Xin and Vivi look at the yellow fat duck in front of them, it has big round eyes, yellow feathers, a fat body, and 4 pieces of feather in his head.

"It's really a duck," Xin said.

"No, he is a spot-billed duck, a species of incredibly fast runners known to be capable of reaching speeds faster than a leopard,"

"In my country, you can usually see them as mount," Vivi said.

"You guys ride a duck in your counter? You guys are pretty weird," Xin said.

"Don't belittle this yellow fat bird, spot-billed duck can grow as big as an ostrich," Vivi said while playing with the duck in her hand.

."if you want you can take it," Xin suddenly said.

"Realy?" Vivi's face suddenly became bright hearing what Xin said. Actually she wants to take the fat duck but she is too embarrassed to ask Xin.

"If you really want to have it, then you can take it, after all, I don't know how to take care of a bird," Xin said.

"Maybe you don't know how to take care of animals, that's why you are pushing this duck to me," Vivi teasing said.

"I can take care of him but I don't have time, and I already have a pet," Xin said.

"What kind of pet?" Vivi asks.

"A chicken," Xin expressionless said.

*Pff

"A chicken? You're hilarious, you don't want to be a duck but you actually have a chicken pet," Vivi laughed hard when he heard what he said.

If someone lets her pick what kind of pet she will choose Vivi surely picks the fat yellow duck than a chicken.

"Go, laugh, laugh until you fart yourself!" Xin angry said, he thought,' What's wrong about Mr, Doodle, I think he is cool in his costume,'

"Okay stop laughing, why not think of a good name for this fat duck," Xin said.

*Quack

As if the duck knows that Xin is making fun of him, he cries.

"Why not…. Karoo?" Vivi said.

Xin's lips twitch hearing the name she choose, then he look at the yellow duck that angry looking at him and thought,' I did not expect that Karoo, Vivi's pet and friend si actually him,'

"Karoo? That's good then, he will be Karoo from now on," Xin said.

*Quack?

"Xin lets go the conference is about to start," Garp said.

Xin and Vivi then come inside of the conference room, because they both come with the High Rank Officer the CP let them in.

Xin looks around and sees a bunch of mob characters talking to each other, Wapol who is angry-looking at him and Cobra who looks surprised seeing Vivi with them.

A king takes out a piece of paper showing a picture of a man with a tattoo on his face.

"This is Dragon, a revolutionary, he's a dangerous man, within 5-6 years, he will bring a great danger to the world."

"What are you talking about, that's nothing, we can ask the marine to take that man and imprison him,"

"And the revolutionary or whatsoever can't hurt my kingdom,"

"King Wapol please behave yourself, even if you are a new king, you should at least respect the meeting hall," Cobra said.

"That's right King Wapol, at least when your father attend the meeting he is more polite than you,"

Sengoku, Garp, and Vice Admiral Staff look at Xin, while Xin looks in a different direction while whistling.

Of course, Xin knows that Sora takes the girls around and robs some people on their way, after all, Xin notices that Sora seems to rob anyone.

After the meeting is done, a group of Cp walk beside the door and announce.

"Please stand, and welcome the World Noble,"

All the king hurry stands, even Wapol stands straight, he knows that the World Noble is pretty notorious when it comes to other people.

World Nobles wear their hair, or a part of it, combed upward with a distinct curl on top. They all wear the same kind of white robe that resembles a spacesuit with a skirt, although the border designs of each Noble's clothing appear somewhat different and original and there are variations in the skirt's length. Male World Nobles seem to have a different style of collar than female World Nobles.

Xin look at this alien being and thought,' Maybe I should visit some of their houses later,'

"Next is the Five Elder, please welcome them,"

And then a five old man walked slowly coming inside of the conference hall.

The Five Elders are the highest-ranking Celestial Dragons and the heads of the World Government. They essentially rule the entire world, with the only individual of higher authority they answer to being the mysterious Im who sits on the Empty Throne.

Xin feels some weird energy coming from this old man, an energy that only belongs to a devil fruit user.

He was confused, why do these five old men have the life force of a 6 years old kid?
