The Magus of Genesis
Episode 6: Six Messengers/Six Orders
"Well, then, I'll go -"
With the same prolonged, non-nervous voice, Mel wields a short wand.
"Come out, Knuck"
When she called out her name, the first horse appeared as if the flame had risen and had a red fur.
That spiritual horse I named Nak Ravi is said to be a spirit made of a mixture of earth, wind, and flames. The redness of the bristles was due to the mixing of flames, so when I asked the producer why he did that, he said, "Because the flames seemed to run faster in there."
Sure, that's true, but its temperament is rough and rampant. I don't like walking slowly or standing still, and when I give that kind of order, it runs out.
"Take."
Mel points to a piece of wood that fell on the floor with a cane.
Nak Ravi walked that far, sliced a piece of wood, and gave it to Mel.
"Follow me"
When Mel says and walks, Nak Ravi follows behind it like a duck chick. Faster if Mel increases speed, slower if it loosens.
"Wait here (stay here)"
When ordered to do so while walking, Nak Ravi stopped following and stopped perfectly.
"Come on"
As soon as Mel said a short distance away, Nak Ravi rushed out to her so she could play...
"Stop."
He stopped perfectly in the air with his legs shaken up.
"Go away"
And as per the last order, Nak Ravi disappears as a whirlwind and dissolves into the air.
"Yeah. Perfect."
"Yay."
As I nod, Mel jumps and expresses his joy with his hands up.
Five years since I started researching the Spirit in full. I'm getting used to her tricks a lot too.
I wonder if this has finally taken shape for a moment.
The biggest problem in creating a licensing system for the Spirit was' what to base it on '. What I had in mind was an automobile in a previous life. Although it was already obsolete in an era when automated driving was commonplace, when I was a child, drivers needed to be certified as having the knowledge and skills to take courses and drive automobiles.
But it is premature for boulders to create detailed rules and signs for manipulating spiritual horses. I can't even grasp the side that manages making something like that all of a sudden, and the Spirit isn't just the horse in the first place. It is used in various fields.
As simple as possible, the first six orders were created.
Present, follow, wait, convene, suspend, and exit. Six Orders, which would be universally available to any Spirit. I decided that if I could remind the Spirit of this, I would give him a license.
I made the order into English for the same reason as the dog. To avoid confusion with everyday conversations.
"You used to get that knack that far."
Nak Ravi's temper is very rough. Even if I call it in, it's impossible to manipulate it that way.
Once you call your name every time you order, you can make them listen.
But that's just using magic to force you to obey. Such an order would make Nak Ravi more and more dissatisfied and more prone to rampage.
Even the Spirit has feelings.
I don't know if they have a life I can call them over and over, whether they cut it to pieces or eat it and erase it, and whether it's a creature is much debatable.
But having a heart was apparently a certainty.
"Eh heh. Thank you very much."
To my compliments, Mel pulls her arm against her chest.
Is this honest temper good? She was apparently a spirit-loved being.
The magic of invoking the Spirit makes compatibility with the Spirit important anyway.
Even though the Spirit of Fire is too close to be in trouble, the Spirit of Water is not allowed to negotiate.
But I've never seen a spirit who hates Mel. Whatever spirits she called, she was more familiar than normal and successfully attached to cooperation.
"…… No way."
I looked unexpectedly at what the woman and Mel, who created the Spirit for the first time in this world, had in common, and shook off that ridiculous idea. To boulders, that shouldn't be the standard...... maybe.
"Nack, come on."
You're noticing my gaze, or not, Mel calls Nak Ravi again and hugs him all the time so he can shove that nose against his chest.
"I did it, Nack. Perfect."
Nack snorted happily at Mel, who raised his voice of joy.
"I'll give you something nice to reward."
Say it. When Mel stuck his hand in the valley of his chest, he took a small medal out of it.
"……… what a place you're putting it"
"It's convenient to have things in here."
She apparently didn't know that there was a great invention in the world called pocket. Mel will put a string of medals around Nak Ravi's neck.
"Yeah, yeah, it looks great."
And nod happily.
"Then play again. Go away."
Without any concern, I gave an eviction order.
"Wh......!?
I open my eyes to what happened in front of me.
"Doctor, what's wrong?
I guess you didn't know what I was surprised by. Mel tilted her neck.
"The medal disappeared………"
The medal Mel put on Nak Ravi. I don't know what it's made of, but maybe it's iron or something. I remember seeing it at the grocery store. 'Cause maybe Mel put it through herself. I mean, they're both very common objects, not spirits.
