The Fallen Consort

After the ridiculous exam, the results ended up to 1/8 of the original 6000 applicants. There were 300 for the elders and 450 for the teachers who past the first test.

Most of them were bragging their merits or was regretting on materialistic things, which resulted to their failures. At the end of the test, the Sect didn't even bother explaining on how the test was judge.

This made some of them frustrated and/or confused. No matter what, they were sent away. All of the three that passed from day 1 to 3, still needed to undergo a second test. Which will probably last another two to three days.

Aside from giving the second test for the Doctors and Alchemists, Yi Ling didn't bother showing up for the first two days. Yi Ling gave all the decision to the Elders for the second test, thinking that she really wasn't that interested anymore. She had ordered Qianru to announce the test for the Doctors and Alchemists on the third day, no matter if they were finish or not.

Since she was free for the next two days, she focused herself on Cultivation and Alchemy inside the Sapphire Jade Ring. If it wasn't Tefei who was guarding her body, it would be Minzhe or Linyu.

On the third day, she was able to bring the numbers down for the Doctors to 20 Doctors from 100 and the Alchemists to 40 from 80. She was happy with this amount of people, since the sect wasn't large enough yet..

In total, the sect was able to hire 200 guards, 20 blacksmiths, 50 cooks, 20 Elders and 30 teachers.

The drastic amount of the applicants for the elders and the teachers were lessened down more, since they took the third test on the same day. Yi Ling also mentioned that she only needed 20 Elders and less than 50 teachers. Since the Sect Master had given her word, the Elders strictly cutted down the numbers. Not only that, they also selected the correct Elders that would be suited to their courts. In short, Yi Ling's original elders went to personally select their own junior elders.

Since the newly hired Elders would be supervising their designated courts, the original 5 Elders had been promoted as Senior Elders. Which ranks higher than the newly hired Elders. The original 5 Elders also govern their new Elders. The new elders would now have the roles that the original 5 Elders had before, like personally guiding the disciples in their Cultivations and other skills.

As soon as everyone was brought inside the sect, their Jaws were wide open. Not only the dense amount of spiritual energy could be felt, but also the clean air and fresh environment. The amount of time that Yi Ling left, there had been a drastic change in the Sect as well.

For example, aside for the regular residence for the guards. They also have Guard towers, Barracks and their personal training ground. While the servants would reside in same area of residence where they would work.

For the Blacksmiths; they have their residence, The Forging Hall and The Black Treasure Pavilion. The Black Treasure Pavilion is where they would place some of their newly made weapons or if the Sect Members and Disciples found some weapons from outside. They would be donated in exchanged for contribution points. But not all of the newly made weapons would be given to the Black Treasury Pavilion, some would be sent to the Guard's Barracks. They would have a monthly supply of weapons alloted to that place or if they requested so.

For the Alchemists; they would have their residence, The Alchemist Hall where they would concoct potions and sell their potions in exchange for contribution points. Aside from this, the Alchemists are also tasked for providing ample amount of concoction supply that the disciples would receive each month.

The Alchemist Hall is also where the Medical Court disciples would sent their future concoctions for sale or donation. If it's for sale, they can freely put their own price of contribution points for it to sold for. If it's donation, it would be directly donated to the sect for a designated amount of contribution points.

For the Doctors; they would have their residence and The Medical Hall. This place would be where anyone would go to, if they were injured or sick.

For the teachers, they would have their residence and their own respective classrooms. Since there aren't a lot of disciples yet, they were divided in different courts. 10 teachers was sent to the outer court, 8 to the inner court, another 7 for the medical court and 5 for the Jade Court. Since the Jade Court didn't have any other disciples other than the Emperor, they had the most easiest job.

There is also a newly built buildings called Jade Library, Golden Hall and Hall of the Heroes.

The Jade Library is where all of the disciples could borrow books regarding Cultivations, Medical, Blacksmithing, Alchemist, History and also informations about Spiritual Herbs and Spiritual Beast. All of them were contributed by the Original 5 Elders and also Muxin. They wrote one book and let the disciples made several copies.

The Golden Hall is where the Elders and Teachers would be frequently found. If they aren't teaching or in their residence. This place would also act as a place of judgement, if there are any unresolved arguments or cases for all members of the sect. That includes the guards and the servants.

When everyone had finished their tour, they were all excited and instantly inspected their respective areas. They all felt lucky to be able to serve this Sect. It was unlike any other Sect that they had seen or been to. From then on, they all vowed to serve the Sect honestly and sincerely.
