases her eyebrows and turns to see Bhommi stomping her foot in anger. She looks Xavier's smirk broadening and turns towards Eros instantly 'Are you going to help or should I do this myself?'.

Even though she uttered the words boldly, she couldn't be at ease. She climbs a small rock and jumps down to the ground where both Charles and Eros are standing.

Bhommi flies next to Maya and rolls her eyes reluctantly "I will help you with this once but Sister Maya! Please do not disrespect me by giving these small tasks next time!".

Maya nods with a small satisfied smile and asks eagerly audibly as Xavier couldn't hear her now at this distance "What are you going to do? Magic?".

Bhommi smirks and claps her hands smugly.

Maya gets shocked seeing the place stopped … making sounds… She turns to see Xavier standing still and gasps in horror seeing Bhommi "How are you doing this?!".

Bhommi shrugs "I have some skills that you would not even imagine of. Now grab the bow and show him how brave you are!".

Maya notices Bhommi rolling her eyes at speaking the last sentence and asks "Did you just mock me?".

Bhommi mutters "As if I did something wrong… Sister Maya, I thought you would be the bravest girl on the Earth! Look at you..".

Maya gulps seeing Bhommi's genuine sadness and disappointment.

'Was she thinking so highly of me?'.

Bhommi frowns "Did you think something now? Why can't I hear you? How are you doing this?!".

Maya purses her lips and asks hesitantly "You thought … I am the bravest?".

Bhommi nods repeatedly ogling at Maya and declares "I never saw you getting scared of anything.. actually.. except one thing. But why are you suddenly scared? What happened to you, Sister Maya?".

Maya too wonders realizing the change in herself "I too am thinking the same thing… I wonder why I suddenly feel this way. Something has changed in me and I am fearing everything recently..".

Bhommi asks mockingly "Is it because this horse belongs to that Man?!".

Maya ".." That man? The Crown Prince?!

She tries to keep an emotionless face but fails miserably in front of Bhommi "I will not fear him anymore. And for his horse… I do not fear-".

Bhommi giggles "Is that so? Why don't we check ourselves? I will remove my spell and let you prove me!".

Maya "…" The nerve of this girl! Is she helping me or annoying me? What should I do now?! I thought this girl might help me! Instead she just challenged me!.

She recalls Bhommi's words about thinking her as 'the bravest girl on the Earth'and twitches her lips "Remove the spell!".

Bhommi "…".

Bhommi gets out from her shock "What? Sister Maya-".

Maya states looking at Eros seriously "You heard me!".

Bhommi claps her hands and Maya heads towards Eros confidently 'I should defeat the fear in me. I should not let this grow'.

She stops right next to Eros and forwards her hand towards the bow.

"You don't have to, My Lady. Let me help you".

Xavier is impressed by Maya as she didn't let her self-esteem down even though she is scared. He knew very well how scared she was to face Eros before but she still refuses to admit her defeat.

Maya scoffs forwarding her hand nervously "Let it be, Sir. I will take the Bow myself".

'I will win this double challenge-".

HORSE NEIGHS

As soon as Maya held the bow, Eros lifts his front legs and starts running fast in bewilderment.

Before realizing anything, Maya has already grabbed the reins and she is cling on Eros to prevent falling on the ground harshly. She couldn't process anything in the moment. But when she got her wits back she was already heading towards the Royal Palace.

'This is the way.. back to the Royal Palace!'.

Bhommi who was floating in air beside Maya, irrespective of Eros speed speaks worriedly "My magic is not working on this horse, Sister Maya!".
