With the powers of the Brion, the walls made up from ices easily built, Brion made the walls and other ice structures not destroyable by normal means, or people with weak power.

With these new movements, the Nighiram Empire was founded by the Brion himself.

All of the ice biomes are lands named Nighiram Ice Lands.

White Fur Humans looked everything has started building, at that time one of the archer White-Fur Human from the army of Brion, started yelling and taking the attention of the people.

Brion also created five different regions inside of the city itself each one of them has one population building.

1 – Dawn Region

3 – Dimyar Region

4 – Hunter Region

5 – Fisher Region

Other things such as tourists from the other empires and new-born registration will be handled in these buildings too.

- Second Building – School and Study Centers – 10 Buildings -

The school was there too making people informed about the other places and empires, necessities such as reading, writing, and learning different languages were most.

Brion created and put two schools on each street he named.

- 15 Days Later -

- Third Building – University Of Magical Studies and University Of Physical Studies – 10 building,

University Of Physical Studies will be working on improving the existing hunters using physical power as a must, they have to know that using magical energy to improve physical power is a pretty doable system against the many dangers.

They will be cultivating white-fur humans who could use their bodies and weapons more effectively becoming soldiers, hunters, fishers, or guards if necessary.

- Fourth Building – White Guards – 5 Building.

White Guard is a building that is created for cultivating the people who will guard other people against each other or people with evil motives against the other people inside of the city, basically a police system against the people with evil thoughts and deeds.

- Fifth Building – Research Center

Research Center is the place where the people with more knowledge and language could share their knowledge and abilities to earn meat or other things from the "Nighiram Empire"

One place for all kinds of information.

Brion was no genius in the time of building something like a city, He knows that the things he created just basics without any complex information in them but he tried anyway.

After about one minute later, he made everything White-Fur Humans noticed that more than 20 White-Fur Human showed on the air levitating, with ice energy, they were the Ice Sages Brion created came to help against the "Ice Community"
