15 Dungeon Master

Finally maintenance was over and John jumped right in the game he was in the white room again. He layed the shovel on a table and got a book and an orb.

John used the book and now suddenly he kind of knew what he needed and how to assemble Automatons.

After that E.V.A. said:

"User Virtec Inc. recommends that you built your dungeon in the giant rabbit cave your player owned forged will be incorporated in your dungeon and all the items will be transferred to your Inventory."

John thought about it as he was teleported back to the starting town he paid his respects and went to the rabbit cave.

John activated the Orb and a panel opened he could chose what kind of dungeon he would like. There where caves castles spatial dimensions but John kind kind of liked the idea to take the labyrinth because it looked like a aztec or mayan labyrinth and it would look like the dungeon was made by some ancient Civilization with Automatons in it.

John got a notification that the first version of his dungeon will be randomly generated but he can change everything manually. He pressed the accept button and a giant maze was created. Everywhere on the walls were intricate carvings inlaid with a slightly glowing greenish metal with depictions of Cogs and clockwork machinisms that formed humanoid creatures and beasts.

John went in to get to the forging area but suddenly was lost in his own maze.

John was mad but also slightly embarassed he fought with the maze for several minutes before he arkwardly asked EVA to Help him.

As expected he heard usual ...tch... but was then told that he can open the dungeon screen to teleport to the forge.

The Forge picked up the theme of the dungeon and some workstations were added like a smelting station and an assembly station. It also had a storeroom with some copper, Zinc, tin and iron bars and a mineshaft with some ore veins.

As John saw all this he was eager to try his new skills so je thought lets make a small automaton to collect all the scrap parts that gonna be created through crafting and fighting .

John used the smelting station to smelt some copper and added some zinc to make brass after everything was molten he poured it into some forms to produce cogs, gears and brass bars.

John thought that for the easy design of a scrap collector a simple frame without armor was sufficient so he forged the frame and limb parts out of the Brass bars and produced massive amounts of scrap parts but after some practice he finished 3 frames.

Now he added the cogs and gears. John decided that he would give the automatons a metal bucket on the back for all the collected scrap pieces he melted some Brass and poured it in a special mold he made out of sand.

After everything was assembled the automatons only needed a power source so he looked in the dungeon interface and saw that the dungeon could have 10 external cores as power sources and could create a mana stone if a player was killed in the dungeon so he took 3 cores and put them in the 3 automatons he made.

Scrapling

Rank:Trash

Race :Mashine

Small Automaton created to collect all the scrap he could find. It was poorly made and if the creator didn't specify it as an automaton all scraplings would be in danger of collecting their brethren as they would see them as scrap.

John was slightly bummed about the part were they would collect themselves but none the less he was satisfied and logged of not realizing that if a trained blacksmith would be dumbfounded by his talent in forging which just misses some practice and experience...
