The forgotten Royal

(flash back)

"Okay, Jewel. Make sure to stay by your older siblings."

"Okay mom!"

Running into the open field, I join my siblings in a game of tag. First, my oldest sister, Sasuko, was it. Then, her twin brother Atsushi. Shortly after Atsushi tagged me. Finally, I tagged my second older sister Ash.

"Alright!!! Ready or not, here I come!!!!" Ash exclaimed as we started running away from her.

Suddenly, everything goes black.... and the only person present in front of me was a vampire.... one that I feared the most.

Looking around, none of my siblings were around.... It felt like years pasted by...

This... it's the first time we met each other...

"My my, you must be?"

"....."

"Heh, it's fine. I know you after all."

"..."

"You shouldn't be here. You can get killed, love."

"..... love....?"

"Hehe... Yeah, what? Makes you feel uncomfortable?"

"....."

"Well, you aren't the talkative type."

"....."

"As I guessed."

"What do you want?..."

"Hm... you."

"Me?! Why?!"

"Hehe, were you not brought here for punishment?"

"P... punishment?...."

"You were separated from your family by Kronos. Then brought here by him."

".... okay.... why punishment?!"

"Heh, you really believed it? Kronos told me not to touch you."

"... why does he care...?"

"Haven't you notice the way he looks at you? It's pure with fatherly love."

"What are you trying to say?!"

"Who knows, maybe he is your father."

".... my father?!"

"Yeah."

"That.... doesn't make sense."

"No?"

"No! There is no way that could be...."

"Possible? Nothing is impossible, sweetheart."

"... but....."

"Hehe, aren't you a naive one."

"I'm just saying. But I think it's true..."

Taking a few steps back, I look at him fearfully. "Who are you?..."

"I'm Laito. Laito Ackerman." He said with a smirk.

"Ackerman..? Wait.. you're Izak's... lover right?"

"That's right. Everybody knows that."

"....."

"Besides you. Apparently."

"..."

"Anyways, you wanted to unlock your vampire. But was unable. I can help."

"..... how?"

"By using my vampire spirit to unlock yours. I'll have to bite you though."

"Would.... it hurt?..."

"Only if you move."

"I.... see..."

Laito walks up to me and gently pins me against the wall. "Be aware: this can have side affects that cannot be fixed."

I just reply with a small node. He then gently moves my head to the side, exposing my neck. I do my best to pay more attention to my surrounding then the sudden pain that occurred when his fangs sank into my skin.

Eventually, I felt a new wave of energy travel my body.....

(reality, time - 09:30)

Opening my eyes, I look around and see no one. Maybe Dmitry left to do something important. I look towards the window, and stare at it blankly.

"That's right.... Kronos would always give me that fatherly look.... just like Creed even though he isn't my actual father.... so.... could it be that kronos....."

Tearing up slowly, I shut my eyes tightly so i can control my feelings. If he really is my father, then why is he hiding it? Why hasn't my mother tell me that?

Unless she doesn't know? It wouldn't make sense though. I wasn't planned. I came by accident. Mother told me once that she was planning to get rid of me. But if it wasn't for Creed, I wouldn't be alive right now.

Opening my eyes once again, I let out a small sigh.

"Well then... it seems as if I have another answer to search for..."
