The Fallen Consort

Upon entering the Sect's premises, Everyone one was utterly shocked by the dense amount of Spiritual Energy inside. Mo Tian and Bai Zinghe kept smiling, they felt happy that they weren't the only one who was stunned by this.

Linyu and Haoran directed them towards the open hall. In it, there was a stage with 2 masked man and Xiang He. Linyu and Haoran stopped in front of the stage. Jin Minzhe and Xiang He went down the stage and stood beside the two.

"The Elders offers greetings to Sect Master Yi." Linyu said and all Elders bowed down to Yi Ling.

"The Disciples offers greetings to Sect Master Yi." Xiang He shouted loud and bowed down to Yi Ling. The disciples was confused at first when the Elders bowed, but they got the cue when Xiang He followed.

"En. Rise." Yi Ling said in a commanding voice. She was dressed in Mu Xin's white robe, her hair was tied neatly and her brown eyes shines along with her attractive mask.

Hearing how manly the Sect Master's voice was, most of the female disciples pursed their lips. Although they couldn't see the Sect Master's face, they could feel his noble aura.

"Linyu and Haoran, start the process." Yi Ling sat down, there was only one chair on the stage.

Linyu and Haoran bowed. In a blink of an eye, they both flew up the stage and perform a set of spell. Their robes swayed as they turned, their wrist showed a set of powers and their mask looked so alluring. Everyone gasps. The disciples could all see how strong the two Elders were. Especially Haoran.

Just when everyone was amazed, The ground started to shake. Everyone panicked except for the Elders and Yi Ling. Even Xiang He, Mo Tian and Bai Zinghe was shocked because of the earthquake. They weren't informed about this.

A bunch of vines flew out from the ground until they grew into different kinds of trees. Linyu had recently learned the power to summon them. It came along with Yi Ling's Third Seal. Just that, it was so taxing to his powers, Good thing that Haoran was there to ??ssist him. With two Spiritual Herb Spirits, it was more than enough for the task at hand.

Just as the trees formed, Jin Minzhe floated in the air. With a whisk of his sleeve, a beautiful sword came in to view. He took a hold of his sword and slashed at the trees. Jin Minzhe was so fast that they could not see his shadow. When he was done, 122 ordinary wooden masks floated in the air. Jin Minzhe landed beside his mother.

"Mother, its done." Jin Minzhe whispered, so the only two of them could hear. Yi Ling only nodded.

Yi Ling got up and whispered on her head. "Mu Xin, mind helping me?"

"No problem." he replied.

Yi Ling lifted her hand and waved towards the masks. A bright light casted on the tips of her fingers, dashing through them. When the light hits the masks, they all glowed with life. Just like the Elders masks. From ordinary wood looking, to a beautiful masks. The masks had different kinds of colors and gems in it. No mask were the same.

Mu Xin casted a Deity spell on it that would make the masks hide someone's aura, like Yi Ling's. Yi Ling wanted to hide the powers of her sect. Away from the hierarchy of the society. She wanted to remove the inequality that Huaxia now depicts.

Even though the Sect did have a designated Courts, It was all achievable if one is determined enough. Unlike the rankings of the kingdoms. If one is born from a low rank kingdom, it would be too hard to raise your status.

Along with this power, Mu Xin also added an identity spell. This one will act as a key to enter the Sect. Without the masks, one cannot enter its premises.

All of these were Yi Ling's idea, She wanted to avoid all prying eyes.

"I gift to you the masks of the Blue Rose Sect. You must keep this masks with you at all cost. This masks will act as your own identities. Once you wore this, you will act as the honored disciples of the sect. When you go to outside to perform your tasks, you must wear the masks at all times. Under no circumstances will you stain the image of the Sect. Bear this in mind, If proven a rightful punishment will be executed!" The Disciples nodded, it was rightful to do so. They all understand that consequences of such actions. They should always remain respectful and humble.

"The masks has three functions. One, it will hide your aura to anyone. Nobody would be able to tell your ranks and stages. Two, this will act as keys. Without the masks, you will be unable to enter the sect. The sect is protected by a powerful formation, this formation is set up by Elder Minzhe. Unless your rank and stage is higher than his, one will not be able to destroy this.

The third one is the most important one. Once you've pick the right mask, extend your spiritual energy to it. This mask will then recognized you as its master. You and only you, will be the only one who can wear it. If someone will try, that person will experience an excruciating pain and death will be inevitable. The mask cannot be removed until that person is dead.

This is to protect the sect for any outsiders that will try and take the masks away from you. So be at ease."

The disciples had mixed reactions. Amazement, Shocked, Venerated and most of all grateful towards the Sect Master. They could tell how much the Sect Master thought through this.

The last one made Mu Xin smiled, it was Yi Ling's own doing. She added her own concoction to the spell, in order to protect her own people. She was protective to anyone that she cares about.

"The Disciples thank you Sect Master!" Xiang He shouted and bowed. He was the most thankful of all. He felt so blessed to follow such kindhearted Master.

Hearing their senior disciple shout, the rest of them shouted the exact same words and bowed.

Yi Ling smiled behind her mask. Seeing the sect was all set up, it was time for her to kove forward.

"Mother, wait for me!" Yi Ling whispered. She wanted to find her mother Yi Feng. Jin Minzhe heard his mother's words. There was no way he will get left behind! he thought.
