The Demon King Seems to Conquer the World

Episode 242: Ange's Return, Part II *

A month after the crowning ceremony.

With ransom payments over, less than three thousand freed prisoners arrived abruptly in the port city of Ljubili.

As expected, the returning prisoner moaned with surprise that Ange had been crowned, cursing the wicked.

Said he was a traitor who deserted the emperor and fled the battlefield first.

But they were prisoners who marched as a matter of state, and returned, and could not have killed them.

Ange punished those who openly criticized the emperor for disrespect while expressing the lie that he fought by taking action to stop the detour against the impending cavalry.

By then, the news of Alfred's survival had naturally been circulated.

And a month later.

Alfred returned.

Alfred landed secluded in a high-ranking aristocratic harbour town that had been liberated earlier and had expressed its support in the dark.

Then the supporters, beginning with those who had been taken prisoner, continued to the town and gathered under Alfred.

Ignoring the persuasion of the electorate priests to calm things down in a great hurry, Ange publicly assembled his army.

The season of politics, in which the electorate priests leap, is over.

The season of war has arrived, when the strongman waves his sword.

Another two weeks later, Alfred and Angelica's army were confronted in a rural town called Nettelfila.

On the face of it, we were just talking about setting up a seat for the two emperors to discuss.

But even if we just had a discussion, we needed a military background.

When Alfred returned, many of the marquis who thought he was on his side turned to opportunism, and only six thousand soldiers could be collected by the treasury in the state of Kara.

Under Alfred, by contrast, two thousand and two hundred former prisoners who responded promptly to the convocation were enriched by the soldiers they had left locally, and seven thousand and three hundred soldiers had joined them.

Ange thinks we're brothers and sisters with laughter.

But I have no choice.

Ange and Alfred attempted to meet at equal distances from the front lines of the two armies.

It was an open-air meeting, with each of the ten nearest brothers as escorts, so that movement could be seen well from both armies.

It was the event of March 8, a cold, windless, cloud-starred day.

Ange, on a farm road looking sideways at the countryside, lined the chairs opposite each other and pinched a crude desk between them to face the Alfred-like.

………

The Alfred-like didn't talk about anything.

………

Ange also doesn't talk about anything.

Or Alfred was wearing a strange mask.

It was a bizarre mask that was golden and used in opera.

So Ange couldn't believe whether it was really her brother in front of her.

I just felt like the thought of hating this one so hard was seeping out of an empty hole in my mask.

"............ ugh"

For a moment Ange remembered the illusion that hatred had erupted from the holes in the mask.

At that moment, the body I was sitting on moved and waved my right arm.

He received a slender sabel that Alfred slashed into the pluck, with his right arm.

In preparation for this, Ange was passing an iron plate through her right forearm.

Ange was pulling out the stab sword on his left hip with his left hand, at the same time defending the sword.

When I twirl half a turn through my finger to the knuckle guard that has become a wheel, and I grip it to hold a blade, I stick it into the steeple without getting my hair in between.

But Alfred stopped it with his left bare fist.

The fist was pierced, pierced snugly, where the prick sword stopped.

"Stop!!

For the first time there, Ange heard his brother.

Looking around, the ten escorts on both sides pulled out their swords and were about to start fighting exactly now.

"Just a little distracted. Don't exaggerate."

"Go away!

I'll finish it here.

That's what I thought, and Ange tried to pull through the prick sword.

But I can't pull out the prick sword I stabbed in my fist.

It should be noted that Alfred was holding his fist tightly and the meat was tight.

I tried to stab him with a dagger that was sneaking him in the chest as a secondary weapon, but the hand holding the stab sword was in the way.

The distance is in between stab swords, far from between daggers.

When Alfred flashed his sabel nearby, he broke Ange's prick sword.

"Dear Ange! Hide!

A nearby knight flipped his cape, grabbed Ange's shoulders, and sheltered himself as he pulled back.

"Don't run away! We haven't even started talking yet."

Alfred is back in his chair with dignity.

Ange was uncomfortable.

Was Alfred the one who behaved like this?

They say they're piercing their fists, but they're not even flimsy.

But the voice was undoubtedly Alfred's.

"Sit down. Don't run away."

It's grand.

"I don't mind. Thanks. Let go of me."

When Ange said so, the nearest knight let go of his grabbed shoulders.

"Be careful. That man is insane."

"Let's be careful"

Alfred, as he removed the silk tie from his neck, pulled the cut of the broken sting sword out of his palm and tied the wound.

Do you not feel the pain?

I'm tightening it up pretty rampantly.

"What's up, sit down. Are you scared?"

Provoked, Ange sat in a chair.

If you retreat here, you lose with feelings.

However, this time I fixed the chair in the wrong but unreachable position of the sword.

"What the hell are you gonna do? I didn't expect you to pull out your sword in a place of discussion. Have you forgotten my brother's manners?"

"I couldn't contain my anger. Besides, this is an outpost, not a discussion. Neither do you... I don't think we're gonna end this conversation anymore."

It was a bottom cold voice.

Ange didn't even wonder because she only had enough to sell the idea of buying anger.

But the mask is creepy.

"Nevertheless, he walked off the battlefield and could be named Empress,"

"I just moved in defense"

That's what it's supposed to be.

"What?! I saw you run away! Out of the back of the papal army!

