The Demon's Angelic Love

Sometimes, Azren couldn't even deny the sense of familiarity that he felt when he was around Michy.

At first, he thought that it was the connection between him and Michy because Michy was his target, but as time went by, he had a feeling that Michy had a relationship with him outside of the task given by Lucifer. Sometimes, he got some strange memories, and he felt strange feelings in his heart when the memories suddenly appeared in his head.

The memory was unfamiliar, but somehow it also felt familiar for him. It started from the day when he saved Michy when the boy was almost drowning in the ocean, and he continued getting strange memories that bothered him.

Even when he was worried about the boy's condition, a strange feeling suddenly appeared in his heart, and it made him feel more worried about Michy's condition.

It indeed felt like he had lost Michy once, and he was afraid that he would lose the boy one more time.

He was scared, but he chose to brush off the unnecessary feelings as he focused on Michy once again. Michy was currently in the emergency room, and some doctors were trying to save the young boy.

He was driving the car to the hospital like a madman, but thankfully, he didn't bring the car to an accident on the road.

Sitting on a chair in the waiting room, Azren rested the back of his head on the wall. He didn't even bring his phone with him, so he couldn't inform Felice about Michy's condition. If the manager knew about it, she probably would scold him.

'A lot of bad things happened lately. My 100 days are almost up, but I don't think I've completed the mission now. And for some reason, Sir Orgonel stops visiting me, so I can't even ask him about Michy's evil meter.'

Azren could only lament miserably. He was the only person in the waiting room. It was the second time he visited a hospital in the human world, and he was quite lucky because not so many people visited the hospital at the moment.

There were not many people in the hospital, so Azren didn't need to worry too much if some haters managed to find Michy here.

'And I even fall in love with Michy. Even if my king still doesn't give me a sudden visit, I have a feeling that he knows about it already.'

The demon closed his eyes. He would never be able to deceive Lucifer. Even if the king didn't say anything, the young demon couldn't relax at all. Perhaps Lucifer was lurking around him and was getting ready to ambush him anytime.

The pair of eyes only opened again when the owner heard the sound of the door being opened. When he shifted his eyes to the side, he found some doctors went out of the emergency room.

Azren immediately got up and walked over to the doctors. "What happened to Michy, Doctor? He is alright, isn't he?"

As far as he remembered, Michy was still alright yesterday. They even did something that was so 'energetic' together, so it surprised him when he saw Michy in an unconscious state today.

"Michy is suffering from dehydration and stress. I don't mean to pry on his private life, but I know that he's having a hard time at the moment," one of the doctors answered the question, and Azren lower his head gloomily.

Michy looked alright even after the incident happened, but probably he was just putting on a strong facade. Michy was still young, and what he was experiencing right now was not a small thing.

The whole country was talking about him, and perhaps even the people from abroad were doing the same. Those people didn't even think about Michy's feelings and kept sending hate comments to the idol.

Perhaps Michy couldn't even stop himself from reading those hate comments, and it only increased the idol's stress level.

"Michy's condition is still not stable, so we will observe him intensively. That's why we will move him to the intensive care unit after this," the doctor continued speaking as he glanced at the door of the emergency room.

"Please do your best to help Michy, Doctor," Azren replied politely.

But, instead of immediately responding to Azren's desperate request, the male doctor sighed heavily. "Actually, it's not us who can help Michy," he answered with a hint of guilt in his voice. "Michy is thinking too much about the current situation, and that's why his mental health dropped drastically. The bad condition of his mentality affected his physical condition, and if you want to help Michy, then you have to make sure that Michy will stop thinking about those things."

Even the doctor couldn't help Michy. Azren knew that doctors in the human world were the ones who could save humans, and that was why he asked for help from the doctor, hoping that those humans in white clothes would be able to save Michy. However, it turned out it was only Michy who would be able to help himself.

"If you don't have any questions, then we will excuse ourselves, sir. Some nurses will move Michy to the intensive care unit after this, and you're not allowed to visit him for the time being."

Azren became even gloomier when he heard the doctor's words. He couldn't even stay beside Michy, and he didn't know what he should do.

In the end, he could only thank the doctors before letting the doctors leave him alone.

Not long after, the door to the emergency room opened from the inside again, and he could see some nurses pushing a hospital bed out of the room. His green eyes caught sight of Michy lying weakly on the bed, and he felt a pinch in his heart.

He immediately brought his legs to follow the bed, and he was lucky enough to be able to hold Michy's hand as he walked beside the bed.

"Please stay strong, Michy.. You promised that you would always stay by my side, right? So, please stay strong and open your eyes again."
