The Infinite Mystery

Hu Jinbao was angered due to Qin Feng's act. A storm of dark energy exploded out of his body, instantly stopping the cyclone from harming him. The gap between their strength was simply too much. No matter how strong Qin Hao was, his strength was truly not enough to harm Hu Jinbao who was already a God.

Hu Jinbao spoke in rage, "You are quite resilient. Perhaps, I have underestimated you. It seems there is more to you than meets the eye. However, you should know that nothing matters in front of absolute strength. I could easily crush you no matter what type of trump card you take out of your pocket!"

Qin Feng's eyes blazed brighter. A cold smile appeared on his face as he spoke, "Are you sure?"

His words caused Hu Jinbao to feel something was wrong. However, he could not point that thing out.

However, it was exactly at this moment Hu Jinbao suddenly felt threatened by something.

"Something is off about this kid!"

Hu Jinbao muttered and saw Qin Feng taking out a sword. The moment this sword was taken out, a terrifying sword intent swept over in waves in every direction, filling a large piece of land completely.

"Urgh!"

Hu Jinbao was terrified to see a wound appearing on his shoulder.

Qin Feng had not even attacked him yet, and he was already injured.

"What is that sword in your hand?"

For the first time, Hu Jinbao revealed a terrified expression. He tried his best to hide his fear and asked Qin Feng about the sword.

Qin Feng smiled at Hu Jinbao and spoke, "This sword is called Star Sword. It is my companion."

He stopped for a few seconds before speaking again, "I don't know why Ye Zhiqui sent you here. It might be to test me, or she might have another reason. I'm not sure. I can only make a random guess."

"However, since you are already here, I'm gonna kill you!"

As Qin Feng spoke, he closed his eyes. The Immortal Energy inside his body suddenly changed its nature, becoming Icy Immortal Energy.

This icy nature was something Qin Feng obtained from the Underground Pit. In fact, before he became an Immortal, his spirit energy had already transformed into Icy Spirit Energy.

However, after he was promoted to the Worldly Immortal Realm, Qin Feng gained control over this Icy Nature. Now, he could willingly use and not use the Icy Nature of his Immortal Energy.

He had tested before and found out that if the Icy Nature is added, his strength would increase by a certain percentage.

Hu Jinbao was astonished by what he saw. He could not control his emotions from overflowing and shouting in shock.

"I know!" Qin Feng nodded in agreement and told him a story, "Even I was shocked. Actually, in a distant past, when our Universe had not even produced a single God yet, there was an Ancient Immortal. He was called Burning Ice Immortal. He managed to cultivate Icy Immortal Energy which caused his strength to soar. He became the strongest man in the entire Universe of that time."

"Unfortunately, a few outsiders invaded our Universe which resulted in his death!"

"I, Qin Feng, inherited his potential. This Icy Nature came from the Burning Ice Emperor that I absorbed and fused with my Spirit Energy before becoming an Immortal."

'Burning Ice Emperor?'

This was not the first time Hu Jinbao had heard his name. He could not help but ask curiously, "Don't tell me you are talking about the Burning Ice Emperor of the Burning Ice World."

"Burning Ice World?"

This was the first time Qin Feng had heard this name. He immediately thought about the map he obtained from the corpse of the Burning Ice Emperor.

When he saw the map for the first time, he was unable to tell the location recorded on that map.

'Could it be that the map has records of something that Burning Ice Emperor left behind in his world, the Burning Ice World?'

Qin Feng could not help but imagine a few things.

He raised his brows, calmed down his emotions, and said, "Tell me about this Burning Ice World!"

"Hahaha!" Hu Jinbao suddenly started laughing. He looked at Qin Feng as if he was looking at a fool, and said, "Do you want to know? How about offering your body to me obediently? As long as you swear to do that, I'll tell you about the Burning Ice World!"

Qin Feng chuckled and shook his head.

"There is no need. Now that I know the name of that world, I can slowly gather information about this world as well. You should just die!"

As Qin Feng spoke, he ran to Hu Jinbao, intending to pierce his Star Sword in his heart.

Seeing this, a strange smile appeared on Hu Jinbao's face. The runic chains rose in the air and fused together, becoming one. Then the tip of the chain started spinning at high speed and made its way towards Qin Feng, piercing through the air.

However, he was stunned when he saw Qin Feng suddenly smiling. He stopped all of a sudden and kept the Star Sword back inside the Mysterious Space of the Infinity Symbol. At the same time, all the Icy Immortal Energy rising from his body disappeared all of a sudden.

This was not the end. Qin Feng even retracted the four spears floating above his head back into his body.

His cultivation fell down from the Heavenly Immortal Realm to the peak of the Worldly Immortal Realm once again.

Everything happened so suddenly that Hu Jinbao was unable to react in time. He thought that Qin Feng was coming at him to kill him, and would at least retaliate against his attacks.

But Qin Feng did nothing like that. He lay down all his guards and stood before Hu Jinbao's attack without any defense.
