Hogwarts Superman - Chapter 115 [First Lesson]

Klee blankly accepted the authorization letter, which stated that due to Klee's excellent Potions scores, the Headmaster authorized Klee to teach during Snape's absence, limited to classes no higher than Klee's year.

When Klee left Professor McGonagall's office, he was still dazed, thinking, "I'm supposed to be a student..."

Klee obtained a booklet from Professor McGonagall, Snape's teaching memorandum. Judging from the memorandum, Snape's curriculum for the month wasn't too difficult, and Klee felt he could handle it easily.

So, the next day, the first and second-year students received a notice from their prefects—their Potions class would continue, but the instructor would be changing.

Harry and Ron were discussing it: "Damn it! I thought Old Bat's leave would give us a break, but it turned out like this!"

Harry impatiently interjected, "Let's just finish the Potions homework quickly, or this new teacher will make you suffer! Damn it, I still have to train for Quidditch! Our team hasn't practiced for a week!"

The five underachievers of the 91 team all expressed headaches. It wasn't just the five of them; the first and second-year students felt as if they had been doused with ice-cold water in the middle of winter, their hearts aching and their bodies fragile.

A few days later, on Friday, the first-year Potions class was about to resume, and everyone was buzzing, wondering who the new teacher would be.

All the students sat upright, waiting in the large Potions classroom… This time, it was the Gryffindor and Slytherin students taking the class.

The classroom was filled with quiet discussions. Klee was using his super hearing to listen to everyone's conversations. Compared to the Slytherin students, the Gryffindors showed a complete lack of respect for the new teacher—they had suffered enough under Snape, which was understandable—the little snakes weren't necessarily more respectful to the new teacher; they were actually subconsciously afraid of their Head of House—it would be a tragedy if Snape settled accounts later.

Klee smiled as he listened to the discussions inside and pushed open the classroom door.

The little wizards thought it was the teacher entering, but upon seeing Klee, those who recognized him, like Ginny and Colin, looked puzzled. Klee smiled and met Ginny's gaze, then walked straight to the podium.

A clamor erupted!

"Aren't you a second-year student?" a little snake asked.

"Hello, everyone!" Klee opened his authorization letter, displayed it in front of his chest, and showed it around, saying, "My name is Christian Feynman, and I am a second-year student from Gryffindor. Thank you to the school for their trust in me. From now until Professor Snape returns to school, I will be your Potions professor!"

The clamor grew even louder! The little lions were somewhat excited, while the little snakes looked completely dumbfounded!

What the heck! How could the Headmaster let a second-year student teach? Especially such an important subject as Potions?!

"[Silencio]!" Klee took out his wand and cast a spell on all the little wizards in the classroom.

Instantly, all sound disappeared. Everyone sat properly facing Klee, without a single sound.

Klee quietly looked at the little wizards, waited for a few minutes, and when the little wizards who tried to struggle gave up, he said directly, "Did you see that? You can't even break my little spell, so what opinions do you want to offer?"

"Does anyone else have any opinions?" Klee asked—of course, everyone's mouths were sealed by the spell at this moment, unable to make any sound.

"Very good! Let's start the lesson!" Klee smiled, or rather, showed a mocking expression—you don't want to listen to the lesson, and I don't want to teach it! Isn't it great that a spell makes you behave!

Klee took out the textbook, continuing Snape's last lesson.

Klee's lesson was wonderful!

It must be said that although his knowledge might be slightly lacking compared to Snape, in terms of language skills and teaching ability, ten Snapes combined couldn't match Klee.

In just a few minutes, the little wizards were immersed in the atmosphere of the Potions class. Silently, Klee's spell wore off, but no one made a fuss anymore. The little wizards were immersed in Klee's in-depth and easy-to-understand explanations.

The theme of this lesson was a potion to treat ulcers. Klee started directly from the founder, and after a few sentences, all the little wizards had a preliminary understanding of the history and heritage of this potion. Then, Klee carefully explained the characteristics and functions of each ingredient in combination with the historical development, interspersed with a few simple questions. Both Slytherin and Gryffindor students actively answered.

Finally, Klee personally demonstrated the preparation method and blending result of this potion to the little wizards.

In just a few minutes, this seemingly troublesome potion took shape in Klee's cauldron, and then Klee took out a beautiful glass bottle and put the purple potion into it, with a purity close to 100%!

The little wizards were amazed and came forward to watch. Klee signaled everyone to take their own cauldrons and start working.

Klee stood on the podium, matching everyone's names and positions based on his memory from the Sorting Ceremony. He used his X-ray vision—immediately, any mistakes in each little wizard's actions appeared in his eyes.

"Huo An Wenlai, you put too much water, you need to reduce at least three ounces!" or "Koala Scott, your wrist is floating too high, you need to move down at least two and a half inches!"

Like this, Klee didn't get close to anyone, but he accurately pointed out the mistakes everyone made. For a moment, all the little wizards were stunned.

It is worth mentioning that Ginny has been desperately practicing Potions recently. Her Potions skills have improved very quickly. Now she can stand out from the crowd. In this practical part of the Potions class, she did not make any mistakes. In the end, she was the first in the class to complete the potion!

"Very good! Purity is as high as 80% or more, an extremely excellent work! For Ginny Weasley, I will give Gryffindor five points!"

Although the little snakes were somewhat dissatisfied, no one protested because Klee was very fair.

Thanks to Klee's constant attention and careful correction, this lesson became a small miracle—by the time class was over, all the little wizards had completed their finished products! Even the worst student reached a potion purity of over 50%, qualified!

This kind of result was completely impossible in Snape's class. For a time, this group of first-year little wizards were slightly amazed.

In this way, the first lesson ended. Not to say that everyone was satisfied, but at least everyone felt that this [student teacher] was not a shoddy teacher.

The fact that the Potions professor was a second-year little wizard spread throughout Hogwarts School at an explosive speed. By the time Klee was eating dinner, he had become a star.
