#175 - Something is wrong
The three children Wolverine mentioned are Franklin, Valeria, and Yang Le.
That's right, Yang Le is not even twenty years old. In the eyes of Logan, who is almost two hundred years old, he is just a child.
"Speaking of this, I have a question," Yang Le looked at Logan and asked with a puzzled expression.
"What is it?"
"Didn't you feel puzzled at the time? Why was Galactus fixed in a human form?"
"Isn't that a characteristic of the Devourer of Worlds? According to different observers, the form he exhibits is also different."
Logan felt strange. Everyone knows that Galactus is a shapeshifter. Could it be that Yang Le doesn't even know this?
"But he was already dead at the time," Yang Le's soft words stirred up a huge wave in Logan's heart.
"You mean..."
"It seems we've all been tricked."
Logan was about to speak when he was interrupted by a voice that suddenly broke in. The two turned around and found Mister Fantastic Reed, who was standing behind them with Franklin in his arms.
"Hello, Mr. Yang Le," Reed extended his right hand.
"Thank you for helping our children."
"It's what I should do," Yang Le shook hands with Reed.
"Thank you so much," Susan also grasped Yang Le's hand.
"You saved all of us," the Thing looked at Yang Le with gratitude in his eyes, but because of his stone body, he didn't rashly approach.
"Words can hardly express our gratitude," Johnny stood behind his sister, winking.
"If you have any difficulties, feel free to ask."
"I will," Yang Le said with a smile.
After exchanging pleasantries for a few words, Mister Fantastic Reed said with a serious expression.
"Let's save the pleasantries for later. We still have a lot of things to do, including sorting out the beginning and end of this incident."
The gathered heroes all felt that Reed was right. It was certainly gratifying that the crisis had been temporarily resolved, but there were obviously still many doubts and they couldn't relax their vigilance.
"We need a place that can accommodate a lot of people," Reed said, his eyes unconsciously looking at Tony.
"I know, I'll go prepare," Tony said, closing his mask, obviously going to find a suitable place.
This place is not easy to find. After all, there are a lot of superheroes here, and ordinary places can't accommodate so many people.
"It seems our billionaire will have to prepare for a while," Reed said jokingly.
"Before that, everyone should go and take care of their own business. I believe you all have people you want to reassure. We also need to prepare and I will contact you again when I'm ready."
In fact, everyone had long been eager to return. If it weren't for the responsibility on their shoulders, they would have left long ago. Now that Reed had made arrangements, they were naturally happy to do so and said their farewells.
"Wait a minute," Franklin called out to everyone at this moment.
"Because I was afraid of causing panic, I erased the memories of ordinary people. Please don't reveal this crisis to ordinary people."
It must be said that Franklin did a very good job. The crisis of the end of the world for several years, those who died at the beginning were fine, but if they lived in this environment for several years, they would definitely be affected, their hearts would be distorted, and they would become antisocial personalities.
For example, those who sacrificed their own kind to zombies are the best examples. The rest cannot be said in detail. In the absence of constraints, intelligent creatures are indeed the most unpredictable things in this world.
Mephisto glanced at the human world and felt that hell was not worth mentioning.
Reed didn't speak, just patted Franklin on the shoulder, and a sense of pride arose spontaneously.
As expected of my son, this move can reduce a lot of trouble.
If everyone recovered with their memories, it would be questionable whether the order established by humans would be useful. Reed didn't want to have to solve internal troubles when there were external threats.
The heroes expressed their understanding and then left one after another. This time, no one stopped them.
"Alright," Reed looked at his family behind him.
"Mr. Stark still needs to prepare for a while, let's go home first."
Tony saw that Reed had become a hands-off manager and just shrugged. In fact, he had already found a place, but he wouldn't stand up to be the bad guy when everyone wanted to go back to be with their loved ones. He was a scumbag, but he wasn't stupid.
Anyway, Reed said that he would be responsible for notifying everyone, and he had already prepared the venue and it could be used at any time. His task had been completed, and the next part was Reed's responsibility.
Besides, he also needed to relax.
"Mr. Yang Le," Reed looked at Yang Le.
"I heard from Little F that you are from another universe and probably don't have a foothold in this universe. Why don't you come back with us."
"Yes," Susan said with a smile.
"It's also a way for us to thank you."
"Then I won't stand on ceremony," Yang Le agreed with a smile.
"Trust my friend," Johnny put his arm around Yang Le's shoulder familiarly.
"Not everyone can visit the Fantastic Four's residence. You definitely won't be disappointed."
"Although Johnny is exaggerating, he's right this time," the Thing said with a simple smile.
"Hearing you say that, I'm even more looking forward to it," Yang Le said.
The Fantastic Four's residence and base—the Baxter Building—is indeed a famous Marvel landmark.
Yang Le had already been to Avengers Tower and Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, and now there are not many famous hero team bases left in Marvel.
And the Baxter Building is undoubtedly the most famous one. Even if it's just for a photo opportunity, it's worth him agreeing to.
As for how Yang Le and such a large group of people would go back, there was no need to worry about this at all. Franklin chose Xavier's School as the place to revive everyone, which is the X-Men's home, so all they had to do was ask them for help.
Here, Magik, not far away, was busy with this matter. Originally, the X-Men wanted to send everyone back with their own aircraft, but excluding those who could fly on their own or leave by their own abilities, there was still a large group of people.
The X-Men's aircraft was not enough, so because of her ability, Miss Magik had no choice but to take on the important task of sending everyone back.
"Please line up in an orderly manner, don't crowd," Banshee shouted at the top of his lungs to maintain order.
In fact, there was no need for him to shout. The people in line were all heroes and knew each other, and no one would cut in line. On the contrary, there were quite a few who gave up their places.
Some who had no concerns consciously gave way to those who had more attachments. After all, they didn't have anyone they needed to reassure and were only going home to pass the time because the meeting couldn't be held temporarily.
Magik, who was originally just a ruthless opening machine, waved happily when she saw Reed and his group.
"Hey! Little F! Little V!"
