The Devil's Little Villainess

She didn't take any of her cars but hailed a cab and quickly reached the subway station where the locker is located. 

She knew that all her cars are having trackers and Jasper always have some of his people track them. He is so, so worried about her security but never he had objected to her fun. 

He just ask her to be careful but now, she is again deceiving him and his trust. 

However, she can build the trust again, anytime they wanted. But, if Ye Mei dies, she would never return back. 

This will break her brother Feng's heart and he will surely become crazy if something like this happens. And, she herself has to live with the guilt that she is the reason for her brother's despair and for her friend's horrible death. 

So, when it came to saving a life or sitting in her room, without doing anything, Biyu selected first option without any hesitation. 

By the time, Biyu reached the subway station, she right away recognized some people from council. 

But, when it comes to them, they couldn't recognize her at all. Biyu is in her best disguise to even get suspected. 

She quickly made her way into the locker room but the room was quite enough for Jasper men to notice that someone is opening the locker. 

She needs distraction that could make them shift their attention for at least few minutes. 

Biyu sighed at herself and looked around. There were people around her but there are standing systematically. 

However, she smirked when her eyes noticed a fire alarm. There are sensors fixed in the room. 

She swiftly took out a lighter from her bag and lit up the nearby charts hanged up to the wall. 

It was the only place where cameras were not fixed. So, even if someone wants to check the footage, they would not be able to find who did it. 

Even if they succeed, it would take at least few hours and by then she can wipe it out from history. 

And, as soon as the fire spread through the entire charts, the smoke stimulated the sensors and alarm started to ring all over the hall. 

Everyone in the room of course panicked and started running to find their own exits. Finding the perfect chance in whilst of this chaos, Biyu swiftly made her way to the destined locker and opened it with the code they extracted last night. 

Taking the parcel and the box which were the only things placed inside, Biyu stuffed them in her bag and skillfully mixed with the civilians who are in absolute panic. 

It didn't take her more than three to four minutes for do this and by the time Jasper's men realized that it was fake alarm, she is already gone. 

She even closed the locker and adjusted the same value so that it would not be suspicious. 

As soon as Biyu made her way out of the subway station, she walked into the nearby narrow alley and removed her trench coat along with the wig she was wearing. 

She removed her shoes and throwed them in garbage bag before doing the same with her trench coat. 

She adjusted her handbag into a backpack and then disguised her face with different glasses. Earlier, she used big black goggles to hide her identity but now, she simply used the plain glasses which gave her a look of teenager. 

After making sure no one could relate her to the woman who opened the locker, who is of course herself, she took the nearby car and started driving to the location. 

She technically stole the car, but she left the huge amount too.

Meanwhile, it's just been half an hour, Biyu sneaked out of the house. She is only left with half an hour more to save her friend. 

In that tension, she totally disregarded the car that was following her closed by. 

Soon, Biyu reached the cliff side and Linda's memories flooded into her mind all again. 

The pain Linda went through and the sufferance she endured, those were still livid and fresh in her mind. 

Biyu drew a huge sigh and closed her eyes. She knows what would be waiting for her on the top of the mountain. 

She is totally aware of the risk she is taking now and this didn't feel new to her. Last time she took the risk she had paid it with her life. 

Right now, her life is at stake all again. 

"Let's do this Eve. You are stronger than you think and you will not fail like Linda. You can do it girl and you must" she told to herself and her eyes glistened with determination. 

Hitting the accelerator, she took her way to the entrance of the mountain. 

By now, Jasper would have found out about what she did and she is so sure that he will be ragingly angry on her. 

But, all she could hope is he will come on time. 

However, she really underestimated the power of her enemies. If she would have known who the enemy is, her hopes to escape alive would have vanished into thin air.

Meanwhile…..

Jasper who is not aware of the risk his baby girl is taking, remained busy in his meeting. 

It was in the afternoon when Jasper adjourned the meeting for a short break. As soon as he exited the meeting hall, he made a call to Racheal who is in charge of watching over his Eve. 

His baby girl would at least message or spam some emojis now and then, but today, he didn't get even a single notification from her. 

That made him suspicious and worried, but he presumed that she would be sleeping. He tired her a lot the previous night which would have kept her on the bed for whole day. 

But the premonition he had felt last night, urged him to make a call to Racheal and make sure that his baby girl is safe. 

"What is your lady boss doing?" Jasper asked as soon as Racheal answered his call. 

"Sir, she is sleeping upstairs and didn't came out of the room after her brunch" Racheal politely answered. 

"Could you check on her once but don't wake her up" Jasper asked. 

"Sure sir" Racheal answered and sprinted upstairs. She quietly opened the door and peeked inside. 

She could see the blanket covering a body on the bed. The figure inside the blanket perfectly resembled the human sized petite body. 

"Ma'am is soundly sleeping" Racheal told to Jasper who is still on the call. 

She didn't go inside because Jasper didn't brief her what to do exactly. Bedroom is something too personal for her to step inside without permission. 

And, Jasper knows Racheal the best. She is in his team since many years and her ethics are top notch. 

"You can go inside and just uncover her face.  I want to make sure she is sleeping" Jasper told and Racheal did as she asked. 

But what she witnessed made her legs wobble and her body went limp as she slumped nearby wall. 

Jasper could sense that something is wrong. He can hear the heavy breath coming from Racheal and his heart started beating erratically while anxiousness creeper inside his worried heart. 

"Answer me, Racheal?? Is she there or not??" Jasper asked very sternly, stressing every word making Racheal shiver. 

Her voice cracked and she could only mange to utter a single word. 

"No" 

And that word gave Jasper a heart attack. 

"Sir, I am checking footage" Racheal told. She quickly recovered from shock and composed herself. 

Things like this…..she faced many. But, Now, it is his boss's fiancée. 

"No use Racheal. She would have already hacked into it and wiped it away." Jasper told. 

He quickly sent already signals to his men and he was about to make a call to the team which is guarding the locker. 

But, it got interrupted when they, themselves called 

It is to inform him about the fake alarm and the chaos that has created in the subway station. 

Jasper right away figured it out that it is his baby girl who is the cause of it. 

"Sir, one of our men saw someone near the locker. He is suspecting that they opened it" One of Jasper's men told. 

"However, that person didn't resemble lady boss. We tried to make a identification match but she was not Madam" they continued. 

Jasper sighed. 

"No use. She would have disguised herself and would have used the concealing lenses to prevent from identifying herself. We can't waste the limited time by checking the footages" Jasper told. 

He is very sure that she would have changed her disguise all again after coming out of the subway station. 

He knows her like the back of his hand. 

She wouldn't have took this risk until unless something terrible would have happened. 

But what could that be?? 

Is she threatened?? Or, someone else were threatened and she has to take this risk to save them??

Otherwise she would have sent him indirect hint or something like that. As she didn't do it, it might be because someone were watching her closely.
