The Secret to Picking Up Girls

The eighty-one kicks arrived almost instantaneously, their speed so great that they left a trail of afterimages in the air. It was simply too fast. To Gu Jie, it looked like a series of blurry white phantoms flickering before his eyes.

“Bang! Bang!…” With a few sounds, Gu Jie’s expression changed. He quickly reached out, forming fists to block, but he still failed to catch the last kick. He was struck in the chest, grunted, and flew horizontally outwards.

Gu Jie quickly flew back, his body still in mid-air, his fists continuously striking out at Zhang Yuze. Streams of black energy rapidly shot out, smashing towards Zhang Yuze.

Zhang Yuze was shocked. With a “whoosh!” his body rapidly spun in place and flew up.

“Boom! Boom! Boom!” The ground beneath Zhang Yuze exploded. Mud and dust flew everywhere, filling the sky. The next second, Zhang Yuze’s body appeared in another corner.

Suddenly, a black shadow flickered before Zhang Yuze. Gu Jie had appeared on the other side of Zhang Yuze at some unknown time, his fist smashing towards Zhang Yuze's body like lightning. This was too sudden, and Zhang Yuze was caught off guard, struck in the chest, and a mouthful of blood surged to his lips. Zhang Yuze grabbed his arm and slammed his entire body into the ground like a human club.

“Boom!” The ground cracked and caved in.

With a flick to the right, another loud boom echoed as a large pit was smashed out. The ground vibrated under the force of the continuous impacts, constantly cracking apart.

After smashing several large pits, Zhang Yuze flung him violently against the wall to the side.

“Bang! Bang!” A human-shaped hole instantly appeared.

With a roar of fury, Gu Jie, his clothes tattered and covered in dust, looking utterly disheveled, burst out of the hole, his face filled with rage.

“You have angered me! I will make you die!” Gu Jie wrapped his hands around himself, and streams of black energy appeared from all directions, rapidly gathering in his hands. It was an extremely powerful and chilling aura.

Sensing the surging energy erupting from Gu Jie’s body, Zhang Yuze’s expression gradually became serious.

The Damascus blade appeared in Zhang Yuze’s hand. Facing Gu Jie, who was gathering power, Zhang Yuze activated his Gale Ability and charged straight towards him.

Gu Jie saw Zhang Yuze’s actions and smiled cruelly, pushing the black energy ball in his hand towards Zhang Yuze.

“Hiss! Hiss!” An overwhelming black whirlwind swept towards Zhang Yuze from the air. No one would doubt the destructive power of that terrifying black whirlwind.

Holding the Damascus blade, Zhang Yuze faced the oncoming black whirlwind. He slashed a cross, one horizontal and one vertical.

“Shua! Shua!” Two silver lights flashed, and the sounds of splitting and tearing echoed in mid-air as the black whirlwind was split apart. Zhang Yuze broke out of the black mist and charged straight towards Gu Jie.

Gu Jie was greatly surprised, seemingly developing a hint of apprehension towards the Damascus blade in Zhang Yuze’s hand. A black light flashed in his hand, and a protective energy shield blocked him.
