The Revenge Turned To Love

Ru Shi had an inquisitive look when Chang told her that he would fight for her father case but he wanted something from her. "What do you want? I do not have that much money-"

Chang smiled and cut her words. "I do not want money but something else," asserted Chang. Ru Shi gulped thinking he was asking for her body or something when Chang further said, "I want you to be at this path till the end. In any case you will not step back if I start fighting for your case."

"Why would I do so?" Ru Shi asked. "Do not worry. I will never do that. I want justice for my father and I will stick to this fight till the end," she stated, wiping of the tears from her cheeks. Getting up she bowed her head before Chang, expressing her gratitude towards Chang.

"Ahh, please do not do this," said Chang. Ru Shi smiled and said, "You are a great man. I should leave now" when Chang stopped her. "Miss, write down your contact number here so that I can call you," stated Chang.

Ru Shi nodded and took the pen front the desk and wrote her number on a white paper there. "Here, you can call me anytime," said Ru Shi with a tiny smile on her lips. Change nodded and gestured to her that she should leave. Ru Shi nodded and left from there.

Chang rested his head on the chair and thought about the case he lost today. After a while, he picked up his keys and left for the home in the car. As he was driving the car, he noticed Ru Shi looking inside a restaurant with one hand on her stomach. He parked the car at the roadside and observed the girl for a few minutes. 

"Why is she not going inside?" Chang murmured. He recalled his childhood days when he and Chunhua used to be like this after their parents passed away. Although Mishi did a lot of hard work to give them everything but there were some things they also wanted like the other kids. He stepped down the car and went towards Ru Shi.

"Miss what a coincidence!" said Chang with a bright smile. 

"Ahh, you," mumbled Ru Shi. 

"Will you have some dinner with me?" Chang asked. Ru Shi refused saying she was getting late for the home when her stomach growled. Both Chang and Ru Shi looked at each other. "I think your stomach is saying otherwise," muttered Chang and told her to go inside the restaurant with him as they would discuss more about the case.

Ru Shi nodded and they went inside the restaurant. Chang made her sit on the chair and asked her what she wanted to eat by handing her the menu. "I can eat anything. Order whatever you want to. I will eat," said Ru Shi.

"You do not need to be shy. Ahh, why are you talking with me in an informal manner?" Chang asked. 

"Because you are," murmured Ru Shi. 

"No, I was not. I was calling you Miss since you met me," stated Chang.

"That is because we are of same age," said Ru Shi. Chang smiled and told her to order. Ru Shi nodded and told him that she wanted to eat Roasted chicken, fried rice and steamed buns. Chang was surprised but at the same time understood that girl had no meal since morning or lunch.

He called for a waiter and told him the order. As the waiter walked away from there, Chang looked at Ru Shi. "Till our dinner will be prepared let's talk about the case," said Chang t which Ru Shi nodded. 

"The man we are going to fight is not some easy going man. He is quite powerful," said Chang with a slight smile.

"I know. That is why most of the lawyers refused to fight for my case," said Ru Shi. Chang nodded and asked about her profession.

"I am final year of college. I do part time job near my college," said Ru Shi.

"You live alone?" Chang asked. Ru Shi looked at him and nodded. "My mother died when I was a kid. That bastard killed my dad," muttered Ru Shi with teary eyes.

"I lost a case today. Do you want to know against whom?" Chang questioned. Ru Shi nodded. 

"Against Gan Dewei," answered Chang. "He harassed a woman in the bar but the woman toady changed her statements," muttered Chang and drank the water from the glass which was placed there by the waiter earlier.

"Why she did so?" Ru Shi asked.

"There are many reasons," said Chang and put back the glass on the table. By then their order came and they started eating. Ru Shi was eating too fast when Chang told her to eat slowly. Ru Shi slightly smiled with a nod and then ate slowly. After they were done, Ru Shi thanked him for the meal.

"Get inside. I will drop you home," said Chang.

"It is not needed. I will go myself," muttered Ru Shi.

"Get in. I will drop. I am not going to kidnap you," stated Chang. Ru Shi nodded and then got inside Chang's car. Chang asked the direction from here and drove to her home.

Xian and Mishi returned to their apartment. Mishi pressed the password on the door and got in, followed by Xian. "I will not come there from tomorrow as hardly work," said Mishi while opening her heels. Xian put his shoes and Mishi's heels in the rack. 

"This is not good. I did work," said Xian while walking with her towards their bedroom. 

"No, you were not. You were looking at me most of the time," stated Mishi and sat on the bed by lying down on it. Xian smiled and went inside the washroom. After 10 minutes when he came outside from the washroom he saw Mishi had closed her eyes. He put the towel on the chair there and sat beside her. 

Caressing her head he leaned and kissed on her forehead. "Xian, when will we get our memories?" Mishi asked and then opened her eyes. Xian was resting himself by the support of his right elbow and from the other hand was holding Mishi's hand.

"I do not know. Let's make new memories together by then," said Xian with a smile and again leaned closer to her. Stroking her hairs he bent down to kiss on her rosy, succulent lips. Mishi kissed him back and both were smiling while kissing each other. Xian teased her by kissing and then retreating back when Mishi was going to respond.

Mishi grabbed Xian's t- shirt thus pulling him towards her to kiss him back. Their playing kisses turned wild. Mishi got on top of him, pushing him onto the bed and kept kissing him but then Xian flipped her, thus her back touched the mattress.

He kissed down her jaw line and then raised himself a bit to look at her. "I think I should stop," whispered Xian to which Mishi refused that made Xian startled. 

Mishi then put her hands on Xian's back and pulled off his t-shirt upwards. Xian did the same and pulled off his t-shirt. A red blush appeared on Mishi's cheeks. Xian then leaned to her and then gently put her hand on her stomach. Mishi's heartbeats were raised just by his touch. He then pulled off her cream coloured top and threw it off. 

Mishi turned her face away when Xian put his index finger under chin. "Do not avert your gaze," said Xian in a low, deep voice. He then kissed her, this time more passionately. Mishi's hands were moving on his solid arms. They both were lost into each other when the doorbell rang. 

Xian was not ready to leave Mishi, neither was she when the bell again rang. Xian parted his lips from her and said, "Who is this disturbing us?" Mishi smiled seeing her anger and told him to get up from her. Xian did so and then wore the t- shirt quickly as the bell rang for the third time. He walked out of the bedroom to open the door.

As Xian opened the door he was not surprised to Lan Zhan. "I knew only you can disturb us," murmured Xian.

Lan Zhan caught his words and slightly laughed. "Sorry, bro but it was urgent. You can do that later too," said Lan Zhan and got inside, followed by Lau Lan.

Xian closed the door and went after them to the living room. "What happened that you two have to come here?" Xian asked.

"We got to know about something which is not good news at all," said Lan Zhan.

"What?" Xian asked. 

"Chang is after a case which can endanger his life," muttered Lan Zhan.

"What?" Xian mumbled.

"Yes. He was fighting against the case of District Chief inspector's son. So, I have to come here as I want Mishi to stop him as he will not listen to me," muttered Lan Zhan.