So if Nak Ravi disappeared, only the medal would fall to the ground as it were, which is what I had unconsciously imagined. But what happened in real life.
With Nak Ravi, the medal on his neck disappeared.
"Nack!"
I rush to recall the Spirit Horse. That's how the first horse showed up, but he wasn't wearing a medal around his neck.
"No...... where was the medal earlier?
"That's right."
To me confused, Mel relaxed.
"I gave you the medal because it was Mel's knack. Look, right?
As a matter of course she calls Nak Ravi. A knuckle with a medal around its neck.
Next to Nak Ravi, whom I called.
"... what the hell..."
Medaled knucks and unworn knucks.
Two spiritual horses in front of me, I hold my head.
Apparently, studying the Spirit was still endless.
"I'm gonna get in the way. Shut up."
When I was worried, the sofa crossed the air when I rinsed to inadvertently block my gaze. Innis rode it. When it landed in one corner of the room, it was making chatter and unfolding, and a few seconds later it was changing its appearance to a big desk. Of course, Innis's appearance is captured inside it, and he cannot be seen from the outside.
"……… I wonder what's going on, this"
"Hey."
I know I combine some demonic motives and deform the couch to disguise it as a desk. But I didn't even know exactly what means were being used.
… This one seems to be well advanced in research.
If Mel is a child loved by the Spirit, Innis is an indisputable genius.
The idea of its granting magic, technology does not allow others to follow.
"Doctor! Didn't Innis come here!?
Unless all of that enthusiasm has been spent on skipping work.
"Uh... no, I haven't seen it"
Take refuge or tell the truth. A little worried, I answer that.
"Ugh, yeah. You're not here, are you, Innis?
In an inverted voice, Mel answered, with a flickering glance at the desk. I'm too bad at lying.
"I see... they ran away today."
Ala sat down on the spot, sighing deeply.
Oh, you believe that now......
"Why is Innis so full of talent, but not seriously trained…………"
The murmuring Ala's voice seeped in complex colors, neither sadness nor remorse.
He is never an inferior student. Rather, I would say excellent among the students. You can use more magic than a crowd, and the spears released from its privileged body are phenomenal.
But still, the Spirit had not yet won.
No such overwhelming magic as Mel's, no such flexible ideas as Innis's, no such absolute martial arts as Yuka's, it's hard to resist the Spirit. Because he is very good, the difference will be clear to him.
Still, Yuka, who has been working out his sword for over two hundred years, or an honest and serious Mel, would give up, but it seemed like there was no choice but to be so much aversion to self-depraved inice that he was nicknamed Lazy Witch, etc.
"No. Ooh."
But Mel disagrees with it.
"Innis is always serious."
"… Yes, is it?
To her surprise Ala, Mel nodded confidently.
"I'm always serious, I'm doing my best, I'm lazy."
Ala gave a stiff expression, then tilted her neck and thought seriously...
"- No, isn't that unnecessary?
And I came to that conclusion.
"Um?"
Mel tilts her neck too, whether she finally realizes it when she says it.
"Well, the pace of walking is different for people. Ala, your efforts are not in vain. I don't care about Innis."
"Oh, no......"
Ala shook her head.
"I understand that. I can't tell you that I walked on two legs like Mel. But the way Innis fights is very informative. So I was looking to ask for a mock fight."
I know I underestimated him for that answer.
"And Innis, that's not the limit. You should be able to be stronger. That way we can help the teacher and protect everyone in the village."
His horizons were much wider than he thought.
"That's where Innis is."
I was thrilled that I decided to sell Innis.
"Why do you rose!?
Sooner the desk returned to the sofa and popped out, but Ala moved faster.
"You're still here! Come on, we need your help!
"I can help Mel, too."
"Hey! Doctor, stop it! These guys keep banging the Pendragon Engraving and they're fine with training and stuff!?
Four-legged species are originally superior to humans and elves in stamina. Especially since Ala's endurance is almost bottomless, and if he walks long distances, he can beat Yuka. Not to mention that it would be a shame to compare it to Innis, who has always lived in self-depravity.
I knew that, so I sheltered my hiding innis, but when I heard Ala's words, I changed my mind. I don't think Innis would hit a bee if he struggled a little harder.
"Seiko!
It was on the brink of the sofa dragging Innis out of the room that the scales trembled in his pockets. Ringing is the voice of a chopped ruffle.
'Help... Tia's gonna die!
