Though Misty never liked Lana in the beginning because she thought Lana would flaunt her wealth and would try to make others look down on her…

All she had was just some stupid misunderstanding with her but no one tried to make it clear at all…

Misty had her own pride and Lana was fine as long as no one was making unnecessary trouble for her…

Slowly all the misunderstanding which Misty had, faded but still they were just strangers to each other..

So it was only normal for Misty, to not to know anything about her but when she came to know about her sufferings and how her parents died a suspicious death and then her property was taken away.

At last she was forced to stay at home and continue her studies from there. 

She had been house arrested for about a year…

She was forced to do all the house chores and to live in the store room…

Turns out, When Lana's parents died, she was supposed to take over all the wealth and business on her own…

She was just 14 or 15 when they died…

She was devastated and had nowhere to go… At that moment her uncle and his family came to her Mansion with the excuse of taking care of her…

Lana was not in a situation to do anything so she was not aware of the situation so she let them do what she wanted…

She had thought that they were her guardians and they would help her but who would have thought that she was not giving a chance to herself but was making her life darker in the future… Not only her life but also her brother's life….

They had been taking good care of her life but also her brother's life but they were good to them until their grandparents were present… 

Slowly they took all control over the business and little Lana who was going through her worst moment of her life was forced to endure a lot…

Firstly her room was taken and she was thrown into the guest room to live…

And the excuse was 'Since it was the first time your cousin sisters were here, why not let them enjoy it a little…

Lana was not like some person who would throw a tantrum over a room so she just let it go and let them do what they wanted..

At the moment of darkness Leo appeared in her life… 

She was not in condition to look over anything. She, most of the time, kept herself locked in the room with her brother and only came out of the room with him to have her meals…

One day, After about 8 months when her brother was fine enough to overcome the trauma of losing his parents with all the love and support of his sister, wanted to go out and play…

Though 'Casper' was fine and better than before, Lana was not fine at all! Casper had Lana to take care of her but Lana had no one to take her out of her gloominess and fill the blank spot in her life...

That moment Leo appeared and tried to talk to her and made her smile…

He did all sorts of things to make her smile… That day was the first day that she had smiled and laughed after so many days and nights…

That day she was happy and it became routine for her to go out and meet him in the park.. Casper would play and they would talk for hours…

Within a month she started going out and started living happily… She started going to school once again and Casper decided to go to school as well…

Lana and Leo were in the same classroom and they instantly became the power couple of their school and envy of the other students…

Misty had never liked the guy named Leo Wilson so she started disliking Lana even more…

She thought that she was not attending the school because of him as he too, did not come to school for a long while.

The hatred over nothing was stronger than ever but she had said nothing since she knew there was nothing good to talk people over nothing.

But she had seen how her cousin made misunderstandings with their sweet talks and in the end Lana would end up getting bullied.

No one could put a finger on them but Misty was not like Lana who would not understand their conspiracy towards her so at times Misty had to take stand for her to stop her from being bullied!

She did it a lot of times but still they had no conversation up until now! Neither Lana wanted to show her misery nor Misty was interested in her anymore to tease her and show her things off to her.

Later that year, Lana asked her room back to live but there was no way they would agree to it and the brawl began…

"Lana! What's with the attitude? They are your sisters. How can you just ask for things which belong to them? You are no longer, person in charge here so stop being stubborn or your little brother will suffer with you!"

Her aunt bluntly refused to give the things which originally belonged to her in the first place!

Lana was dumbfounded and asked her uncle about it. Not only her room was taken away but the things in her room were taken away as well… 

All the gifts that her parents had bought for her were still in the room and the room was specifically designed by her mother for her. She had done a lot and made a lot of effort to make the room perfect as per her demands!

The room was not only a room but the house of memories for her..

She was not going to accept this at all. Not only her room was snatched and was given to Cali but Casper's room was also taken away and now Zoey was using it as per her own interests..

She said "Who do you think you guys are? The mansion you are living in is still under my parents name and you have no right to order me around!"

Seeing her talking back like that Cali came forward and said "Either way, You are not 18 yet and you can not claim it! And you will know it better than anyone else since you are the one who is studying law of this country" 

Lana was really furious that day so she came back to 'her' room and called her grandfather… She told him everything from the start to the end and demanded him to come back to seek justice for her.

The old man was really furious and called her uncle to treat her better otherwise he would not be spared that easily and in the end she had won the battle over her room.

She just wanted to take back her room and nothing else. She had nothing against them but in the end they were now seeing her as the threat.

Later the following month the old master Will died and old madam Will did not withstand his death and died the very next month.

Now, there was no one left for Lana in the world to treat her better other than Leo and her little brother who was slowly growing up.

After their death she was locked in the house and was only given permission to talk to people in front of them. She was not allowed to go out, not allowed to talk to people and since it was her grandparents who had died, they had made an excuse that she was unable to take this fatal blow so she had shut herself in the house once again.

But the reality was, she was house arrested and now was living in the store room of the mansion.

The room was full of darkness, no source of light other than the dim light coming from the twinkling bulb. She always felt suffocated there..

She was only allowed to go out of the room and to the most, she was allowed to go to the garden and study there.

2 months went by like that and now not only was she being house arrested she was also doing all the chores of the house. Like sweeping the garden, cleaning the pool, doing laundry and sometimes even cleaning their shoes as well!
