Qai and his group were led by Chu Feng to one of the mountain peaks of the Purple Mist Sect. It was the peak where the Headmaster's palace was located.

Earlier that day, when Qai and his group entered the sect's domain, nobody among them can believe what they were seeing--there were thousands of disciples everywhere. Most were young and of different realms.

But what was very evident was the difference in outfits--their clothing would determine whether one is an outer or inner disciple.

Ordinarily, outer disciples were those cultivators in the Expert realm but once an outer disciple attained at least half-step Sage realm, he or she would be elevated to the status of an inner disciple. And inner disciples were normally nurtured with better resources.

But those core disciples like Chu Feng were the elites among the inner disciples--they were especially picked by the elders to be their direct apprentices.

Once a disciple entered the emperor realm, he or she can choose to stay to become an elder of the sect or opt to wander the cultivating world.

The world was vast. Cultivators in the emperor realm could only grow more by experiencing the world itself--in fact, there would be no longer anything that a sect could teach to an emperor cultivator.

Qai himself was in awe upon seeing the true picture of a cultivating sect. He instantly realized upon seeing everything truly that resources mattered in the cultivation world.

He personally witnessed in his visit in the sect how cultivators with Void elemental affinity 'forge' a skill scroll out of demonic beast cores.

It was truly amazing. With all those skill scrolls available, a sect can truly dominate the cultivation world.

Having seen that before his own eyes, he immediately dreamt of having a Void cultivator in his family.

He wasn't particularly regretful that he didn't join a sect--truth was, he was trying to be more observant in everything he could learn so he could apply them into his own family.

Qai was a gifted individual--he was not a genius and strong cultivator, he was simply a smart person with great foresight. So instead of blabbering around about his own cultivation level, he was more concerned with how he would apply the insightful things he was learning.

And one of the best things that Qai realized was that his actions for the family was more or less in the right direction.

His family had already members with 'Fire,' 'Wood' and 'Metal' elemental affinities which could equip occupational skills--these elements were deemed 'necessary' elements in the cultivation world.

Although Bing, Xiao Ning and Su Yu weren't yet strong, Qai knew that he made a great move bringing them to Shu family's fold.

He learned that, all in all, there were only five levels for occupational skills: Basic, Intermediate, Profound, Master, and Supreme--and all these skills had no particular 'grade' or 'realm' requirement as they could be learned in any stage only that the cultivator needed to follow the order from basic to ultimate without skipping a skill.

Once a cultivator learned all, he can concentrate the next skill for any other skill. But because no one can guarantee at which level a cultivator would meet a lifetime bottleneck that most of the cultivators with occupational path chose to learn such skill as early as awakening level.

There were lots of things that Qai learned just by looking around--with that, his group's venture to see the Purple Mist Sect headmaster was definitely a personal success.

The group finally arrived in the Headmaster's palace. It wasn't grand but one can tell it was a residence meant for someone great.

Qai and his group were anxiously waiting when all of a sudden, a very instantaneous seven-feet tall but slice-like vertical line appeared right in front of them and opened a space--and from there, a cultivator surprisingly appeared. The sudden appearance was so fast that it happened in almost a blink of an eye.

That teleportation disturbance which occured right in front of them was actually an activated rare Sage skill for Void elemental affinity called, 'Warp.'

That cultivator who just appeared out of nowhere was emitting an initial Heaven stage of the Emperor realm aura--the strongest everyone of them had actually seen in their lives.

It was so powerful that Qai and his group forcefully fell on to their knees. Although in truth, that cultivator did not actually released a suppressing aura--but still everyone struggled on their feet. Some of them even swallowed a mouthful of blood.

Chu Feng who was on his knees himself suddenly greeted as he bowed his head, "Master!"

Upon hearing their guide, all of them followed him in chourus.

"Greetings, Sect Headmaster."
