The Revenge Turned To Love

Mark took Mishi and Samuel to the police station where everyone was waiting for them. As they walked in, Samuel saw his mother and ran to her. "Mommy," the kid said and hugged her tightly. "Mommy, I was scared," said Samuel to Liam. Xian clenched his fist tightly when Mishi grabbed his hand. 

"I am not your mother. You will stay with them from today onward," said Noh Liam with a neutral face and pushed Sam off. This made Xian furious and he shouted at Liam. "How dare you push him?" He then carried Sam in his arms and stroked his hair. "Will you stay with us?" Xian asked Sam. 

"I want Mommy," Sam said with teary eyes and then turned to look at Liam who was not looking at him. Seeing this Sam started weeping. Chang went to Xian and whispered in his ear something. Mishi came forward and pacified Sam. Hearing his cries everyone was in tears except Noh Liam and Gu Pang. 

"Sam, do not cry. I will also cry if you will also," said Xian, looking into Sam's innocent eyes. Sam stopped crying and then in a meek voice told Xian that he wanted his Mommy. Xian looked at Liam and then at Sam. He caressed his back and asked, "Do you want a new mommy?" Sam shook his head in refusal. "I want my mommy," stated Sam, and then looked at Liam. 

Gu Pang gestured to Liam when she looked at Sam and walked to him. "I do not want you. You can live with your new parents. I was never your mother," declared Liam. Xian was going to stop Liam when Chang told him not to. 

"Mommy," mumbled Sam and started sobbing. "They will be your new parents. I am not your mother," Liam stressed her last words. Chang stepped forward and told them to sign on the papers and he would submit those papers in court. 

"Where do I have to sign?" Liam questioned. Chang took her to a desk there. He put the papers on the desk and told her where to sign. Liam quickly put the signatures there. Chang told Mishi and Xian the same. After they were done, Chang said, "I will submit the papers today. Then you will be given a date on which you have to show your presence." Both parties nodded. Qu Han warned Gu Pang and Liam not to leave the city till everything is sorted out. They both agreed and left the police station. 

Sam kept on crying when Mishi took him from Xian and took him out of the police station. When Sam did not stop, Mishi acted as if she was crying. Hearing her loud cries, Sam stopped and with his little hands tried putting her hand away from her eyes. "I want to be Sam's mommy but he is crying. So, I will cry too," said Mishi while acting. She then put down Sam on the ground and bent down on her knees. 

Sam put his hands on Mishi's cheeks and said, "Do not cry." Mishi put down her palms and asked him if he will call her mommy. Sam nodded. "So, I am your mother from today onwards and your father is-" 

"I am your father," said Xian, thus completing the words of Mishi. He then bent on his knees and ruffled Sam's hair. "Little champ, you should call me dad from now on," stated Xian with a smile. He then took out his handkerchief from the pocket and wiped off his cheeks. "I do not like when my child cries," said Xian while wiping Sam's cheeks. Chang, Mark and Lan Zhan came there.

"Sam we three are your uncles: Chang uncle and Mark uncle. I am Lan Zhan- call me Zhan uncle," said Lan Zhan with a smile and then gave him a chocolate. Sam smiled when Xian pecked his cheek. The other second he carried him up and ran towards the car.

Zhao and Zhu Rui were in the airport, waiting for their flight to Bali. When the announcement was made, they both looked at each other. "Let's go," said Zhao and then got up from the chair. He grabbed the handle of suitcases and then walked ahead. Zhu Rui followed him. They entered the plane and took their seats. Zhao laid his head back and closed his eyes. 

"Do not stare at me," said Zhao and then tilted his head to look at her. "Why are you smiling?" Zhao asked. 

"Can I not smile?" Zhu Rui questioned. Zhao averted his gaze and said, "People will think you are mad." 

"Let them think. I am looking at my husband," replied Zhu Rui. An announcement was made to fasten the seat-belts. Zhu Rui leaned back on her seat. From an air hostess, Zhu Rui asked for a wine and a meal. She was provided with that and she started eating. Zhao opened his eyes and looked at her. 

"You ate an hour ago," said Zhao and slightly laughed. 

Zhu Rui put the spoon in front of his mouth. "Taste it," said Zhu Rui. Zhao refused. Zhu Rui pulled her hand back and continued eating. She drank the wine when Zhao said, "Do not get drunk because I hate drunkards."

"Why would I be drunk?" murmured Zhu Rui and sipped it again. Once she was done eating, she closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep. She saw a dream where Zhao was kissing her and she screamed. The people in the plane looked at her, so was Zhao. 

She opened her eyes and saw an air hostess was coming towards her. "Are you fine, miss?" asked the air hostess. 

"Uh-hmm. Sorry, I was dreaming about something," said Zhu Rui and then looked at Zhao who was glaring at her. The air hostess told her to relax. Zhu Rui gave a nod and again apologized. "16 hours flight is going to be tiring. Why did mom and dad decide for this place?" mumbled Zhao and furrowed his eyebrows. 

"I chose this destination for us. I want our honeymoon to be memorable," asserted Zhu Rui. She was smiling brightly which made Zhao worried. "Are you planning something?" Zhao asked suspiciously. 

"What?" Zhu Rui exclaimed. 

"You planned this honeymoon which clearly shows you have planned something. Do you want to get that close to me? I wonder how you do that. You are so desperate to be loved by your husband," muttered Zhao and slightly laughed. 

The smile on Zhu Rui's face disappeared upon hearing those words of Zhao. Her eyes got teary and she turned her head away. Zhao realized he said something bad so he apologized but Zhu Rui did not give reply to him. 

"Why am I feeling bad now?" wondered Zhao, looking at Zhu Rui who had turned her face away from him. He raised her hand and then put it over Zhu Rui's hand. She looked at him confusedly. "What are you doing?" Zhu Rui questioned and jerked off his hand. 

"Huh? You are unbelievable. I was showing- never mind," said Zhao and took back his hand. "Now, do not disturb me. I will now wake up when we will be in Bali," muttered Zhao and closed his eyes. In the late-night, near about 2 am, Zhao's sleep broke as he felt someone's head on his shoulder. He gradually opened his eyes and saw Zhu Rui's head was rested on his shoulder. Using his index finger, he pushed her away. He closed his eyes when Zhu Rui's head again rested on his shoulder. This time he did not do anything as he was getting sleepy.

In the early morning, the announcement was made that they were in Bali and they were told to fasten their seatbelts again as the plane was landing. Zhao looked at Zhu Rui who was still sleeping so he did not disturb her and fastened the seat belt around her. After they were landed at Bali airport, Zhao woke Zhu Rui up. "We have reached. Let's go," said Zhao and got up from the seat. 

Zhu Rui looked around and saw people were going out. She helped Zhao in taking out the suitcases and they then walked out. As they came out of the airport, Zhao booked a taxi and they went to the hotel that was booked for them. 

Zhu Rui was looking out of the window as Bali's natural beauty was mesmerizing. "Please close the window as I am getting cold," said Zhao. Zhu Rui pulled up a face and closed the window. She took out her phone and looked up for the places that she had decided a long ago. She was smiling looking at the places when her phone started ringing. She answered the call. 

"Hello, Mom. Yes, we safely landed. Zhao and I are in the taxi. We are going to the hotel. Oh, Zhao did not answer?" she looked at Zhao who was playing a game on his mobile. "Yes, I will call you once we will check in there. Okay, bye," saying this Zhu Rui cut the call and told Zhao to call mother when they would check-in the hotel. Zhao did not give any response to her.