From behind Alfred, the knight on that side shouted.

"We swirled through the papal army and ran behind our enemies! Don't let those who haven't even seen our battle whisper wisely!

Ange tried her best to disguise her anger.

How many of you, where you lied, can say with certainty that you are right in that turmoil?

There is no proof, and those under Ange will never speak.

"Calm down."

Alfred took control of the knight with one arm up.

"But - Huh."

"Shut up. I'm talking to you now."

When Alfred said so, the knight clasped his mouth like he had been showered with cold water.

There was a danger in Alfred today, like the blade of a stripper.

If you can point a blade that can be cut if you touch it, humans learn to fear.

The knight must have felt it while he was on his side.

"... okay. What's taking too long? I won't be able to contain my intentions to kill."

Alfred sits shallow in his chair and keeps his back firmly behind him.

It was an attitude that was often felt sloppy, but coupled with a mask that couldn't read the expression, I felt strange pressure now.

"Why are you wearing a mask like that? Did you also suffer from acne and develop acne marks, brother?"

The moment I stated my doubts, which I had been concerned about from the beginning, once again, the killer erupted from Alfred and his desk was kicked up.

But I missed my aim because it was far away, and it didn't hit Ange.

Gun, and I heard a near-term knight play his desk with a shield.

The knights gather their swords and shelter Ange.

"What the hell is that? Are you sure you've gone crazy?

Ange said, knowing he was out of his mind from the start.

I don't know if it's pox or elephant dermatosis, but why should this one get eight hits?

I don't know what that means.

- Check it out.

Alfred removed his mask.

Ange didn't think, he took his breath away.

There was Alfred's face.

But the difference was that the letters were written.

"Read."

There is a letter on the face skin.

No way, I just don't think there's a letter on it.

I guess it's a tattoo.

Tattoo-specific, blurry like a thin membrane through one.

"I let my brother be murdered and the evil emperor.

A coward whose weakness poisons his young brother's cup. "

It says so on my forehead,

For a young maiden inherits the throne because she inherits the will of her father.

Though they have pursued my throne, they have disobeyed my father's teachings and are cowards.

Two thin rows were crossing his face across his nose beam.

"To the new emperor, the grace of Jesus.

Pinch your nose head, there's a thick line.

"How dare you... thanks to you for interrupting Nellie Hinn, it's this Zama"

Alfred was trembling in anger.

Nelliehin is about Alfred's wife, or queen.

"Become, what are you talking about?

I didn't know what that meant.

"You interrupted the ransom and refused to pay the full amount. Here's the result."

"... stupid. I didn't do that."

It was a fact.

The ransom had been paid to some extent before it was obstructed, and no claim had come to Ange's.

In the first place, if you haven't been paid in full, aren't you just talking about not letting go?

That much thought led Ange to think that this was also part of Yuri Howe's rape plot.

Right, did you blow the lie in?

"You lying bitch. Watch. I'll carve the tattoos in the same way and let all the soldiers offend me and feed them to the rats alive...... must. I'll make sure of that..."

I'm Alfred, more morbidly obsessed with Ange than I was with my ex.

The lie would have been familiar and engulfed into your heart.

Angelica refused to pay. It is no longer expected to be paid in full. Angelica is to blame for being engraved on this.

They must have carved the ink while they blew that in.

Where Ange has now elucidated, nothing can be done about it.

That brainwashing can't be solved.

Who advised you that it was all Yuri Howe's rape plot, and this Mad King would just kill.

That has now been unleashed on the world.

Yuri Howe tailored Alfred to a Wesen obsessed only with killing Ange.

"Ha-ha-ha."

Ange laughed unexpectedly.

Alfred, having heard the laugh, floated blue on his face and soared sharply.

"- Huh!!! That's funny! This brother's face is aaaaaah!!

Grab the sabel, chop Ange up and move on.

When Ange is sheltered and Alfred plunges into the sword grove,

"Dear Alfred! Please don't!

The nearest knights rushed to grab the cape and stopped.

"Ha-ha-ha, ha-ha-ha"

"Angelica aaaaa!!! What's wrong!!

"No, no, no, no."

Ange wasn't laughing because the tattoo was crazy.

A thorough way to sink a drowned dog in a pond with a pole was to spill a grin.

There is no forgiveness anywhere.

"Well, you misunderstand for the rest of your life. Hahahaha, how dare you do it -"

Angelica turned her back on Alfred and began walking towards her own formation.

There was no longer any point in talking to the beast.

"Looking at that face and laughing it off, that's bold..."

Leonard, who was watching behind me, said as he was impressed.

"That's not true. Let's go to formation."

Looking left and right, the knights seemed to count on Ange, who laughed off his ambitious and crazy brother king.

They made me look so crazy, but I don't see my hips pulling.

Funny story, Ange was surprised by Yuri Howe's thoroughbred ways, but at the same time felt expected.

Yuri Howe thinks that if he were Ange's genius, ability, he would have a good hegemonic battle with this crazy king.

If you valued it lower, you would have given Ange more time and let him consolidate the ground enough before releasing the Wesen.

But Yuri Howe didn't.

Then let's let it go against expectations.

Let's rise above expectations and let Alfred die.

With that in mind, Angelica returned to her formation in a refreshing mood somewhere.

To go to war with my brother.
