The Other Side of A Cultivation Story

Everyone immediately understood that Qai must have a fortuitous encounter during his training so they didn't bother to inquire into details. Besides the more important cause of celebration is the new addition to the family.

Inside his room, Qai sat in a lotus position holding an arrow.

He pointed gently the tip of the arrow onto his thumb until it made a little cut. Then he dropped a blood towards the spatial ring before finally wearing it.

It is not the first time for Qai to see a spatial ring. His father owns one although it appears that his father's is of lower quality. His father acquired it back during his tenure as a guard in a clan in Jiang City.

After wearing it, he took a peek to see what kind of treasure the esteemed elder must have stored in it.

There was nothing much but there he saw 10 gold coins, 5 pieces more of Supreme Qi Gathering Pills, a small bottle of liquid of some sort, and an emperor grade skill scroll named "Spiritualize."

From the looks of it, he knew that the scroll is a unique class since it didnt require any element. But he didnt know what to do of it. He was not even sure if he could reach emeperor realm.

It's either he would sell it for a big sum of money to help his family or to keep it for himself.

Not knowing what to do, he placed it back into the ring and decided to figure out what to do with it some other time. He would have to research first what "spiritualize" is for.

As for the bottle of liquid, he felt his father would know of it. So he thought of giving it to him.

As for the supreme pills, he decided to give each one of his family in order for them to make a breakthrough. He knew of its effects as made use of one when the elder gifted him one.

As for the gold, he's gonna keep the half and give the other half to his father to purchase skill scrolls for each one since everyone is about to breakthrough.

As for the spatial ring, he's gonna keep it for himself.

While thinking of these things, he noticed that the black tiger is starting to make minor transformation. He kept on observing and concluded that it is actually awakening!

The black-colored tiger cub is starting to emit some kind of elemental aura.

Qai doesn't know how beasts awaken their elements. But he thought that this cub is experiencing it too early.

So he watched closely.

He noticed that the stripes of the black tiger becomes silvery white in color emiting small scorching sounds.

'It's lightning,' he thought. 'It's a Lightning element black tiger.'

"Hahahaha, aren't we fated with each other!?" Qai laughed excitedly.
