The Revenge Turned To Love

Chapter 132 - Will You Wait For Me?

Yin gained consciousness when she found Mark sitting beside her, holding her one hand. She tried to recollect why she was in the hospital and she recalled that call. "Mark," whispered Yin. Mark immediately looked at her and rushed out to see the doctor.

After 5 minutes he came inside with the doctor and she checked her vitals. "She is fine now. Ms Yin, you're absolutely fine. Please don't take stress as it can affect you in a bad way," stated the doctor. She then turned to Mark and after talking with him, she left from there. A nurse came there and removed the drip from her hand.

Mark helped her in getting down and they both left the hospital. Reaching the house, Mark told the maid to bring lunch for her in the room. Yin was sitting on the bed when Mark sat beside her on a chair.

"Would you tell me what happened to you?," asked Mark politely. Yin looked at him and then turned her gaze away. Mark waited to get a response but she didn't speak."I think I need more rest and time for myself," Yin finally spoke.

"You don't trust me a bit. Why are you doing this?," asked Mark with a choked voice. "Yin, why are you keeping things to yourself? You know that at this rate you won't be able to recover." Mark further said with frowns on his forehead.

The maid came with the good rest there. Mark took the tray and put it on the table there. Taking out some food on a plate, he told Yin to eat that as she had to take medicine after that. "Won't you eat?," inquired Yin.

"Later," answered Mark. Yin didn't speak further and started eating. After finishing the meal, she took the medicine and Mark told her to take some sleep. He turned to leave when Yin grabbed his hand.

"Don't worry about me. I usually had this kind of panic attacks earlier too." Yin told Mark to which Mark told her that she should sleep now. Closing the door behind him, Mark went to his room.

He took out Yin's phone and put the password on it. "I don't want to do this but it's for everyone and for you." Mark checked the call lists and then sent the number to Lan Zhan telling him to search the number and get the info. He then sat on the sofa there and put the phone aside.

In the evening he went to Yin's room and found she's awake. "Your phone," murmured Mark and handed it to Yin. Mark turned to go when he stopped. Yin was looking at her phone when Mark turned to gat and said, "Let's go out today."

"What?," Yin shockingly said.

"I'm asking you out. One of us has to make efforts toward the other. I can't give up neither can I lose hope on my feelings. Well that's the secondary thing. The primary thing is I want you to go out too that way you'll feel good," stated Mark.

"But," murmured Yin.

"No ifs and buts." Muttered Mark and made her get up from the bed. "Get ready in 10 minutes. I'm waiting for you," saying this Mark walked out of her room. Before Yin could refute him, he walked out of the room, closing the doors behind him. Yin went to the cupboard and took out a decent dress for herself.

After getting ready she came out of the room and found Mark was on the sofa in the living room. She walked near him and called his name. Mark turned to look at her. "You didn't change?" Inquired Mark.

"No, it's looking good too," murmured Yin looking at her business suit. Mark nodded and got up from the couch. He held Yin's hand. Yin resisted but Mark didn't let it go and took her out with her.

In the car, Yin asked, "where are we going?" Mark didn't reply which made Yin nervous. "I won't harm you. Just want you to enjoy your life too," answered Mark politely. He sped up the car's speed and after an hour reached the club.

"Club?" Yin turned her eyes to Mark. "I don't want to go there." Yin stated. Mark smiled and said, "you always had a lot of fun with us in the club." Yin thought that was in the past and things are changed now.

"Don't think we have grown to. Things have changed. We should enjoy it sometimes and this used to be your favourite place," muttered Mark and got out of the car. He went to the other side and opened the door for Yin. "But my dress," murmured Yin.

"Don't think about that." Saying this Mark pulled her out of the car and took her inside. The loud DJ music and the loud voices of people, especially youngsters could be heard. They both recalled their past years when they trio used to-do clubbing on weekends. A broad smile carved on Yin's face.

The music kept on changing and so were the club lights. The music turned light when Mark held Yin's hand and got on the dance floor. "No Mark," whispered Yin when Mark pulled her towards him and started moving with the rhythm. The others too were dancing accordingly.

Yin has put her hand on Mark's shoulder and gazed into his eyes. Mark leaned closer to her and whispered in her ear, "don't think about anything else. You only enjoy today and nothing else should come into your mind." Saying this he leaned back. Mark was trying to make her smile in every possible way when the music changed to dj one and many joined the dance floor.

The loud shouts by the people made Mark and Yin laugh. Yin moved a little bit and started dancing lightly. A long ago she had forgotten her true self but she was reminded of that now. She started jumping and shouting with the music while Mark stepped aside from the dance floor.

He was staring at her and reminisced the days when he always used to see her from far. Her smile is the most mesmerising thing for him. Today also he's into her and the feelings he had buried deep inside his heart, coming out. "I wish you could truly love me. I wish we could be as happy as others but I know you'll push me. Our love is always like this : filled with sufferings and pain." Thought Mark in his mind.

He sat on one of the chairs with a drink in his hand. Yin was dancing with other girls on the dance floor while Mark was watching her. He sipped the drink and put the glass on the table there. After one hour of dancing, Yin got off the floor and went near Mark.

"That was fun," Yin said excitedly. The smile she had lost in these few years, has now returned. Mark felt happy seeing her like this. He tucked her hair strands behind her ear and then wiped her forehead with the handkerchief as sweat was formed there due to her excessive dancing.

"Mark, you should also dance. It was really fun," said Yin. Mark smiled and cheerfully said, "I danced with you earlier. One more thing you're forgetting. I'm bad at dancing. That's why I never used to do dance with you and Xian," muttered Mark.

"No will see you here. See, the lights are dim," murmured Yin looking around and then dragged Mark to the dance floor. She made him dance. Both were laughing and enjoying the dancing. With the night, more crowds came to the floor pushing them closer.

Seeing the closeness between Mark and her, Yin spoke. "I think we should go now. There's now so much rush," murmured Yin. Mark nodded and stepped ahead to get off the floor when a man accidentally pushed him and he couldn't balance himself. His lips crashed on Yin's cheek. Mark immediately stepped back when the man apologized to him.

They both got off from there. "Ah, sorry got that. It wasn't intentional," murmured Mark. Yin told him that's no issue. Mark paid the bills and they came out of the club. "It was fun, isn't it?" Asked Yin excitedly.

"Hmm. You should frequently come here," said Mark and took out the car keys from inside his pocket. "I will if you want to. Xian is busy now in his love life." Said Yin. Mark hummed at her and they both got into the car.

She fastened her seatbelt and turned to Mark. "Let's go and thanks for this." Yin said humbly and with a slight smile. "I'm happy that you're happy. Smile like this always and forget about your past. Use your second chance to live your life fully," muttered Mark and started the engine.

"Will you wait for me?," inquired Yin.

Mark turned his gaze to her. "What do you mean?," asked Mark. He wanted to confirm if Yin was confirming her feelings towards him.

"You love me despite the fact that I'm a criminal. No, Mark doesn't refute this fact because it's the truth. I tried harming her So I'm the criminal. This trauma is more painful to me that's why I'm afraid to reciprocate your feelings. Wait for me a little bit, as I need time. I will soon tell you my answer truthfully. I won't hurt you like the last time so please a little longer." Yin said in a serious tone and then kissed on Mark's cheek.

A tear fell from Mark's eye. He was way more fluttered by this confession of Yin. Yin leaned back and had a gentle smile on her lips. "I will always wait for you. Take your time and remember these words of mine. In my eyes you're not a criminal. I love you and for me it doesn't matter what was your past; what will be your future. Just be happy, that way I'll be happy." Mark stated and kissed her forehead.
