The First Store System

Unaware of the things that had been happening due to his waking up, Huan finally stopped wondering about what had happened. The creature was still too weak and exhausted to talk, so not long after, it had fallen unconscious once again.

Huan decided to believe that he might have awakened some other characteristic of the power, but since it was too early, the creature had no idea.

After stopping wondering, a wave of joy rushed to Huan. He finally noticed the jump his cultivation had taken. It hadn't been even a day, and he had already reached the late level of the intermediate Sacred King from peak Supreme God.

Even the most talented cultivators would take decades or centuries, if not hundreds of thousands of years, to achieve that kind of increase. The next moment, he was also panicked since that kind of sudden jump in cultivation could harm the foundation.

Instead, he had been busy with finding out information related to that.

Unfortunately for him, he seemed to be very far from the store, so the beings he came across had no idea about the store. His knowledge about the store was the same as it was when he first heard its name.

It was another day of cautious journey when suddenly an excited expression spread across his face. Huan immediately went to his consciousness and saw the creature waking up.

It was still weak, but it had regained a safe amount of energy and could finally wake up. Immediately after waking up, it began to ramble random words, talking about what had happened to Huan several days ago.

Huan had long forgotten about it and gave the same advice to the creature. Unlike Huan, the creature knew that the Soul of Negativity didn't have the ability to let its owner get revived from the dead. It might happen at a higher level, but that could only be possible in the Primordial Dimension.

The Sacred Dimension wouldn't be able to bear the pressure and effects that would originate from the Soul of Negativity at that high level.

But as Huan told it, it could do nothing about it at the moment, so there was no point worrying about it. Once they became powerful, they would automatically find the answer to it.

"Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahha!"

What Huan got in response to his question was a burst of loud laughter.

"Were you lying about someone chasing us?" Huan indignantly responded. He never thought that the creature might be lying about the chase.

"No, someone was chasing us. A bunch of True God level rodents..."

The creature burst into another round of laughter while Huan's face turned ugly. At the end of the laughter, his face almost seemed on the verge of exploding from anger.

"Idiot, if it were someone very strong chasing us, would you have succeeded in escaping without my help?" The creature replied with disdain evident in its voice.

Huan didn't know how to respond since the creature spoke true. His strength becomes enhanced after being possessed by the creature, and he gains new space-related abilities.

Time was like a stream that kept flowing unhindered by any obstacles, and years passed in the blink of an eye.

The creature had played many pranks on Huan, which had left him red-faced, but since the two had been traveling together for around a decade, they had also become closer. At the same time, the insulting words they had begun to use for each other were enough to kill someone.

The creature would accumulate energy, and once every year, it would open a space crack for Huan to reach closer to the store. Even though the creature was fearful of the store and that unknown powerful energy, it had a feeling that if Huan missed the store, he would miss too much.

The two had never stopped trying to find out information related to the store. After around a decade, they had finally reached a world where some knew about the store. The world was in the same universe as the store, so they received a lot of information.

Huan no longer needed the help of the creature to travel anymore since the store's world was directly connected with the world he was in with travel portals.
