Chapter - 203

As Alex and Damien cautiously followed the big man into the dimly lit alleyway, a sense of unease settled deep in their guts. The flickering lights cast eerie shadows, making the whole place feel like a freaking horror movie. The big man, looking like a giant beast, led them further into the narrow space.

"Alright, cough it up, you little prying rats. What the hell do you think you're doing, snooping around in other people's business?" The big man roared at them, his voice booming with aggression. "Who sent you? Dogs of Hell?"

Damien furrowed his brow in frustration. "Dogs of Hell? Who in the hell are they?" he retorted. "Look, man, like we said earlier, we are not here to cause any trouble. We're sorry if we crossed a line."

Alex interrupted, trying to lighten the tension. "Dogs of Hell? That's a funny name," he remarked with a hint of sarcasm in his voice. "Wait... If you think about it, it's actually cool... Dogs Of Hell."

The big man ignored Alex's attempt at humour, his gaze fixed on Damien. "Trouble? Do you think you two dipshits are capable of causing trouble in my territory?" he sneered. "Well, newsflash, boys. This ain't your neighbourhood. You don't mess around here without consequences," he growled menacingly.

"Not even the Dogs of Hell dare to snoop around this neighbourhood."

Once again, the big man mentioned the Dogs of Hell, and it only served to deepen their confusion.

"Hell with the Dogs of Hell again. We have nothing to do with that damn gang you keep talking about," Damien insisted, his voice tinged with frustration, "We are here for something personal. But if that's a problem, we will leave now. Let's go, brother," he said, hoping to defuse the situation.

"Yeah... Yeah... leave before you start crying," the big man mocked, relishing in their vulnerability.

As they hurriedly made their way past the men, insults were hurled at them from all sides. The words stung like venom, each one a cruel reminder of their powerlessness.

"Hey... Look at them sway their asses, don't you feel something?" one of the men sneered, his voice dripping with mockery.

"A bunch of scared little pussies, what else?" another chimed in, their laughter echoing through the alley.

"They are not pussies... They are now going to crawl back into their mother's smelly pussy,"

And suddenly, Alex stopped. He could bear anything... But Alex couldn't bear to let this one go. His anger reached a boiling point, and he abruptly stopped in his tracks. Damien's heart sank, fearing the consequences of what Alex was about to do.

"Dude... No... now is not the time," Damien whispered urgently to Alex, desperately trying to rein in his friend's rage.

But Alex's eyes blazed with a fiery determination. His gaze locked onto the big man, his eyes turning blood red with fury. "There is no time," he growled, his voice low and dangerous. "Never do you let anyone disrespect your mother."

At that moment, Alex's rage had already consumed him.
