A few day later, the Duke left his residence for the King's palace. He already informed Louise about the matter. The Duke was confident that the latter will not cause any trouble and knows that she can take care of herself well.

Madam Garcy on the other hand prepared her moves. Together with her two servants she went to the gate of the Moon Palace. But she was blocked by the two standby guard.

"Apologies Madam, but we were instructed by theDuke that no one can enter the Moon Palace except him." One of the guard spoke.

Madam Garcy raised her brow and look at the two guards. One of her servant suddenly shouted.

"Impudence! She was the second wife of the Duke and definitely has the power to command in this household. Who are you to block her path."

The guards however stood firmly and refused to obey. Madam Garcy laugh lightly and talk to the guard.

"My apologies, I already heard that the Lord himself spoke those command. I know that he will leave today for the King's Palace so I already asked his permission to enter the Moon Palace and visit his adopted daughter." she said those sentences with a smiling face that suddenly turned dimmed.

"Since the Duke already give his permission, are you telling me that you will still not allow me to enter?"

Hearing those words, the guards hesitated a bit.

"You don't have to worry at all, if the Duke found out I will take responsibility." she promised.

The two guards nodded. Her group passed through the guards and in a low voice she muttered.

"Idiots."@@
