THE PRESIDENT'S LOVE

Liu Lian was stupefied for a moment. Then smiled at him politely.

Li Chen: "I saw you sitting here alone. So, I came here. You don't mind no?"

Liu Lian: "No problem. Mr. Li."

Li Chen: "Don't be so polite with me. Just call me Li Chen."

Liu Lian stared at his face. After a while she agreed. Then the waiter came, he just orders a tea.

There was a long silent between them. It seems somewhat awkward. Finally, Li Chen broke the silence.

Li Chen: "You came here alone?"

Liu Lian: "Ah? Oh, No. I came with my college friends."

Li Chen: "Oh. Then why are alone here?"

Liu Lian: "They are resting, and others are shopping."

Liu Lian: "Why are you here?" without even knowing she asked him loudly.

Li Chen looked at her face. He was surprised.

Liu Lian: "If you don't want to say it's okay."

Li Chen: "I came here for accompany someone."

Liu Lian: "your girlfriend?" Liu Lian felt like that someone prick her heart by a needle.

Li Chen: "No. I don't have a girlfriend." He denied it immediately afraid that she would misunderstand him. Then the waiter served his tea.

Li Chen looked at her. He noticed that she poured a new coffee to her mug. He frowned.

Li Chen: "Don't drink so much coffee. It'll affect your sleep."

She was surprised to see that he cared about her.

Liu Lian: "It's okay. I'm used it." She shrugged her shoulders.

Li Chen's frown deepened.

Li Chen: "You're strolling alone. It's not safe for a girl to scroll around alone in a foreign country."

Liu Lian just smiled.

Li Chen: "When are you going back? I'm staying here for a month."

Liu Lian: "I'm also staying for a month."

Li Chen: "If you don't mind let's hang out more in the future."

Liu Lian: "I would like to do it but I'm somewhat busy. If I have time, I'll join you. Mr. Li."

Li Chen: "I said you. Call me Li Chen. You can consider me as a… friend."

Liu Lian: "Okay."

Then they talked for some time. Soon night arrived.

Li Chen: "Will Ms. Liu give me the honor to invite you for a dinner?"

Liu Lian: "I'm glad." She smiled.

Then they went to a 5-star restaurant for the dinner.
