The Revenge Turned To Love

Xian reached home along with Mishi when his mother, Biyu got worried seeing Mishi in Xian's arms. "What happened to her?" Biyu asked worriedly.

"She is tired," Xian stated. 

"Take her to the bedroom. I will bring something to eat," Biyu said and went to the kitchen. Xian went upstairs to his bedroom. Putting Mishi gently on the bed, he removed her heels and put the blanket over her. He stroked her hair when Biyu came there with a tray in her hand. Xian helped her out and put the tray on the table. 

"How is Sam? Did he miss us?" Xian asked her. 

"He is fine. Right now he is with Yin and Xia. I saw the news. It must be tough for and Mark. He called me a few minutes, telling everything is now getting normal," Biyu said in a damped voice. 

"Yes, mom. Mishi saved me again. I was going to be replaced from CEO position by the stakeholders. For a second, my entire world turned upside down. Mark and I worked hard for Maximus but those did not see that. But now everything is fine. You should take rest too," stated Xian. Biyu nodded and after looking at Mishi, she left the room. 

Xian went to Mishi and sat beside her. He caressed her head lovingly and waited for her to wake up. 20 minutes later she woke up and found herself in their bedroom. "Xian," she called him. Xian stroke her hair. "You scared me," Xian said softly. Mishi sat up on the bed when Xian told her that she should eat something. 

Mishi nodded when Xian went to the table near the couch and picked the tray up. "I think it got cold. I am coming in a while," said Xian and walked out of the room. Oppositely, Mishi went to the washroom to freshen up. She came out after ten minutes, wiping her face from the towel. By then Xian too came there. 

He told her to sit on the couch. Mishi smiled and did so. Xian served the meal to her when Mishi told him to open the mouth. "Why?" Xian asked. 

"Because you have not eaten anything since the morning," asserted Mishi. 

"But I want you to eat first," stated Xian. "Now, eat," he said. Mishi smiled and took the first morsel of the meal. She then forwarded the spoon towards Xian. "Open your mouth," she said. Xian did so while Mishi continued spoon feeding him. "Now, you should eat. I will eat from my plate," Xian said.

"I heard eating in the same plate grows the love," said Mishi.

"Really? Where did you read this lovely line?" Xian queried her. 

"My dad told me," Mishi replied him. Xian smiled upon hearing the response. "But we are eating with the same spoon. Then it means our love will grow manifolds," Xian huskily whispered. Mishi smiled and nodded. The two continue eating. 

"I am coming after washing them," Mishi told Xian when Xian grabbed her both wrists and stopped her. "You do not need to tire yourself. I will take them later. You should take a good rest," Xian pronounced. 

"I dozed off earlier. Sam must be missing me. What about Mark, Li Wei and Yuwan? Are they still working?" Mishi asked him. 

"Hmm. They are in the office. Sam is with her aunts- Yin and Xia. Do not worry about him," said Xian and wiped off Mishi's mouth from the tissue. 

"Xia is here?" Mishi exclaimed in surprise. Xian shook his head and then leaned closer to her. Resting his chin on Mishi's shoulder he said, "You saved me again. You are an angel to me." 

He then leaned back and looked into Mishi's eyes. "But the model proposed and prepared by your team. Don't give me the share," Mishi said. 

"Btw, Xian there is something I want to tell you," Mishi told him. "Hu Shen is behind all this. I had found about this long ago but I do not want to make you worry. Sorry, for lying to you," Mishi asserted. 

"How dare he? But-" he paused in the middle. 

"Xian, he wanted me to go to him for turning things right back at the track," Mishi further added. 

"What?" Xian exclaimed and got angry. "When did he say such things to you? Tell me. I won't spare him," Xian said angrily. 

"Calm down, Xian. I met him in the noon. Lan Zhan was also there so everything was fine. Forgive me for not telling you way earlier. Promise me you won't do anything," stated Mishi.

"Mishi, you want me to spare the man who was eyeing my woman?" Xian questioned him. 

"That's because my Xian knows to forgive people. Moreover, I do not have any evidence against him so it won't be wise to do things this way. You see how Bai avenged us and I am still scared of such things," asserted Mishi.

"Mishi, Bai and he are different cases. I cannot let him go after he had done so much damage. Do not worry. I won't take any such step which can endanger the safety of our loved ones but I think we should talk things out with him face to face," Xian proclaimed and searched for the response in Mishi's eyes. 

"But I told him not to ever call me," stated Mishi.

"You did good but I want to meet him because I cannot let him go that easily. Let's talk things out with him tomorrow. He might do things like this again to separate us and I don't want that," Xian stated. 

"Okay," Mishi agreed with him. 

Xian kissed her lips gently, and almost pulled away when Mishi grabbed his collars. She moved her lips onto his when a faint smile appeared on Xian's lips. He too moved his lips, synchronously with Mishi's. They pulled away from each other as they felt the urgency of air. 

Xian embraced her in his warm hug and kept caressing her hair while Mishi snuggled closer to his chest.
