The Demon Child - Awakening

Chapter 80 - 80 - Pollen

I stepped back a few steps and went onto my knees and bowed to him. I trusted Kirigaya immensely at that moment, as a spirit, I would think that he would know what the literal creator of this world would look like.

"Get up," Said Drundon.

I stood up and stared at him, the God of this world. Kirigaya hit my back, and I turned to him, shaking.

"Calm down, alright, everything's fine," He smiled.

"I thought you were banished?" I replied.

"Half-half, I was banished, from the land where spirits, demons, and god resides, but I was able to travel the world through a host, hoping to find the next person who has been chosen,"

"Chosen?"

"Allow me to explain," Drundon said, as the white lake began to change shape.

Mountains formed and changed, erupting from the ground. The sky turned blue, and the three of us balanced over the top of a hill. Looking down, the mountains appeared until I couldn't see anymore appear since they stretched over the horizon.

Looking at the colours of the mountains, I turned to Drundon who was standing beside me, unlike his cheerful face from last time, had become serious, as he teleported us towards an opening in the mountain range, where I noticed two people.

The first one I saw was Kirigaya floating, his long hair levitating from his body. His colours were more formed, and anger was welling in his eyes. I noticed that around Kirigaya, the pebbles were slowly levitating up.

The other I didn't know, but I could still an ominous aura, I looked to my left and saw the Kirigaya I knew had a glare in his eye, whoever the mystery man was, gods and spirits were angered. But who was he if he angered a god and a spirit who can control time to an extent.

The man's skin was a pure black, something that even the darkest nights wouldn't create, but one this as well, was the markings. Covering his entire body, coloured a pure white, they were beautiful, and there were large swirling shapes all around him.

He had white hair, white nails, pure black eyes with only a white iris, and only wore what seemed to be a simple cloth to cover his lower waist, also white. I could sense that he was a demon, but yet, I felt a bond, like no other I have ever felt, even beating out Lance and Sashal, the two which I am the closest too, this bond was immense, yet I didn't know who he was until he began to speak.

"What are you?" The mystery man said, with a rumbled voice, tilting his head.

"I am the time lord spirit Kirigaya, right-hand man to Drundon, and I know what you have been doing," Kirigaya replied, with a godly tone, clenching his hands, until an orange liquid began to drip down from his fists onto the ground, the blood of a spirit.

"I see," The demon stroked his chin. "How about we make a deal?" The demon held out the same hand, while still stroking his chin.

"Silence demon, Drundon has summoned us spirits onto the mortal field, so that we can end this war that has lasted already for ten thousand years, it was about to end, until you appeared,"

That sentence cleared many things up, but what the demon said beforehand made me think of only one person. A demon so powerful that even ten thousand years later he was known for his genius, prowess, cold attitude, he was the only being with an energy source, the demon known as Dysan.

I turned back to Drundon and tilted my head slightly, still wondering what was going on. I turned back around and watched what was about to happen.

"Dysan," Kirigaya said, clearing my theory up. "A man of your ability is supposed to end the war, not prolong it,"

"It's to teach them a lesson, and after when I'm done, demons will rule Antrite and Antral, with my power and skills, there is no way a… Spirit you called yourself, can defeat me,"

"That is on some accord, but unless I perfected sealing souls," A book appeared out of nowhere, floating in front of Kirigaya. I immediately recognized as the book that I once got my elf eyes, now lost to me when I gained my soul ability.

"... I sense a dense amount of source, of all kinds in there… how?" Dysan replied, his expression became intrigued.

"Ensealment, which I shall now do to you," Kirigaya's hair stood right up, as his eyes and mouth glowed a bright orange before it disappeared in the blink of an eye.

"Don't even try it," Dysan threatened, as clouds began to form as far as the eye could see. With the lightning of every single colour erupting from the massive clouds, Dysan chuckled.

"Nevertheless, master Drundon shall erase your power from existence," Kirigaya explained.

"That is unless I exist at all at that point in time,"

Dysan appeared in front of Kirigaya and grabbed the spirits wrist, opening his eyes to reveal a bright orange light.

"W-what!!"

A bright light, the same colour as the energy crystals filled my vision, before subsiding, seeing that Kirigaya and Dysan disappeared, only to appear a second later. The colour from Kirigaya's translucent body was diminished, as Dysan smirked.

"So God was going to end the war himself, eh? So why did it send you, then again, if you weren't here, I would've lost my source of energy,"

"Trust me, I didn't understand you, but I can see the future, and if I didn't do this, everything would end in a few years, just because of you, even if I did take away your source,"

The floor began to light up, Dysan tried to run away, but the bright light was eating up his body. Kirigaya also started to get eaten up by the light, as he began to speak.

"We know what you do; we know what you would do, so what we are planning to do, is seal your physical body, so that you cannot wander on the two physical planes, where I will give up my life as well, an immortal being such as myself to wander with you,"

Dysan's eyes widened. "Dammit!! I'm not sure what your gist is, but mark my words, the plan of God shall not last forever!! May it be one or one million years, I shall return in a physical form, and mark my words, the source of energy will rule all!!"

"Bending reality will not save you now, nothing will, as I swear that you will never deal with mortal lives again."

The two of them were covered with the bright light, and then specks of them floated into the clouds, bit by bit and disappeared. My eyes widened as I looked at Drundon again, the environment turning back into the white lake.

Drundon turned towards me and said a few words with a smile.

"Now Duestral Blutrot, can we talk?"
