Augustus took a bike-sharing ride home from Harrington Corporation.

When he passed an intersection, he saw a car accident.

A red Maserati crashed into the roadside shrub, but fortunately, no one was hit.

Initially Augustus did not bother but when his eyes caught the lady driver lying on the ground, he stopped.

The woman was trembling violently like a leaf and even her teeth were chattering. Her mind seemed unclear as well.

The most important thing was that there was a black shadow that only Augustus could see attached to that woman's belly!
