Talia took a deep breath and touched the portal, using just the tip of her finger.

The next moment, a suction force mightier than anything she could handle appeared and sucked her inside the space crack.

While all this happened, Talia stayed unfazed as she had already hardened her heart. No matter what welcomed her on the other side, she would fight it and reach the ruler.

It would be a lie if she said that she wasn’t afraid of dying since she had a purpose behind entering the portal.

If she were to die while securing the Primal dimension, she wouldn’t fear death, but here the case was different. She still hadn’t found the reason for the sudden appearance of the portal, and dying here wouldn’t be anything more than a useless death.

After entering the space crack, Talia opened her eyes, only to find herself in a city filled with people and activity.

“What!” Talia suddenly exclaimed in shock and horror as she found that her body contained no energy at all as if she were an ordinary mortal who had never cultivated.

Her shock didn’t come to an end as she noticed that her appearance had changed.

Previously Talia had three heads, but now there was only one. Her skin had turned dark.

Talia noticed that several buildings around her were made up of glass, so she rushed toward one and finally caught her appearance.

Her skin had turned dark. Her hair had turned black, cascading around her back. Her pupils had turned black as if they were the gate of the abyss.

The main difference she noticed was that her nose and ears had turned sharp like Elves. Talia thought that she was an Elf, but as she moved the hairs back that was covering her eyes away, her hand suddenly sensed something rough.

Since she was standing in front of a glass, she focused on her reflections and noticed two tiny curved horns.

“A Hybrid!” Talia exclaimed in surprise, bringing the street around her to a halt.

Talia ignored the dirty looks around her as she was getting over the shock of being a hybrid of the Dark Elves and an inferior Dragon.

“We finally found you. You dirty little pig.”

Suddenly a voice filled with hatred and disgust rang in the area, breaking the thought process of Talia.

Hearing the word pig, Talia didn’t know why, but she felt a surge of unprecedented anger flowing through her veins instead of blood.

Her black pupils turned red. Her hair started flowing into the air like someone was blowing it. She then turned around and faced the group that made her feel such.

“Run,” The group of people felt a mighty pressure attacking them, so their leader shouted, turned around, pushed the man in his way, and started running.

Talia, who had felt that her body contained no energy and she was just an ordinary mortal, felt a rush of energy in her body. Unfortunately for Talia, it was out of Talia’s control, so it traveled to her mouth, and Talia spat it out.

The energy took the form of a red fire after it left Talia’s mouth, and it attacked the nearest group member.

The people in the group and strangers in the street were running in fear, but they came to a sudden stop after seeing the red fire.

Even a matchstick would be able to release more fire than what an uncontrolled Talia released, so now, rather than running from Talia, they charged at her to punish her.

Uncontrolled Talia finally came around as the energy left her body. Talia couldn’t help but turn dumbfounded as the nearest person to her had his clothes on fire, but it only took a gentle swipe from the man to douse it.

The next moment, Talia felt chills running down her spine after witnessing a large crowd charging toward her with nothing but hatred and disgust in their eyes.

Talia turned around to run, but she couldn’t help but lose all her hope as a glass building obstructed her way. Talia cursed herself since it was her who had chosen to come here.

Talia shuddered, even imagining the best case after this large crowd assaulted her.

Talia then looked around her in the hope of finding someone who would maybe help her, but she didn’t find a single person who didn’t have disgust toward her in their eyes.

Talia then attempted to imagine the insult again so that the previous uncontrollable Talia would appear, but nothing happened.

Talia lost all her hope as a man got the hold of her hair and attempted to pluck it.

“ROAR!”

Suddenly a loud roar filled with anger rang in the area as everyone on the street froze in their actions.

They then looked up in the sky, only to find a beast looking at them with nothing but cruelty in its eyes.

Talia didn’t care about the beast and the roar as she used this chance to escape.

She had only taken a step forward when she noticed that the area around her had turned hot.

Instead of feeling uncomfortable, Talia felt comfortable. She sensed every cell in her body turning excited as it absorbed the heat around her.

Talia still didn’t stop and continued to run since she would never get another chance if she wanted to survive.

“Live a happy life, my child!”

The next moment, a voice filled with gentleness rang in Talia’s head, freezing her actions.

Talia looked in the sky. She noticed that the beast was looking at her while its eyes were filled with gentleness and love.

Talia couldn’t recognize the beast, but she felt an unbridled sense of sadness as if she was going to lose the most important thing in her life.

The leader of the group that had previously attempted to escape noticed Talia running away, so he took a stride forward and got hold of Talia’s large hair.

“Where are you running, you dirty pig?” The man called out. His tone filled with disgust.

Talia knew she couldn’t wait here, so she ignored the man’s words and forced her way through.

“Roar!”

Suddenly another roar rang in the area as the man froze in his actions. The man then looked up in the sky, only to find that the beast in the sky was coming closer.
