The Crystals
11 Space-napped
"No worries. We can still track them down. I can control the spaceship from here."
"Then why did you send him in the first place?" said Zabir as he loses his common sense because of anger.
"The spaceship is not enough to investigate. I need a living human's help."
"Your living human is about to be dead."
"Calm down. Let's look at the solution instead of looking at the fault."
Then launched the spaceship burdened with great hope, trying to follow the spaceship of those beasts. But as the beasts' spaceship noticed their spaceship, immediately they shot a plasma blast at the spaceship and destroyed it.
"What are we supposed to do this time?" yelled Zabir again.
Zohaifa just woke up; His muscles still hurting. The other human-looking alien was just as bloody as he was. They were in a fancy cell which had beams of projecting light as a door. It seemed like it was trying to represent a sci-fi prison.
He noticed that the alien was also waking up. Zohaifa asked, "Can you give me the details of what happened after I fell senseless?"
"I am as clueless as you are," he replied.
After a few moments of silence, Zohaifa asked, "Why do you call the planet yours?"
"Why won't I?"
"Come on! Don't be like that. We are stuck here anyway. So, why don't we use the time?"
"If you really want to use the time, the logical approach is to find an exit or come up with a plan to escape."
"Why are we captured, anyway?"
"Since they did not kill us, I guess they are going to sell us as slaves, turn us into their army, or turn us into their puppets and make us fight like how boxers are made to fight."
"Good, cause all the options you give calls for only one strategy: escape when they get us out of the cell." The alien fell silent as if he agreed with Zohaifa's plan. "So why don't you tell me your story? I feel like it's going to be an interesting one. What is your name anyway?" spoke Zohaifa after a moment of silence.
The alien replied, "It almost seems to me you are more interested in hearing my story than escaping the prison."
As a response, Zohaifa stared back with sparkling eyes as a sign of excitement.
The alien sighed and continued, "Okay. I will tell you my story. But I will not sit to finish it if I find any opening from this prison."
