The Legendary Pseudo-villain

It was as if all hell had broken loose.??

The mutants had been waiting just for this sign from Hecathe and now that they were given the permission, the creatures were really not shy at all as they lunged forward at the mecha-suit who was busy fighting Marvin.??

The mutants looked as if they had completely gone crazy and on the way, a few even lost their footing and fell down before being trampled on by other mutants who crawled over them.??

All the mutants could see at the moment was the mecha-suit. They simply cared about nothing else that happened around them.??

LeiLei's eyes widened in surprise as she saw this sight that she had not expected and the girl whistled as she took a few steps back and cleared some space.??

Hecathe also chuckled dryly as he took a few steps forward and pulled Marvin back.??

The mecha-suit looked to be angry and just like how the mutants were only focused on him, the mecha-suit was also only focused on Marvin and this single goal of his made him blind to the fact that there was a large group of mutants running towards him from behind with only ill intents.??

"You dare try to save him?!" The mecha-suit shouted as if he was trying to warn Hecathe but with the mutants that were ready to chomp down on the mecha-suit at any moment now, Hecathe wasn't too worried about this threat.??

The mecha-suit sprang forward towards Hecathe as he tried to attack the man, however, his fist came to a stop just a few inches away from Hecathe's face.??

Hecathe could feel the cold breeze that was created with the excessive speed of the fist, however, he didn't even flinch or bat an eye as he looked at the fist that was close to his face.??

It was as if he had already expected this fist to stop right here.??

The mecha-suit looked to be shocked and horrified as he looked at his shoulder that was being bitten by mutants.??

Like every other person who would face such a situation, the man's first reaction was to throw the mutants off of his shoulder, however, after knocking one down, he realized that there were still a lot more that were biting his leg, his feet, his back and some even had the guts to nibble on his left hand.??

The mecha-suit took a shape breath in as he let out an ear-piercing cry. He unconsciously stepped back in fear and fell onto his butt after tripping on a few mutants.??

This simply gave the mutants a better hold of the man and they ruthlessly started tearing apart his mecha-suit bit by bit.??

Marvin's eyes widened as he saw this sight and the boy looked to be a little stunned by such a gruesome sight.??

Hecathe, on the other hand, simply sighed as he clapped his hands once as if his hands had been dirtied. He didn't feel bad for the mecha-suit and he could look at the scene without even blinking an eye.??

LeiLei was also not as affected since she knew that Hecathe wouldn't be letting this mecha-suit die, and so, the girl laughed as she saw this sight that was certainly not pleasant to the eyes.??

The mecha-suit, however, was not aware of the fact that Hecathe was not looking to kill him and these mutants really didn't leave him any time to think for himself. The mecha-suit thought that he was going to get killed. He certainly lost all hopes and let out painful cries, begging for someone to help him.??

"Hecathe, what are you trying to do?" Marvin frowned as he questioned, "You were the one who said you weren't going to kill him"??

It seemed that Marvin hadn't heard what instruction Hecathe had given to the mutants and hence, he misunderstood the situation and thought that Hecathe had ordered the mutants to rip this mecha-suit into shreds.??

Hecathe chuckled as he heard this question and glanced back at Marvin with a small smile as he didn't bother giving an answer to that question and changed the topic instead, "Are you hurt?"??

Marvin gulped as he heard this question and his eyebrows creased together with a frown on his face.??

His expressions at the moment were clearly a bit indecipherable. On one hand, he looked to be surprised and a bit touched while on the other hand, he looked to be horrified and in confusion.

Hecathe curled his lips up into a small smile as he patiently waited for the boy's answer.

Marvin gulped as he took a minute to shake his head as he responded, "I'm not injured."??

Hecathe looked at the boy up and down as he judged the boy's appearance. Marvin clearly looked as if he had just survived a zombie apocalypse and he still had the guts to claim that he had not been injured.??

"Let me rephrase my question," Hecathe spoke with a sigh as he asked once again, "Do you need a doctor or not?"??

Marvin pursed his lips into a thin line as he heard this and his eyes looked to be completely displeased as he shook his head.??

"Then that's good," Hecathe chuckled softly as he spoke, "We won't need to waste time thinking about that."??

"..."??

It barely took the mutants about ten minutes to rip apart the metallic suit from the man and it was only natural that they had bitten him by mistake in the process as well.??

When the metallic suit had come off completely, the mecha-suit tried to climb onto his feet but was stopped by the mutants who stepped on his chest and held him down.??

The situation for him was still unclear and hence, he was still screaming and crying for his life, however, the mutants weren't really interested in killing him anymore.??

In fact, it looked as if the mutants were busy fighting over the pieces of metallic suit that were thrown on the ground by them.??

"My ear hurts," Hecathe clicked his tongue with his hands tucked in his pocket. He looked down at the man with a cold glare that spoke more than what words could.

"Stop shouting," Hecathe snapped and it was clear that he hated seeing people be this afraid of him.??

"You! What are you trying to do?!" The mecha-suit glared at Hecathe and crawled a few steps back as the man tried to keep a safe distance between himself and Hecathe.??

Hecathe smirked as he heard this question that made him want to tease this man a bit.??

"What is it that you want me to do?" Hecathe tilted his head as he asked, "Do you seriously wish to be tortured? I only asked for information and yet, you treat me this way. You really must understand that it's not my fault. You are the one who was constantly trying to pick a fight with us. It's nothing personal, brother. I only attack the ones that attack me"

The mecha-suit looked to be shocked as he heard this and he couldn't help but regret his decision to pick on this group of three.??

"Are you now willing to give us a proper answer?" Hecathe asked with a smile and his scary cold demeanor seemed to have immediately disappeared into thin air.??

The mecha-suit gulped as he heard this and although they had been fighting for quite some time now, the mecha-suit was still not giving an answer.??

Hecathe had been patient till now but now, his patience was really being tested to the limits.??

"Are you sure you don't want to speak today?" Hecathe asked as he glared at the man and this was the last straw.??

The mecha-suit took a minute, but this time, he wasn't silent anymore and had finally decided to talk.??

"He's our leader and he's missing... How can we not look for him?"??

"I think finding a new leader would be quicker and much easier," Hecathe sighed as he responded.??

"Nobody in this world can match up to our leader! He is the greatest to ever exist and the youngest one as well," The mecha-suit exclaimed.??

"If you know this then how come you let him run away?" Hecathe asked with a small smirk that was barely visible.??

"We didn't...!" The mecha-suit defended himself almost immediately.??

"So you're now going to say that he secretly ran away?" Hecathe asked with a frown on his face and the mecha-suit enthusiastically nodded his head.??

"I'm not just saying it. He really did do it! I'm sure of it!"

Hecathe couldn't help but scoff as he heard this ridiculous response.??

"You don't even try to understand your leader and you still dare look for him in this city?" Hecathe clicked his tongue as he spoke, "He's still a kid and you want to imprison him in that underground jail forever...?!"??

The mecha-suit gulped as he heard this and held his head down in a manner that made it almost seem as if he was a bit intimidated by the man.
