Near the Creek, Arriane pretend to admire the scenic view as her mind was busy making plans. She is aware that the target house is the one behind them and the target is currently talking on his phone with someone facing the creek.

Arriane smile at the agent as she pointed a beautiful house near the creek knowing that the house wasn't occupied. The agent smile thinking that she already has a prospective client.

Arriane: that house is beautiful, it was near the creek and the main road. The view is great too. I think I like that house, it suits my taste and my parents will surely like it.

The Agent of the house named Roxanne Rodriguez smiles as she counted in her mind the commission that she will get once she closes the deal.

Roxanne Rodriguez: Oh, that's great, if you're really interested I will call the office right now to process the papers. All you have to do is signed it once we get back. Roxanne said smiling from ear to ear at Arriane.

Arriane: Oh, please do that..... I want to call my parents as soon as the papers were done. I want them to be here to enjoy the view just like me. Arriane retorted as she looks around surveying the area.

The agent Roxanne Rodriguez smiled happily as she dialed the office number on her mobile phone.

At the Terrace, the target closely watched Arriane's every move. The woman was stunning she had the look of an innocent and yet she looks seductive at the same time.

Jericho: hello there.... Are you planning to buy the house opposite mine? Jericho asked as he noticed the agent calling someone on her phone.

Arriane looks up at the man who called to her, she smiled. Finally, she managed to get his attention. She thought to her self.

Arriane: yes, I think that the place is lovely and I'm sure that my parents will love it. Morgana answered and smiled at Jericho.

The agent lookup and greeted Jericho too.

Roxanne Rodriguez: Hello, Mr. Sandoval it's nice to see you. She is your new neighbor. Roxanne said as she waves at Jericho.
