The Revenge Turned To Love

Mark and Yin were outside the home, had some shopping for them and were inside a small restaurant. They both were on a dinner date when they found Lau Lan and Liling there. They both didn't notice them so Mark and Yin decided not to disturb them.

"Liling has returned after such a long time," murmured Mark.

"Hmm. Lau Lan is really a caring guy. His counselling sessions helped me a lot," said Yin Mei, looking at Mark. Mark agreed with her. After they were done eating, they left from there. Holding hands of each other they both were walking on the pavilion.

Many couples were going their way to the bridge as it was the time of firecrackers. Yin told Mark they also should go to the bridge to see the firecrackers. Mark nodded and they reached the bridge. 

There were many other people on the bridge to enjoy the moment. "It's good that they are using green crackers," said Mark. Yin smiled and saw that the firecrackers had started. She was widely smiling, seeing the crackers bursting up in the sky. 

Mark was mesmerized to see her again. Yin looked at him with her glowing, happy face. 

"Many things changed but I'm happy that your love for me never changed. People talk about their soulmates. I've a soulmate too who loves me more than his life. It's all thanks to Mishi that I again met with Mark else I would've regretted my entire life. I love you, Mark and want to be by your side." Thought Yin, looking into Mark's eyes.

She rose up on her toes and then kissed Mark. Mark put his one arm around Yin's waist and another on her side face, capturing those lips of her, thought, "this is my true happiness. I'll cherish you throughout my life. Thanks for accepting this love." 

The people there started clapping for them. They both smiled, continued kissing when Yin put her arms around Mark's neck. Releasing each other after a while, Mark gently wiped off Yin's lips. 

The claps weren't stopping when Mark announced that they are going to marry soon. Loud cheer noises started coming. Yin smiled widely when Mark told about their marriage to everyone there. The people there congratulated them. 

Lau Lan and Liling were watching them from the other side, smiling. "They look good together. Good to see that Yin has finally accepted everything and let go of her past," said Liling. 

"Hm. It is indeed tough for a person to come out of the trauma of being alone, being rejected by the people. But love and care can do amazing work. As a psychiatrist, I do my best to give my patients a new definition of life so that they can enjoy it fully," stated Lau Lan.

"True! We get life only once so we should enjoy it to its fullest. Every single being is disturbed nowadays but the best solution is to talk with people. But then some people can't find those few people in their lives. 

I'm happy we got to know about Yin's problems. There are many people who don't even share their problems and just want to be isolated," said Liling, looking at Lau Lan.

"That's my next project. I've decided to outreach to such people and help them in the best possible way as like my own family," muttered Lau Lan. Liling smiled and held his hand.

Mishi in her room was thinking about the glimpse she got in the office while working. She then closed her eyes, trying to recall those things again. But there was nothing, she could actually remember. She opened her eyelids, rested her head on the bed. 

"I indeed saw Xian beside me. Is he related to me? Why uncle- aunt, CC and Weng Wei didn't tell me anything about this that I know Xian. Is it the reason he came after me? Doctor told me that I lost many precious memories but I never thought that it would be related to Xian," thought Mishi when her phone rang. 

Her thoughts were disturbed by the phone call. She picked the phone from the bedside table and looked at the screen. "Xian," murmured Mishi and answered the call. 

"Are you thinking about me?" Asked Xian.

"Eh? What are you saying? Why would I think about you?" Questioned Mishi. 

"Um.. That's because you answered my call within a second. So, it's obvious you were thinking about me," replied Xian from the other side while smirking. 

Mishi smiled hearing his response. "Don't you have any other work?" Inquired Mishi.

"What do you mean?" Xian told her to explain.

"I mean you are always free. Don't you work? I think your brother is working only and you just run here and there for useless things," stated Mishi.

Xian was on the bed, chuckled hearing his wife's explanation. "I work else how will the company be in the top rankings. Mark also does work but I don't make him work only. 

You're not a useless thing. You're someone precious to me so don't ever call yourself useless and those useless things I haven't even started doing. When I'll start doing you won't be able to stop thinking about me." Xian asserted in his deep voice. 

Mishi smiled hearing him. "So what do you say? Are you ready to be my-" before Xian could complete his words Lan Zhan intervened.

"Mishi, don't become his girlfriend. He's a bad boy. You won't believe me that he has broken the hearts of so many girls," shouted Lan Zhan from the back.

"Mishi, don't listen to him. He is just blabbering rubbish," Xian stated.

"I think you should talk him first and then-" 

"Don't Mishi. Don't cut the call," said Xian and glared at Lan Zhan who was laughing. Stopping his laugh Lan Zhan said, "Mishi, actually I want to talk to you. Don't cut this call. Actually, Mark and Yin are going to marry. We are leaving for Shandong Province tomorrow evening. 

As one of your senior brothers I want to tell you this personally. Your presence is a must else Mark- Yin won't get married." 

"What? Why? I mean how do you know I won't come?" Questioned Mishi surprisingly.

"Mishi, you aren't coming? Why? No, you can't do this," said Xian worriedly. 

"Xian, stop now. The thing is I know because your Secretary is my friend. She is also invited but she said you have a week business trip to Shanghai so she won't come. Mishi, you can't be absent from this marriage. Now, cancel your business trip because every arrangement is made for the marriage," said Lan Zhan.

"Ah- umm…" 

"Mishi, what are you thinking? Do you want them not to marry? Fine, then their marriage will be del-"

"Lan Zhan, don't. I'll see what I can do. I will surely attend this marriage. There's no need to worry about." Mishi assured Lan Zhan. 

"Okay, Mishi, I'm leaving. I've some work. See you tomorrow. Have a good night and have dreams of your brother that's me," said Lan Zhan with a smile and left from there. 

"Why would she dream of you? She would dream of me," shouted Xian at Lan Zhan while covering the phone but Mishi heard that. 

He then got back to the call and said, "Mishi, you can't dream of anyone except me." 

"You are a bad boy who has broken the hearts of many girls," said Mishi in an angry tone.

"What? Don't listen to Lan Zhan. He was kidding. Why would I do that?" Said Xian, trying to pacify Mishi. Mishi smiled and told him that he should sleep as it was late. 

"Um…I'll sleep after you. So, you should sleep first," said Xian.

"I'm on the bed, ready to sleep," stated Mishi. 

"Okay, then. Goodnight. Dream about me. Tomorrow we will come to pick you up in the evening so be ready, okay. Bye bye," saying this Xian hung up the call. Mishi smiled looking at the screen. Putting it aside; closing the lights, she laid down on the bed and fell into a deep sleep after sometime.

Xian giggled thinking about Mishi and then looked at his wedding photos with Mishi. "We two are looking so good. I'm missing your presence. You should be beside me but it's okay, gradually we will recall and then we will be together," murmured Xian while touching the photo of Mishi which was in his phone. Looking at Mishi's photo he fell asleep. 

In the jail, Bai was gazing at the ceiling. Suddenly she started laughing which disturbed the sleep of the fellow jailmate of hers. "Can't you see I'm sleeping. Don't laugh," muttered the woman.

Bai ignored her and kept laughing when the woman got up and went to her bed. "Are you mad? You should ask for your treatment. Now, stop laughing," the woman angrily told her.

Bai stopped laughing and then got up from the bed. She grabbed the neck of the woman and hit her from the wall. The woman's forehead started bleeding. "Whom are you calling mad? I'll kill you but no- I can't," murmured Bai and released her. 

"I'll kill you Xian," screamed Bai as loud as she could when the jail officers came there as the woman was shouting. They took the woman from there and locked up Bai in the separate cell.
