After travelling through the forest for a while, we took to the trees and started to jump branch to branch. As we were clinging to the branch we started to talk about the plan. As the sky turned to a misty orange, Lucyfer held up her hand in a fist and we stopped in a few trees. As we became silent Lucyfer looked at me.

"Dynestar, set up a perimeter," Lucyfer spoke.

I simply nodded and ran a few trees and made a circle surrounding the trees we were hiding in. I then bit my thumb and blood dripped from it. As the blood dripped from my thumb and landed on the circle, I got out the red booklet and started to flip through the pages with one hand. I then landed on a page and focused.

"May thy not be seen"

"May thy not be sensed"

"May thy not be felt"

"May thy disappear from the world," I chanted.

As soon as I stopped, I couldn't see anyone in the trees. But as I entered, I could see them again.

What was in the booklet were a collection of blood release spells I could muster. I didn't ask any questions on how Jododam got it, although I was very grateful. I then climbed a tree and joined the others.

"Ok, this is the plan," Lucyfer whispered. "We split into three groups, Abaston and Dynestar will invade from the bottom and sneak us inside, Astaroth and I will wait, and Xirax will wait on the highest peak of the castle,"

All of our bodies stood still, waiting for the signal to disperse.

"Good, now disperse," Lucyfer continued.

"Remember the plan, when two soldiers come along, we'll knock them out and drag them here, understood," I whispered.

"You got it," Abatson replied.

I then got out the red booklet and started to flick through the pages. After I found the page I was looking for, I bit my thumb and poked it on my forehead, then Abatson's. I then started to mutter.

"Oh great red water, bestow upon me a great vision in the night," I whispered.

I then repeated the same to Abatson. As I blinked my eyes a few times, they adjusted, I could see in the dark. I looked towards Abatson to see that he was also struggling with the new lighting.

After blinking a few more times, Abatson got used to the lighting and asked me a question.

"What was that?" Abatson asked me quietly.

"The book that Jododam gave me had 'quotes' from long lost scripts, he put them into a small booklet," I muttered quickly. "These 'quotes' were used by high ranking vampires used to demolish many lives. It's also believed that saying these 'quotes' makes the spell stronger,"

"Well. that is a lot of detail,"

I then activated my elf eyes and looked ahead of the main road. I saw two guards walking this way, I signalled Abatson that they were coming towards us. Abatson nodded and sunk into the earth. I then placed myself high in a tree and brought one of the knives out. As the group became nearer and nearer, I tightened my grip on the knife.

The group came closer, I could hear their footsteps. Afterwards, I heard rumbling noises and screaming. Knowing that was my queue, I dashed towards the group of two, and hit them with my tail, knocking them out. Abatson and I then dragged them into the woods and placed them onto a clear space. I then cut one of the guys arm off and let it bleed. As I looked away from the horror, I turn back a while later to see that the bleeding stopped. I threw the arm where I got it from and crouched down.

I started to undress the soldiers until they were only in their u.n.d.e.r.g.a.r.m.e.n.ts. I then started to flick through the pages to find a certain page, whilst doing this Abatson started to ask questions.

"Dynestar, why did you make one of the soldiers bleed out?" Abatson asked me.

"There is a spell in this book which allows me to collect information, although it requires a lot of blood, I didn't want to use mine because it would leave me useless," I replied.

"Oh that reminds me, Lucy asked me to give you this as well,"

Abatson then threw me a little water pouch, I caught the pouch and wondered what was different.

"Before you ask, it's a blood pouch, made with the skin of a blood leech, it holds much more blood than you think it does," Abatson continued.

I simply nodded then headed back to find the page. After I found the page, I sighed in disbelief. I then dipped some blood on one of the bodies then I got as close as I could. I closed my eyes then activated the spell.

I opened my eyes to see that I was in the person's mind. I was an array of forever changing colours, it took a small amount of time to get used too. Not knowing I was doing I started to yell out.

"Show me memories that have relevant information in the past day!" I yelled.

The mind turned black for a second, it went back to normal but with one memory. I touched the memory and it went into my head. It seemed that I couldn't look through memories in other people's mind, but it added memory to my own.

I yelled "release!" and blinked. When my eyes opened, I saw that I was back where I was.

I turned my head towards Abatson and asked him a question.

"How long was I out?" I asked him.

"Less than a second, it just looked like you opened your eyes after you said the words," He replied.

"So there is a time difference,"

"Probably, if you stayed in there for longer, I could've seen it,"

"So then, what do we do?"

"We disguise ourselves as these guys, wearing their armour and all that. We come back to base when the moon is the highest, we then return to our quarters which we share, we'll go from there,"

"Understood,"

Abatson and I started to put the armour on, checking on the guards to make sure they don't wake up. As we put on the helmets, we looked back at the bare-n.a.k.e.d bodies, Abatson clapped his hand and then put them on the ground. The ground around the bodies started to engulf them, crushing them.

I nodded at Abatson and we exited the woods. As we started to walk around Gener's castle, waiting for the assault to begin.
