The Legend of Min Hong

Chapter 325: The Brewing Chaos

But just as much as the situation was stifling for her, it was even deeper for the enforcement hall elders who had seen themselves get trashed by a so-called 'ordinary outer court disciple', they gathered themselves before threatening;

"Prepare to not only get yourself crippled but have your family or clan crippled also…"

One of the elders said with a pale expression whilst clutching his chest…

"That is even if my Shen Super Clan doesn't exterminate your entire generation!"

Shen Jia spoke through bloodied mouth, whilst grabbing the part of his body where his right arm was previously located…

At this point, the Shen siblings had their mouth agape in fear and utter petrification…

They had just witnessed their own father tossed around like a rag doll by Min Hong until he had his arm cut off, and this sight left a very bitter taste in their mouth, to the extent that their respect for their father plunged into the mud…

But the strange thing was that Min Hong didn't even use any Dao against them except for a twin sword and a unique silver bow that fired some strange arrows, but just these two weapons alone were enough to render six elders and two enforcers useless in the space of twenty minutes…

Min Hong heard some whooshing sounds and when he looked into the distance, he saw Min Qing on the same flying treasure Elder Nan Di and Jin Bing had rushed over on…

Min Qing was laying there unconscious with a silk sheet covering her like the way a cold person would cover themselves;

"What happened?" Min Hong asked with a nonchalant but demanding expression;

"It is done!"

"But her demonic aura receded and she fell unconscious, at that exact moment…"

Long Sha replied, whilst Min Hong turned and faced the onlookers before bellowing;

"I am going to say this only once, so you all should pay attention; from tonight henceforth, all the inner and outer court districts will be lorded by me and my group!"

"Instructions and information about how the new disciple government of these districts would be made known through the enforcement hall in three days…"

He said looking around at every single on looker, both from the female and the male area, as he continued;

"My rules and regulations would be strictly enforced, and any form of slouching won't be tolerated…" He added;

"Finally, anyone who feels they aren't ready to live by these new changes can head over to the enforcement hall and challenge me to a death match!"

Min Hong ended his statement, as his entourage moved in unison returning to his apartment where the oblivious Kun Lin, Mu Bai and Qing Tan were waiting, awake but very exhausted…

"Alright, you can go mop up the situation…"

Patriarch Chu Huang said with a satisfied grin as the rest of the people present within the hall including the sect leader flashed out of the hall before spreading out all over the sect ordering every disciple to return to their apartments and enforcing a strict curfew for the next 24 hours…

All the injured elders and disciples were taken to the sects healing facility, and the dead bodies of Yue Yao and Xi Mei were retrieved as the sect leader sighed at the sight before feeling a splitting headache begin to erupt in his skull…

"Grandpa, why did you allow that kid to run rampant in the sect in such a manner?" The youth wearing the imperial robes asked curiously;

"You are the only heir and crown prince of the Empire, do you think all these wretched Super Clans who had been given a lot of freedom for tens of thousands of years won't have an eye on the throne!?"

Patriarch Chu Huang spoke with a cunning smile etched on his face;

"Of the top ten Super Clans of our Empire, six of them had already joined forces and have been acting subtly impetuously for a while…"

"Ever since I got injured, their level of impetuousness had been growing, then when your father left to find a cure for my injury, they thought he had gone missing or perhaps had died, and ever since then, they have been making moves and getting in contact with the Jun Empire…" He added…

"Is grandpa insinuating that these Super Clans are already planning a coup!?" The youth spoke with a blanched expression…

"We have been secluded in the desert for so long that we haven't built strong ties with other Empires…"

"But now that we are not on friendly terms with the East Wind Empire, and the Guan Empire is very far away to start forming friendly ties with, we will definitely fall into a huge disadvantage should these Super Clans join hands with the East Wind or the Jun Empire, and try to subjugate our Empire…"

Patriarch Chu Huang began to explain the true stormy undercurrents troubling their rule in the Empire…

"We already have the rest of the four Super Clans in our support, but they have made a unanimous decision that should we fail to find enough support for our cause, they might reverse their decisions and take a neutral stance… Thus, we need as much help as possible…"

"But what has that got to do with this guy?"

The youth asked trying to unknot the relationship between the problems facing an entire empire to the impetuous acts of an ordinary outer court disciple with unknown background…

"It is no surprise that you don't see my plan yet…"

"What do you mean, grandpa?" The boy frowned in confusion…

"Our chance at retaining our rule over our empire is surrounded and linked to that boy…" Patriarch Chu Huang responded;

"For starters; did you see that boy with the Sword Dao?"

"Yes, he looks very strong and talented, and will benefit us if we can recruit him into our ranks…" The youth gave his opinion;

"That's true… He is the sole heir of the Long Super Clan…"

"What!?"

"You mean the same heir of the Nomad Super Clan that no one knows about!?" The youth was utterly stunned by his grandfather's statement…

"Yes… But you can see how subservient he was in the presence of that boy…"

The youth nodded silently, he had also noticed the situation, but at that time, he didn't know who Long Sha was and thought, he was just a talented kid who got recruited by a silk pant from a wealthy clan; namely Min Hong…"

"But now that he knew who Long Sha was, he trembled at how wrong and skewed his judgement had been from reality…

"We need the Long Super Clan on our side for this impending war, and getting them on our sides would increase the level of support these other four Super Clans grant us, and if we can get to the Long Super Clan through their heir, then it would do us a great advantage, don't you think?"

Chu Huang looked at his grandson who seemed to be getting where he was coming from and heading towards;

"Absolutely, grandpa!" The youth responded with eyes glistening with revelation…

"We have identified that that boy is from the East Wind Empire, and from the reports we have received, they seemed to have been cast away by the empire and there is a blood feud between the boy and the empire, which could furtherly help our cause…"

"The East Wind Empire already has a very massive problem in their hands that is causing them to isolate themselves from the outside world, and If we can use the effect off their crisis to send the Long Super Clan and the rest of the powers backing us into the Empire, we should be able to take over the Empire in less than half a year…"

"Once we have the East Wind Empire, we would have a 50 percent chance of winning this war should the Guan Empire stay out of it…" Chu Huang continued his explanation…
