The Gods' Decree

110 It's Him The Gods's Decree

Within an open field seemingly designed for training.

" Malgrey isn't this a bit boring. Time after time we have been overlooked for any mission of significance....."

A young lady swang a large broad sword in her hands as she spoke to a man with fiery red hair. There he stood while patting a large hawk demon beast as it was being fed from a bucket.

" I think you know the reasoning behind it all, Niesha. Since that event, I dare say our ranking has become significantly smaller."

The fiery-haired man could only shake his head as he spoke.

" I said it back then and I will continuously say it, the events that had occurred would not have unfolded any differently no matter what we did.

Our communicators were out when all was unravelled about that youth. "

Niesha started to speak in somewhat of a hushed tone as she subconsciously looked to see if any other parties were around.

" Sigh, why do you always have to be a rebel? You know we have been forbidden from uttering a single word of the matter. Why then bring it up as a discussion?"

Malgrey shook his head as he eyed the dark-haired girl who swang her broad sword every other second.

" I know, I know. Aren't you curious, however, about what happened to the two? It has been a year yet still there have been no clue as to their whereabouts..."

The broad sword came to a halting motion as Niesha looked over to Malgrey...

" Yes, I have every single day. Like a recording, the events never seizes to haunt my dreams. I have thought about it and I have come to a revelation. Maybe this was the best possible outcome...."

Malgreys words seemingly caught the training Niesha off-guard.

" Why do you think of it as so?"

She then curiously asked...

" You have seen that youth's character and heard his small anecdotes while in Marvel City. He is one that follows his own rules and is opposed to anything that tries to halt him.

This is shown when he dared to take on a cultivator while being a mere mortal on his own. This in itself was inconceivable for a 14 yr old mortal child.A sect is contrary to this way of thinking.

There is no individualistic thinking as all is done for the sect. Therefore rules are some of the foundations that hold the sect firm.

Everyone is held to these rules from the small recruits to the heads of the sect. The sect is an entity onto itself and has rule overall. Do you now see the conflict..?"

As Malgrey spoke Niesha could only nod in agreement to his words...

" .... They would continuously be at odds. "

She then uttered as she completed his analysis.

"..but Maybe...."

As Niesha continued to converse with Malgrey a ruckus broke out...
