The Queen Wicked Deeds

Chapter 92 - Dream

"What do you want to do?" Anne asked at the young black-rimmed young boy with black hair that was now playing a chess game with her.

"Nothing," John said as he moved his piece.

"Don't try to fool me," Anne moved her other piece and took his pawn, "come on, tell me."

"There is nothing," John insisted and moved his horse. "It is true., my princess."

"What do you want for telling me?" Anne said as she moved her bishop to take his horse. "I can give you anything…" she took a piece of fruit tart and put it into his plate to tempt him.

It was the greatest way for her to make him believe in her goodwill. However, the young man didn't fall into her hands.

"I am on a diet," he said as he slid the piece of tart to her with a tear falling down his right eye. "I can't allow myself to be tempted."

Anne looked at him and a tear from her right eyes also fell. The sympathy she fell for his suffering was something she had come across with. She then nodded and bit her lips.

"Don't pressure yourself with that too much," she said as she looked at how he was eating her bishop. "You are too young to suffer such torture. There are other ways to get away with it."

His eyes widened, and a sudden glint appeared in his red eyes. "Are you telling me the truth, my princess?"

Anne smiled and gave him a card, a pink card with a phrase on it. 'She is the one who helped me. '

John looked at the card but didn't quite understand until he looked at the bracelet on Anne's wrist. Then he finally realized how wonderful the card was.

"This… this is a treasure," John took the card to his heart and made a mental note to call the number on the back in a few more seconds. "Checkmate," he said with a grateful smile.

Anne nodded and looked at the board with her Queen taken. The game was not to take down the King but the Queen from the start, and John had done it splendidly.

"I will go now, my dear princess," John bowed and moved out of the clubroom.

However, their game was not a solitary show of two friends but at least a dozen of people were waiting and watching in silence the magnific exchange. Though, at the last second, their hopes and wishes went down the drain.

"Sigh…" that was the collective sigh of a dozen of girls that wished for their princess and leader to win the game.

"Don't worry, my girls," Anne stood up and looked at them with a shine in her eyes and determination fixed in her gaze. "There will be a time when everything will go as we wanted, and we will have a clue on those two young men's relationship."

The claps could not wait to be realized. The girls from the JxB club were given new hope. Even if the anniversary details of the two young boys lovers was not achieved that day, they still have many opportunities in the future.

They can only wait and spy and wait again.

"My Princess," Tia sighed and took the hand of the Princess to guide her to her next class. "You can't skip this class, the teachers will call you again and will be mad if they don't find you."

"There is no need to go, my dear Tia," Anne was looking at her plate that carried her treasure. She wanted to take a bite, but it was difficult when Tia was grabbing her hand. "They won't say anything as I already know their shameless secrets."

"They are under my control," Anne smiled, "Muahahahaha!"

[Marianne Roin,

Once upon a time, there was a little girl that lived with her grandma in the middle of the forest. However, it was not exactly the middle, nor it was a forest, but a big town on an island.

She was happy and lived every day of her life with peace and joy. The simple life of a commoner was all she needed. No riches, no great adventures, nor a soul mate, just her and her grandma in the town on their island.

The same people with the same troubles with the same solutions. She was happy because nothing unpredictable could come her way. Even if there were storms and seasons of extreme drought, they all were prepared because, as it was said, nothing unpredictable could come their way.

So, the island survived centuries with the same people, the same customs, the same predictable fate. Or so the legend taught.

One day a young man of a country called Lith, had a dream, not any kind of dream but the dream of a future. The one that appeared inside that beautiful fantasy was no one else but a delicate lady with long brown hair and gorgeous blue eyes.

Her name was Marianne Roin. He dreamed about her every night and if he was drunk and about to faint, he will see her image appeared as if it was an illusion. He thought he was going crazy and many of the townspeople also thought the same.

Now he was called the mad fisherman. They heard him talking to the air, to the woman that appeared from his dreams and that didn't exist. However, he kept talking as if she was there.

One day, he had another dream, this time it was different, the woman was in serious trouble. She was trapped in the cave of an island and the tide of the ocean didn't let her escape.

She was going to die.]

Moira was following the princess to her classroom as she was also part of the class, however, her new pack members had started a fight for a piece of meat, and so she had to discipline them. Now she was late for class and decided to follow the Princess to save her buŧŧ from detention.

"Princess Anne, Miss Moira," teacher Lena started her speech, "this is the fifth time you had come late to the class."

Her eyes were twitching, and her mouth was trembling. These two girls didn't take the lessons seriously as the other students. However, she can't say that she couldn't understand the reason. Both of them were geniuses.

"What do you have to say to defend your case?"

Moira started signaling, 'I didn't have a choice, it was a family matter.'

Miss Lena nodded and looked at Anne to hear her excuse. It was always an interesting story filled with tiny demons transformed into humans and some strange missions. She wanted to know where did the imagination of the Princess go this time.

"I don't have an alibi, teacher Lena," Anne said but at the same time, she sent an image to the teacher's MINI.

"What is this?" teacher Lean widened her eyes as the picture of two young men smiling while riding a boat in the nearby lake was shown to her eyes.

"Reward for you enthusiastic class," Anne said without shame. "Exclusive photo."

Anne nodded seeing the shining on the teacher's eyes. She knew that the manager teacher of her JxB club won't disappoint.

"Take your seats," teacher Lena said and signaled the two young girls to the empty seats.

However, there was a note on Anne's table. It was a request from one of her schoolmates, though the signature was only an E letter.

She looked around and recounted that there were ten people with names starting with E in this classroom. How on earth she will guess who is the owner of the note?

[…

The man didn't hesitate more, his life had been his dream and his dream was her. So he took his boat, his many maps he had collected with some routes marked. For so many years he had waited to make the journey and to find the woman of his dreams.

Now there was no time to waste, or she will die and disappear.

The waves and the currents guided his journey, for many days and for many nights against the ocean, the storms, and the lack of food and water, he navigated to the impossible.

And then… when he was about to succumb to the hunger and thirst, just when he was about to close his eyes and enter the last dream, he found the island.

He dragged his body with all the strength he could muster and navigated his last travel. To the woman he had seen in his dreams, to save her from death.]
