The Revenge Turned To Love
Chapter 120 - Let's Engage Officially!
Mishi and Xian left the church from the other side while Wang Wei and Chang kept waiting for her. While they sat in the car, Xian dialled Chang's number and told him that he was taking Mishi somewhere so they should leave from there. Saying this he hung up the call.
"What?," asked Wang Wei.
"Brother Xian is taking Mishi somewhere so we should go home," replied Chang. Wang Wei couldn't believe this. "I never knew Xian would do this….from next time I'll be more alert," murmured Wang Wei and told Chang to get into the car.
"Wang Wei should know that he's fighting against Xian Zhang," said Xian with a smile and increased the speed.
"Where are you taking me? What are my father's things that I don't know?," asked Mishi, looking at Xian with many questions in her eyes.
"Be patient," said Xian and smiled. After an hour they reached outside a small wooden house. From the outside it looked in depilated condition but from inside it's interior it looked as if it was constructed newly.
Mishi looked around the wooden house. There were only four rooms with a small kitchen and a small living room. A smile appeared on her lips. "When did you buy this?," asked Mishi.
Xian gazed at her. "It's not mine. It's of your father." Mishi looked at Xian curiously. "Well, I know this because, eight years ago he took me here. It's like his personal work office, far from the city and disturbances. I used to be here sometimes on weekends to meet him. He usually used to come with his wife here." Xian explained Mishi.
"He never told me about this," murmured Mishi and went towards the living room.
"Because he gave me this just a day ago of his accident. The things here kept as it was 8 years ago. I sometimes come here to clean this house. When I met you I thought to take you here also but I was filled with my revenge. Now we are reunited, so you're the true owner of this house. Their room is upstairs, the first one. I never checked any of the rooms here. Here these are the keys." Stated Xian and handed the keys to Mishi.
Mishi took the keys and went upstairs while Xian sat on the sofa there.
As soon as Mishi opened the door she saw a small bed in the centre, a desk and table on the left side, a shelf with some photos on it. Mishi closed the door from inside and spread her gaze in every possible corner. She went to the shelf and looked at the photos of her parents.
"They used to look so good together," murmured Mishi looking at the frames. There were also photos of her and her siblings. Tears dripped down her eyes and she started crying profusely. "They would be alive if I hadn't….If I hadn't…", stattered Mishi.
After crying for fifteen minutes she checked the other things in the room when she found a small wooden box inside a wooden cabinet. There was also a small key beside that. She picked the box and the key. Sitting on the bed she opened the keylock of the box when she found two ring boxes and several letters there.
She quickly opened the letter and started reading it. After she read those letters thoroughly she put them inside the box and opened the ring boxes. A smile formed on her rosy lips and she put them in the bed.
Xian on the other hand has called a man who brought one bag full of edible things. Xian thanked him and paid the money. He put the bag on the small dining table there and started taking out the things from there. "I wish I could cook. I should've learnt from Mark when he told me to," murmured Xian and then took the things to the kitchen.
"What should I make?," murmured Xian when Mishi came there and said, "you don't have to cook. I'll cook." Hearing her voice, Xian ran to her and asked her whether she had checked everything to which Mishi nodded.
Mishi grabbed Xian's hand and then made him sit on the sofa. Xian got confused with her act. "What happened?," asked Xian. Mishi sat beside him and put her head on his shoulder. Xian didn't say anything as he understood that Mishi had found something.
"Xian, do you believe in destiny?," asked Mishi.
"I do believe," answered Xian. Mishi smiled hearing his answer.
"Dad wanted me to marry you." Said Mishi and raised her head. This shocked Xian for a few seconds. He then immediately looked at her. "He was going to ask for your hand for me after two days. He had the habit of writing a diary but here they usually spend their weekends. In front of mom he wasn't able to write so he wrote some letters. I read those letters which told every single thing about your nature and personality and what you used to talk with him." Said Mishi.
Xian was stunned hearing this. "He wanted me to marry you?," murmured Xian. Mishi nodded and put the ring boxes on the table. Xian stared at Mishi. "Let's get engaged with an official ceremony after two days." Mishi proposed to him then lightly kissed on his cheek.
Tears poured down from Xian's cheek unknowingly. "Sorry, I think…" murmured Xian and was going to wipe away them when Mishi put her palms on Xian's face and then wiped off them. "We were destined to meet." Mishi said in a low voice. Xian held Mishi's hands and then kissed her knuckles.
"Sorry that I troubled you a lot," murmured Xian and lowered his eyes.
"I also did wrong to you but you still protected me and loved me," muttered Mishi. Xian looked into her eyes. He put his hand on her waist and pulled her towards him. Closing the distance between them he hugged her tightly. "I love you a lot," confessed Xian and then cupped Mishi's face gently. Circling his thumb on her face he said, "forgive me for not seeing you earlier."
"It wasn't your fault. Situations made us like that," reasoned Mishi and held Xian's other hand. They were studying each other's eyes when Xian put his lips on Mishi's. The kiss was a gentle one. The hands of Mishi went behind Xian's neck, pulling him more closer to her. They kissed each other passionately and laid on the sofa. Xian wanted to go further but then he stopped, so was Mishi.
"Let's not go further before our marriage," murmured Xian. Mishi blushed hearing this and kissed him on the cheek. Both stared into each other's eyes and laid down beside each other on the broad sofa.

Mark and others reached home when Lau and Lan Zhan told him that they were going out with Biyu for some shopping. Mark nodded and went to his room when he saw Yin coming there.
A smile appeared on his lips and he went to her. "Mark," murmured Yin and stopped in front of him.
"Is everything fine now?," asked Mark. Yin shook her head in acceptance. "Well, I'm relieved after talking with Mishi," said Yin and gave him a light smile.
"It's good. Xian and Mishi are finally together," said Mark and put his hands inside his trousers pockets. Yin nodded hearing him and said, "I'm also thankful to you for believing in me."
"You don't need to say thanks because I was also the reason behind all this. I always used to think that I know everything about you but that wasn't true," murmured Mark.
"Do you still love me?," asked Yin.
The sudden question of Yin for Mark made him startled so for a few seconds he didn't reply. "Don't love me. I'm not worthy of being loved by anyone. As I told you before that…"
Mark cut her words and stepped close to her. "I told you that I won't give up on you. My love for you isn't new. It's fine if you don't love me but you can't tell me to stop loving you." Mark said in a quite serious tone without any blinking.
Tears poured down from Yin's eyes but she wiped them immediately. "You can't ruin your life for this one sided love." Yin said in a broken voice.
"Liar," murmured Mark. Yin looked at him. "Don't stare at me. Just accept that you also like me," said Mark. Yin didn't say anything and turned her eyes away. "Yin, I'll wait for you. I won't force you to confess but I will wait for your answer. I want to see for how long you kept lying to me and to yourself." Said Mark and walked away.
"I'm a criminal who can't love anyone." Yelled Yin in a loud voice and fell down on the floor. Mark turned to her and then seeing her on the floor he rushed to her. Yin was crying badly. "I'm a criminal...i...i can't love you Mark," stammered Yin. Mark wiped off tears from Yin's face.
"A criminal is also a human. I'm not in with a criminal. I'm in love with a girl who is beautiful from her heart," murmured Mark and they both stared into each other's eyes.
