The Emperor’s Angel of Death
#2505 - Multi-ethnic coalition
Although the attack was unexpected and the fleet suffered devastating initial blows, the Orks are a tenacious and cunning race. Despite their extreme disadvantage, they quickly responded to the invasion.
Having been plundered by the Orks for a long time and viewing combat as a form of honor, the five expeditionary forces of Ulumeathic, numbering nearly 180,000 warriors, volunteered to be the first to land. These strong warriors wore armor made of alloys, wielded arc and laser weapons, and had a strong penchant for melee combat. The most elite among them wore power armor-like suits and wielded massive morning stars or warhammers. Their units were known as "Hammerfell."
As soon as they entered the Craftworld, they immediately launched a fierce attack. Various armored vehicles rumbled out of the landing ships, and the burly warriors, with heavy footsteps, charged towards the Ork barricades and strongholds, bellowing war cries.
But soon, they paid a high price for their audacity.
In the next second, rumbling mines, spiked traps, and various garbage launchers became the Orks' first wave of retaliation, causing the Ulumeathic soldiers to shed their first blood.
Then the Orks unleashed one of their unique weapons: a sonic weapon composed of equipment scavenged from who-knows-where.
Waaaaagh!!!!!!!!!
Each roar brought endless pain to the Ulumeathic soldiers. The terrifying shouts assaulted their hearing and souls, materializing into piercing and shocking noises.
Their thick metal armor offered no resistance at all. The soldiers at the forefront had pus-like blood flowing from their eyes, ears, and mouths, while many more collapsed to the ground in confusion, scratching their heads in agony.
Just as the Ulumeathic soldiers were disrupted by the Orks' sonic weapons, a large number of Ork Boyz wielding guns suddenly emerged from the previously empty Aeldari buildings and streets, firing at their old enemies while howling.
The sudden attack did not throw the Ulumeathic soldiers into chaos. Although many soldiers fell in the initial chaotic firefight, the glaring officers displayed high quality, loudly ordering the soldiers to organize a counterattack. At the same time, the artillery and armor in the rear began firing, and whistling solid rounds and energy weapons covered the area where the Orks emerged, stirring up a storm of wraithbone fragments and flesh.
"Revenge! Revenge!"
The elite warriors of Ulumeathic roared as they charged. Their armor sparked when hit by bullets, but their speed was not affected at all. They charged into the earthquake with Astartes-like momentum, and the morning stars drew bloody arcs and electricity. In an instant, many green corpses were thrown into the sky or far away.
But then a group of Nobz jumped down from the heights, their chainaxes slamming down on their opponents' heads.
These elite boarding warriors of the pirate band would not sit idly by while their enemies flaunted their power on their territory.
"Waaaagh!"
"Bash these stinking pigs!"
"Kill the Orks!!"
In the roar of the chainaxes, some Hammerfell were directly split open and fell to the ground, but their counterattacks also took away some boarding Nobz.
The two sides quickly fell into a savage and bloody close combat, and the surrounding roar became more and more intense. The Ulumeathic soldiers quickly discovered that the number of Orks around them was increasing, and the battle quickly entered a white-hot stage. Various red giant rockets flew towards the Ulumeathic front from all directions, setting off terrible explosions.
At the same time, the surviving Dakkajets joined the battle, swooping in and dropping deadly bombs on the heads of the Ulumeathic soldiers.
However, a dozen Dakkajets then fell in a spin, emitting thick smoke.
Some white objects quickly flashed across the sky. If you looked closely, you would find that they were some strange triangular aircraft. They fired dense lasers at the Ork Dakkajets while passing at high speed, with very high efficiency, and soon defeated these barbaric cobbled aircraft.
After defeating the enemies in the air, they began to attack the enemies on the ground. The aircraft transformed rapidly at an astonishing speed, turning into flying robots with four arms and legs replaced by long nozzle pipes.
These are the characteristic transforming battlesuits of the Drachens, equivalent to the armor they wear, but because this race has a flexible body structure that can freely reverse joints, they can switch between ground hovering attack and high-speed air combat modes.
When the two laser cannons used as airborne weapons slid from behind to the front of their shoulders, they began to strafe the Ork Boyz on the ground. In response, the Orks cursed and shot at the sky with big guns, but the effect was minimal.
Fortunately, the Drachens only had 30,000 troops and did not immediately have a devastating impact on the Orks.
Just as the Orks were trying to fight back against these "invaders," a group of pitch-black creatures were pouring out of opened ground covers in their rocket and artillery positions. They were the Q'Kanti, who had already infiltrated the Craftworld.
These cold-blooded reptilian creatures approached the cursing and arguing Orks almost silently. Their cold pupils stared at the enemies threatening their home, and then the weapon racks deployed behind them and connected to their nerves stood up, followed by densely packed flying rockets.
In an instant, the stacked ammunition was ignited, creating explosions similar to naval gun bombardments. The terrifying firestorm formed engulfed all the Orks surrounding the giant garbage cannons and rocket launchers in the blink of an eye, and a large number of Eldar buildings were also shattered.
After the first round of attacks, the Q'Kanti hissed and climbed to high places, pulled out the guns hidden in their chest weapon racks, and shot at the bewildered Orks.
The battlefield was quickly divided into many parts and gradually became chaotic and boiling.
Warboss Dodreim Ignisfist slammed his seismic gauntlet against the sealed hatch. The heavy metal door collapsed under the huge thrust. The force was so great that the surrounding Kin warriors had to activate their soundproofing devices.
This way of opening the landing pod was a bit rude, but the old Kin warrior was used to it.
As the huge circular landing field door opened, the rising automatic weapons also began firing, accompanied by rapid impacts, mixed with the low shouts of the Orks in pain.
"The Ancestors are watching us! Destroy these filthy green beasts!"
If there is one creature the Kin hate the most, it is of course the Orks, because these creatures are the most common raiders in the galaxy, and they also have a strange hatred for the Kin. The two sides have forged countless blood feuds in the long years.
