The Fallen Consort

Yang Hualing was breathing hard, her body was aching all over. She could hear people's voices but she couldn't open her eyes. She didn't know where she was at the moment, one thing is for sure though.

She successfully ascended, she pass through the gates of heaven. The last thing she recalled was how extremely hard and painful it was. Yet she was able to make it, she wouldn't be call the Fairy Doctor of Huaxia if she was too weak.

Before Yang Hualing could even comprehend her surrounding, she lost consciousness again.

"Make way! The Silver Knights are coming through!" Someone yelled in the background.

A set of Silver Armored Soldiers marched in front of the Gates of Heaven. The gates have been barred ever since the creation of heaven. The King forbid anyone to come near it. No one is able to open it, without a God's power.

Everyone knew in heaven that it was impossible to have a breakthrough to Godhood. Their King was the only God in heaven.

Seeing that someone was able to open the gates of heaven, meant only one thing. Huaxia and the heavens are connected again. They need to report this to the King!

Fang Zhenyu walked closer to the unconscious woman. He was leader of the Silver Knights, He had been serving the King for almost a 100 years. Their lifespan in heaven was longer than Huaxia.

Fang Zhenyu brows crosses as he was standing in front of her. She had a very beautiful face. A face worth worshipping, he thought. Fang Zhenyu smiled, it might just be the answers to Yu Ran's problems.

Fang Zhenyu leaned down and lifted the beautiful woman. He walked past everyone and was heading for the Jin Palace. His men followed him silently. The town folks was in an uproar once the Silver Knights left. They gossip about the beautiful woman who was able to open the Gates of Heaven.

It made a huge commotion when it happened. The sky dimmed, there was a storm circling the gates. When it started opening, the ground trembled. Everyone on heaven was shocked and astonished. They had never encountered any calamity before, only if you don't count a man made one.

Yu Ran was standing beside the bed. He was currently studying the woman's identity. He had never seen a woman this beautiful before.

"You said that she was lying unconscious next to the gate?" Yu Ran looked at Fang Zhenyu.

"Yes, my lord. When the first person came to look, there was nobody else in sight. Just this person."

"And you said that it might solve my problem? How do we supposed to go with that?"

"We need to inform the King first. If it turns out that she isn't who we thought she is, then we can kill her."

"Why do you even think that she is the little princess?"

"The gates had never opened before, We know that the King is the only one who can open it. If she isn't the little princess, then who is she? It's impossible for anyone to open it, especially if you are coming from the other end of it."

Yu Ran sighed, this was true. All the people in heaven might not know the true story of the gate and Huaxia, but they do.

"I'll see if I can be able to persuade him, you how hard it is for me to even communicate with the King at the moment." Yu Ran sighed again, lately the King has been unreasonable.

King Jin would always stay in his chambers and not coming out for months. Don't even bother asking if he ate, who knows what is he doing there? One time he tried to persuade the king to eat, he was almost burnt to death.

Both of them sighed. Their King's heart was getting darker. To prevent it from spreading faster, he hid himself from the world. What they knew was that he was injured from the great war. After that he barred the gates and created his own people. The King only had one order, that is to find his little sister.

They had never met her, much less find her? This has been a headache for all of them. The little princess had her own courtyard, yet no one lives there. The King always makes the servant clean it though, as if he was waiting for her arrival.

"Do you really think it is her?" Fang Zhenyu asked.

"It could be, it would make sense that we couldn't find her here." Yu Ran sighed. He felt a headache coming.
