After Aakesh faced another defeat in the seventeenth round, a blue light engulfed his corpse, and soon he got revived.

The next moment, a blue window appeared in front of him, asking whether he wanted to return to Level 1 or repeat the seventeenth round.

Aakesh chose neither. He instead left the battle area, and not long after, he stepped out of the space crack into the selection area.

Since there was still some time left before Lily would exit her training, Aakesh decided to go for another battle during that time.

The next moment, Aakesh returned the Rapier to the weapon’s section. Aakesh then decided on his next training ground and pressed the switch.

The next moment, a space crack emerged out of nowhere and sucked Aakesh inside.

Not long after, Aakesh found himself in an unfamiliar area as it was his first time choosing this training environment.

Aakesh currently stood in a garden filled with large red grass that had gotten half-submerged not with water but lava.

Aakesh could feel heat attacking the sole of his foot as he floated just slightly above the lava surface.

The lava was hot enough to melt Aakesh’s feet in no time, so if Aakesh wanted to win his battle here, he not only had to worry about his opponent but also the lava.

“Roar!”

An angry roar suddenly sounded as a creature stepped out from the lava.

If Aakesh were to set foot on the ground, the lava would only reach his knee, but in no time, a creature ten times the size of Aakesh stepped out of the lava.

It was tri-horn Rhinoceros. As its name suggested, the creature had an appearance of a Rhinoceros but with three horns.

“THUD!”

“Drip-Drop!”

“Drip-Drop!”

“Drip-Drop!”

The Rhinoceros suddenly raised its foot and banged them to the ground, resulting in a shower of lava dropping to the already submerged lava garden.

Aakesh had no choice but to move since he couldn’t use the skills he had outside here to defend himself. If even a drop of lava fell on him, that body part would turn into ashes, and Aakesh had no interest in letting that happen to him.

Aakesh had an expressionless face, while the Tri-horn Rhinoceros had an amusing expression in its eyes as it enjoyed its enemy running from the shower it had created.

Since the Trihorn Rhinoceros was made of lava itself, it had no problems with the shower. It knew this fact, so it wanted to use it as much as possible to its advantage.

A few seconds later, the lava shower finally ended, giving Aakesh a moment of relief.

How could the Rhinoceros let that happen? It raised its foot even higher this time to create an even grand shower, but before it could bring its foot back, Aakesh appeared below its foot.

Since Aakesh could use no skills and only his physical prowess in the battle, Aakesh thrust his fingers toward the foot, releasing all his strength at that time.

The amusing expression in the Rhinoceros’s eyes suddenly disappeared as it finally sensed danger from Aakesh.

The Rhinoceros knew if its foot touched that hand of its opponent, it would split into two, so the Rhinoceros, instead of bringing its foot down, raised them even higher.

“Splash!”

The next moment, a loud splashing sound rang in the area as the creature fell with its head first into the lava, creating another shower.

Since Aakesh was close to the Rhinoceros, he rushed toward it while also dodging the drops of lava descending at the same time.

Unlike Aakesh, the Rhinoceros could use its skill, so it created a shield to defend itself since it knew it wasn’t quicker than its enemy.

Aakesh hands that were pushing forward like a sword suddenly came to a halt, but in no time, they closed down and transformed themselves into a fist.

“BOOM!”

The next moment, a loud sound of explosion rang in the area as Aakesh’s fist clashed with the shield surrounding the Rhinoceros.

Aakesh got thrown back with an even mightier force than the one he had put in his punch, while the shield had cracked down, and the Rhinoceros felt its guts disintegrating as the punch impact hit it.

The creature couldn’t help but spit blood and feel unbearable pain. The blood was nothing but lava, but if watched closely, people would notice that it was darker in color.

As Aakesh was getting pushed back from the reflective force, he knew he had to stop himself from touching the lava.

Unfortunately, his efforts succeeded and failed at the same time.

Aakesh made a comfortable landing, but at the last moment, the lava below its foot created a sudden movement, taking Aakesh by surprise.

In that attack, Aakesh lost half his foot as it turned into ashes from all the heat.

The Rhinoceros couldn’t help but spat another bucket of blood as controlling the lava took a large toll on it.

Aakesh’s eyes turned cold as he took a step forward. The next moment, he appeared in front of the creature as his foot landed on the exact spot that had borne the brunt of his punch.

Aakesh then grabbed all the three horns using his right hand and ripped them out, resulting in a heart-rending scream, while another of the lava rain appeared as the Rhinoceros flailed in struggle and pain.

Aakesh still didn’t stop as he continuously punched the Rhinoceros while dodging the lava rain at the same time.

Aakesh finally came to a stop as the Tri-horn Rhinoceros finally stopped struggling. At the same time, Aakesh felt the heat attacking the sole of his foot disappearing, as if the lava wasn’t there.

Soon, a green light appeared and covered Aakesh’s foot which had half disintegrated due to touching the lava.

In no time, Aakesh’s foot got restored back to normal, while not long after, a red window, the same color as the lava, appeared in front of him.

The window asked him whether he wanted to repeat the battle or go a level ahead and face an even stronger Tri-horn Rhinoceros.

Aakesh didn’t waste any time and straight away chose to proceed to the next level. The current training environment had seven levels, so Aakesh still had a long way to go if he wanted to complete the combat training here.
