The First Store System
Chapter 563
Aakesh had a surprised expression when he looked at what was inside the wooden box.
The box was made of ordinary wood, but it had gotten soaked in Vritrasura’s blood when he was injured. That’s why the simple wood had survived being in the presence of a creature like Vritrasura.
(A/N: The ‘Ordinary’ here means that it was ordinary only in the third dimension, not in the first two.)
If Aakesh were to place this information in public and put this wooden box for sale, even the combined entire wealth of the Sacred and Primal dimensions would not be enough to buy it. The twenty-two Void beasts were born due to just a drop of Vritrasura’s blood, whereas the wood used in the wooden box was soaked in several drops of Vritrasura’s blood.
When Aakesh opened the box, he found a boundless space inside it.
Only after making sure that there were no traps inside the box by himself and the system did Aakesh send his consciousness inside the box.
The next moment, Aakesh found himself in an entirely new world.
Aakesh found his consciousness in a garden. Not far from him lay a lake spanning over several thousand meters.
Even Aakesh’s consciousness felt pleasure as his soul rejuvenated just by the smell emanating from the lake. Aakesh recognized the water and couldn’t help but get shocked, so much so that his mouth and eyes were wide open.
The water inside the lake was the Soul Water.
When the soul energy gets condensed completely, it turns into a drop of liquid. A single drop of liquid takes around a year of work by Primordials to form. The Soul Water was very beneficial when it came to healing soul injuries for Primordial level beings.
Even a single drop of Soul Water costs more than the entire worth of the Sacred dimension since any item that could heal soul injuries of Primordial level beings couldn’t sell for cheap. While here, this lake spanning over several thousands of meters was filled to the brim with the Soul Water.
A wave of anticipation rose in Aakesh’s heart as to what was worth so much that it was located inside the lake filled with the Soul Water.
Inside the lake, a spherical egg the size of a human lay at the center. Bubbles would rise from time to time as the egg absorbed the Soul Water, but miraculously, the lake stayed full, as if its volume could never decrease.
Even Aakesh’s breathing got rough as he looked at the egg. How could he, who had learned about all the races eighty thousand years ago, not know what creature the egg belonged to?
‘Chaos Whale’, the name of the being rang into Aakesh’s head.
The Chaos Whale, as its name suggested, was a creature that fed on Chaos, one of the supreme elements of the Multiverse.
If the Asura race was the mightiest race after the Devas in the Multiverse, there was no race stronger than the Chaos Whale race in the water, except for the Devas.
The leader of the Chaos Whale had even succeeded in surviving against the Vritrasura in the battle while Vritrasura was in his prime according to what Aakesh learned from the system.
Aakesh finally knew what Vritrasura had gained from the leader of the Chaos Whale in that battle. Aakesh could feel the purity of the bloodline just by standing so far from it. It wasn’t as pure as Lily, but from what Aakesh could sense, it was around fifty percent when compared with the first Chaos Whale. The number was too good to be true.
Aakesh finally took back his consciousness and returned to reality.
Aakesh then thanked Vritrasura for giving him such a valuable present. He then put the wooden box into his pocket space as he would think about it when he returned to the Primal dimension.
“Take care of it! It would help you in the future. You can even conquer the Chaos Whale race if you used it carefully,” Vritrasura told Aakesh.
Aakesh only nodded. He had no interest in conquering a race using some egg. If he wanted to dominate, he would do it on his own strength someday.
“Oh, I forgot to tell you something,” Vritrasura suddenly commented, remembering something important.
“Since Jamini is freed now, I don’t need to maintain the space and the continent from now on. In a few minutes, everyone that had entered here from the Primal dimension would get forced out in three minutes,” Vritrasura added.
Aakesh had no change in his expression as he had expected to get forced out of the portal since now he knew that Vritrasura wasn’t bound here but his daughter, Jamini.
But what Vritrasura said next sent chills down Aakesh’s spine.
“After you would get thrown out, I would also leave here with Jamini. Since there would be no one to manage the continent, it would crash with the Primal dimension,” Vritrasura smilingly added as if he had nothing to do with whatever destruction the collision of the continent and the Primal dimension would cause.
Aakesh looked at Vritrasura in shock since if the continent crashed with the Primal dimension, every living being would die, except for the three continents on Visteerna.
His store would survive as he himself would be able to handle the destruction of a dimension, but nothing besides it would exist after that. And if everyone died, what would be the point of the store?
Aakesh couldn’t help but feel a headache since he had no choice but to interfere as it would influence his store.
“So, you freed me,” Aakesh was only thinking about the problem he was going to face when he heard a gentle female voice.
Aakesh turned around to his left and saw a blonde girl with the same features as Vritrasura. Except for the muscular part and orange irises, the girl looked to be a replica of Vritrasura.
“You’re Jamini,” Aakesh asked as there could be no one other than Jamini appearing in front of Vritrasura and not kneeling.
“Did my father thank you well?” Jamini then asked Aakesh as she looked at Vritrasura, seated on his throne-like chair.
Vritrasura felt sweat forming across his forehead as the man was daring enough to force a Deva to battle but not brave enough to make his daughter angry.
“Yes, I liked it,” Aakesh expressionlessly answered.
“Why did you tell the central rulers that it was the world created by you and if you wanted someone to pass the world, why give them a key to directly enter your territory?” Aakesh asked Jamini.
He had been wondering why the central rulers had the key that could teleport them to the ruler’s territory through the point without passing the world when they were the best contestant to pass through it and help her get free.
“The rules were already set when I was prisoned here. I could only play along and not change anything,” A wry smile appeared on Jamini’s face as she told Aakesh.
She was the daughter of Vritrasura, so her strength was no joke. Someone of her stature getting prisoned for countless years was a shameful moment for Jamini.
“Why didn’t you break through the restrictions and freed Jamini?” Aakesh turned around and asked Vritrasura, catching him off-guard.
“Let me tell this to you for the third time. The things aren’t the same as they look on the outside,” Vritrasura responded.
Aakesh couldn’t help but get surprised as he heard a hint of helplessness in Vritrasura’s voice.
Aakesh then stopped thinking about it as if even someone like Vritrasura could feel helpless talking about the situation, so he, who was nothing but an ordinary store owner in the current power system, how could he focus on it?
Aakesh then suddenly remembered something. He looked toward Vritrasura and asked, “Why didn’t you save the Void beast even though he has originated from your blood?”

A/N: The second volume, ‘Conspiracy’ would end in the following two chapters. We would have even more questions about the story than we had at the start of the volume. Thanks for supporting the book! I hope you continue doing it. I have many things planned for the future. We have just started touching the surface of the mystery of the Multiverse.
Please share your suggestions if I could have improved the story in some way.
