"You can't leave me, Nurhan." I tightened our hug while sobbing. "How am I supposed to live without you? You're my pillar of strength!"

I could not even see anymore as my eyes were too blurry with tears. His scent, his touch, his encouraging words, his voice. I could not imagine life without Nurhan.

"It's been awhile, my love.." Nurhan patted my back. "Since I saw you last cried."

I weeped until I was exhausted. I lost my energy. There was no more strength in me. Nurhan continued to pat on my back.

"You have to be strong, Natasha. I'm always here, in your heart and mind." Nurhan released our hug and wiped my tears.

My tears continued to roll down despite Nurhan's actions. I could not even talk. I was too devastated.

He cupped my face and looked me into the eyes. "When you love someone, it is something you give without receiving it back. That is love. What's your definition of love, Natasha?"

I did not answer. Instead, I was still shedding tears.

"Sweetheart, do you like me, have affection for me or do you love me?" Nurhan asked me.

My sobbing made Nurhan's eyes blurred with tears. He was also trying to be strong, but he failed. In the end, he pulled me into his embrace tightly once again.
