The King Alpha's Mate

*Carmela's POV*

It is the most glorious day of my existence, when I thought everyday I am happy and fortunate to meet the man I will love for the rest of my life. But today is the grandest, my wedding to Alpha Jack finally came true. As the entire Royal Pack get busy and eager to watch our union. My heart celebrates with so much joy and love.

This is the day when finally a new Luna is officially proclaimed, and I am more optimistic that I could live up to the rule given.

"Oh you look heavenly!

Queen Helen exclaims while giving the final touch of make up in my face. We were getting ready at a huge dressing room inside the palace intended for the Queen only. It was her idea that I get dressed in this place and I am more than willing to obliged.

I have on the wedding dress they have previously made for the Alpha Prince's mate, when Jack came to the age of eighteen. The Queen Luna had told me how they anticipated the mate for Jack, that everything was all prepared and ready..

The gown was just altered according to my size and has only taken a day to be transformed, with all the help from the she wolves that works inside the palace. Shining crystals was added from the top of the gown that hugged my body like a second skin. It's shows my cleavage and shoulders with only half of my back covered. The dress flows long on the floor that I fear walking alone would be difficult, but I am relieved to have Cory and Claire to walk with me on the aisle holding my long gown.

"Thank you Queen Helen".

I smiled looking at my beautiful voluptuous updo hair adorned with baby's breath in the luxury mirror and dresser of the room.

"Oh, you should start calling me mother sweetie! It would only take a few minutes from now and you will be Jack's wife".

I smiled and felt my cheeks turned warm from what the Queen said. My heart is in a state of euphoria I couldn't bring myself to finally believe that this is all true.

"Alright...mother".

I modestly said admiring the way she herself carried a beautiful gown in shining silver. It was elegantly long with the sleeves full of pearls and hand embellished designs. She fits more as my sister instead of a mother in law.

"That's better! You calling me mother made me so happy, I am going to be a Queen's mother now! I couldn't wait for you and Jack to have little pups, that would be the happiest day for Darius and me".

I watched as the smile in the Queen's eyes turned bright and sparkling. The excitement of bearing Jack's children had made my stomach churn. I couldn't wait for that day to come. Another wave of excitement begun to developed inside my heart.

"Oh wow, you are the most beautiful bride I have ever seen!

Princess Jasmin came dashing inside the luxurious dressing, she is already dressed up and look stunning in a baby pink tight fighting gown that accentuate her perfectly shaped body. It also showed a sexy cleavage that I am quiet sure the sight will make every un mated wolf in the pack drool.

"Thank you Jas! You look amazing yourself, I'm sure if you're mate is present tonight. The next wedding will be yours".

Princess Jasmin laugh before answering. "I hope so too, i only have few months left before my eighteenth birthday. The day i will know who he is, but they said if my mate is older than me he would have sniffed me already. So if by chance he is there today, then he would surely come to ask for me".

Princess Jasmin said with a hopefull appearance in her face. She's a sweet little girl that loves to travel from the palace to the human society that I thought she didn't believe in having a mate. I didn't even heard her shifting or hunting but now I know she just loves the human ways but she is still a she wolf at heart. She believes in the sanctity of a mate's bond.

"Come on Jas, this is Carmela's day. Let's not make it all about you sweetheart. Your day will come soon, so no hurry."

The Queen chuckled and made a girlish wink at me. "I think it's about time to go Carmela dear, let's not make my son waiting."

I took a deep breath and watch my back as i notice Cory and Claire getting ready to hold my gown outside.

"Oh I cannot wait to see my brothers's face. His jaw will drop when you come out of this room Carmela!

Princess Jasmin exclaimed standing beside the Queen.

"Of course he does". I heard the Queen murmured.

They patiently waited until I am ready to come out with the two omegas holding my gown behind me.

The door was promptly opened by the guards outside and when I took a step forward, i am greeted by Jack's strong scent. The scent of pines and vanilla. I breathed a huge intake of air when I saw him standing.

He looked very attractive and gorgeous in a white tuxedo who never hide his lean and sexy muscles in the arms and legs.

He is wearing all white like the color of the gown that i am wearing too and even the carpet on the huge aisle where we will march and do our vows at the altar ahead are of the same color.

He smiled at me with his eyes brightly shining and glowing with love. I took another step and then he walked forward holding me on my shoulders. The heat of his palm was quick to travel against my body, calming my nerves and giving me a different sensation.

"You look extraordinarily beautiful today my love, I couldn't wait for the ceremony to be over."

Our eyes locked and I barely noticed the trace of trouble hidden in his handsome face.

I am sure nothing could go wrong today, as the only person whom we saw as a threat before is behaving peacefully at his seat.

"And you are the most handsome man in my eyes for the rest of my life..."

I replied sweetly before we hold hands and look ahead.

Cory and Claire dropped the rest of my gown on the floor and let it flow on the aisle. It was easier to walk now that Jack is with me and the wide aisle is smooth and shiny.

Jack gently squeezed my hand and guided me to march the aisle going to the altar where his father King Darius stand waiting for us. Maleficus is also beside the King wearing a white silk robe, a contrast to his usual dark clothing.

The Alphas of the four region are present and sitting on the chairs provided near the Altar. All of them beside their mate except for Alpha Zero who is not mated and is sitting quietly with his beta. The Royal Pack's warriors is also present at the audience, as I had caught a glimpse of Gemer and Michael sitting.

Princess Jasmin and the Queen followed us but keeping a distance so my gown could safely flow behind my back.

We stand in front of the King waiting for him to start the ceremony.

"People of the Royal Pack, Alphas of the four region".

"Be the witness of the union between this two hearts that beat as one. Alpha Prince of the Royal Pack, Jack Langstone and Carmela White please swear and prove your love for each other in front of the Moon Goddess".

The King did not waste time and immediately started, I even noticed how fast he is motioning his hands to us.

I felt Maleficus move and pull out a small knife along with a golden bowl from Beta Matias who was standing at a distance. I already know how this is performed as Jack had explained to me a number of times, so I waited when Maleficus stopped in front of us and speak.

"Alpha Prince Jack, please your hand".

Jack offered his palm for Maleficus to cut with the knife in his hand and then we both watch as his blood drip in the golden bowl.

"Carmela White, please your hand".

I followed what Jack did with no question. "I apologize for this my love, but this is how it goes".

Jack murmured in my ear, his warm breath made me unable to notice the knife cutting my palm. Our wounds both healed instantly like it was nothing and Maleficus bowed his head holding the golden bowl in both of his hands.

Then a loud cheering and clapping hands of the audience filled the air. Jack and me hold hands while keeping our eyes glued at each other listening to the next words coming from the King.

"I Darius Langstone The King of all Alphas, declared Alpha Prince Jack and his Luna Carmela a wolf united by the mate's bond. Married in the eyes of the Moon Goddess and in the eyes of the wolves that gathered her today!

"Join them for tonight's celebration, may their love last throughout eternity!

A loud cheer came from the audience when Jack lowered his face against mine for a heartwarming kissed.
