Axel's PoV:

It was time to go to the Monster's Abode. I had already told the junior heroes to prepare their stuff so that we can go there quickly.

Or so I thought. I was still lacking some skills and eating Damien Miles' demonic heart might give me a bunch of skills.

A combination of an archdemon and a fallen hero's skill was something that would make my mouth salivating.

"On second thought, we will go tomorrow. I suggest that you all train today so that you will be prepared for tomorrow's leveling training."

I announced to all of the heroes and they all agreed.

After all, no one wanted to disagree with a brutal and merciless being who killed someone and would take out their organs from their corpse after they died.

I felt emotionless when I kill because emotions will just hinder me in my killing.

That's why I tried to suppress my emotions especially my anger but suppressing anger was a challenging thing to do especially if I'm from a monster race.

I wouldn't have been able to surpass humans who had learned the [Berserk] skill if I wasn't from a monster race.

Being a member of one of the monster races had a huge benefit of being able to learn monster skills which humans cannot learn such as my [Indestructible Element Devouring Stomach].

I got out of the Holy Church and went to the training ground.

I saw some of the junior heroes who were diligently training and some of them had even improved their skills quickly.

I entered the forest that was beyond the training ground and ran as fast as I could to find a place to perform secluded training.

After several minutes of searching, I found a cave, and coincidentally, it was the cave where I had stayed to improve my mana pool.

I entered the cave and found out that there were no monsters inside so I took out the demonic heart of Damien Miles.

For some reason, the demonic heart of Damien was still beating and had an abundant amount of demonic mana inside it.

The demonic mana inside the demonic heart of Damien Miles might be the reason why it was still able to beat so fast even though it was severed from the body.

I took a bite of the demonic heart and I felt my strength increasing.

I had acquired 2 skills after I ate Damien Miles' demonic heart.

My mana had also risen from 50 billion to 60 billion and I was now able to convert my mana to demonic mana.

Since I was able to now use demonic mana, I was now able to use advance [Curse] magic skill if I improved the proficiency of the skill.

I took out the brain of Damien Miles from my system inventory and ate it.

I was now similar to a zombie who ate brains and in my case, to improve my strength instead of satiating my hunger.

My intelligence and wisdom stat had gone up by 50 million base stats and if it was multiplied by the hero passive skill, it would be 250 million.

It seemed that I had underestimated how intelligent Damien Miles was.

He wouldn't be able to obtain at least 50 million stats in both wisdom and intelligence if he wasn't scheming.

That's a new skill which even I hadn't read about.

I opened the status skill which only showed the skills that I had and I tapped on the (?) icon beside the [Another Personality] skill.

Another Personality

-As the name stated, the user of this skill would obtain another personality that will be directly planted in his brain. Instead of having only one person thinking in the mental world, the user would now be able to have another person think of something inside the mental world.

Note 1: This skill could be toggled on and off.

Note 2: This skill is currently on.

Now, this makes things easier! This was such a powerful and useful skill!

If I had known about this skill sooner, I would have been able to defeat Damien Miles and the other archdemons single-handedly.

If I leveled up the [Another Personality] skill to level 2, then would I be able to acquire another personality so it would make 3 people in my mental world including me?

|Technically speaking, yes. But I am not so sure about that. It should still be possible that instead of getting a new personality, you would instead be able to strengthen your personality and would have a firm mind.|

Well anyway, I needed to continue consuming the other archdemon demonic hearts and brains so that I could improve my stats and obtain skills.

|If you want, I could take over your body and be the one to eat and taste the bitter taste of the archdemons' brain instead.|

Nah, I'm fine with that. I enjoyed eating new and unique delicacies so it isn't that much of a problem for me to eat the archdemons' hearts and brains even if it was bitter or sour.

I took out the archdemons' hearts and brains from my system inventory and started devouring them.
