This group of SWAT and obviously very unusual, completely ignoring civilian casualties, as if the price of another fight was acceptable as long as they could kill the two people in front of them.

This behavior was unbearable for Steve and was about to stop when Bucky shouted, "They won't stop, tying their hands will only cause more casualties, we must flee now!"

Steve hesitated, but eventually chose to escape with Bucky, only they changed their course of action, and instead of running in the crowded urban areas of the net, they went for some remote corners. This certainly made it a lot harder for them to escape, but it effectively prevented more casualties.

"Bucky, what the hell is going on!" Steve gasped, being a genetically enhanced superhuman running like this, you can imagine how dire the situation just was.

"I don't know, someone somehow tried to try and brainwash me a few hours ago, but I fought it off, thanks to your friend!" Bucky sat paralyzed and had no strength. Although both were also genetically enhanced, he was much less strong than Steve.

"The UN has been invaded?" Steve speculated.

Bucky shook his head, then said, "No way, the UN government is very heavily guarded right now, and the people attacking us are regular soldiers, there can't be undercover agents!"

As Bucky and Steve discuss what to do, the entire city is thrown into chaos, the government that was protecting the people, and the police are firing indiscriminately in the city, not caring about civilian casualties, as if they will do whatever it takes to catch some people.

This situation left many people baffled, but still the first order was given to stop the group. The result was surprising, as soon as the people who had just been wreaking havoc in the city saw the same people walking over, they immediately lowered their weapons. It was as if nothing had happened when they asked them about the situation, which made everyone a little confused.

"I want to know what happened!" An officer in charge slammed the report in his hands on the table and yelled at his men.

"Is it hypnosis? Or has someone morphed into our likeness?" The subordinate on the other side speculated carefully.

But immediately a voice retorted, "Not really! There was no hypnosis, and nothing different was found, neither psychological nor genetic testing."

"Only,"

"Just what?" That got everyone's attention at once.

"Something seems to have changed in their minds!" After hesitating for a moment, he eventually reported it truthfully.

Chapter 211 - The Battle Begins!

"I knew you were here~!" Natasha came over in her battle suit, looking slightly out of place at Bucky.

"What are you doing over here!" Steve smiled when he saw Natasha walk in. Because of the agreement those of them who hadn't signed the Scovia agreement needed to keep a low profile for a while, and even Barton had chosen to go straight to a life of seclusion for a while.

Well! It was because the busy life of a secret agent made Barton want to take some time off, and it just so happened that this Scovia thing happened, so Barton simply took some time to spend with his family.

Unlike Natasha, Barton wasn't going to be hypocritical with the politicians, so there were only two paths in front of him, one was to sell his life for those people! Barton, on the other hand, chose the other option, which was to return home and live a secluded life.

Of course, even then there were still people trying to monitor Barton's whereabouts, but not so much as to affect Barton's life, only to prevent Barton from secretly carrying out his mission. They weren't even sure where Barton was now, they were only able to gather some information.

"We have a job to do!" Natasha motioned to Steve for the papers in her hand and then spoke.

"Something to do with what I'm doing?" Bucky opened his mouth to inquire.

"I suppose so! Not long ago Tony found out the message, Ultron was dead, and Chang Man took out the last of Ultron's body! But Ultron's plan didn't stop, Chang Man just stopped the destruction of the Earth!" Natasha handed the file to Steve and said.

Steve took the file, looked at it twice, and then asked Natasha, "Will he do it?"

"No! He won't! He said if he did anything it would cause a lot of bad things. The nature of this matter is serious, and it has to do with the government, which he hates." Natasha shook her head, then sighed long and hard!

She hadn't really thought about how anyone would actually work with Ultron, and many governments at that! It gave Natasha a sense of frustration, wondering what she was doing in her many crises!

"What does it feel like to be betrayed by the country you're defending?" Bucky and Steve looked at the file together, then with an ugly grin on their faces, questioned the two men.

Steve closed the file very calmly and then said, "That's only a very small percentage of the population! We need to stop him!"

Steve's heart remained unshaken, and even though the data showed plenty of evidence of collusion between the government and Ultron, Steve still trusted his own judgment.

Even if everything the information says is true, even if the government of his own country remains the same, then he will continue to fight until everything changes! Not to mention the fact that the data is only a portion of the population!

"What should we do now! It's not one country, it's too broad to cover!" Bucky looked at Steve's face and felt a slight headache, but what had been trepidation had finally calmed down and even sparked a little fight!

Sure enough, this is Captain America's personality!

Looking at a determined Steve, Bucky couldn't help but say in his mind.

"What's Tony doing now?" Instead of answering Bucky's words, Steve continued to question Natasha.

"Eliminate the terrorists! You know Ultron unites more than just the military and the government!" Natasha replied casually, while deciding what to think!

"Gather the troops! Let's start with the cops we met earlier! I always thought it was a major breakthrough!" After careful consideration, Steve made a snap decision and gave the order!

"Tony and Roddy are so busy right now that Barton can't reach them! We are seriously understaffed right now!" Natasha reports back to Steve with a very bad situation.

It's a very weak time for the reunion to say the least, Hulk's whereabouts are unknown and Thor is not on Earth. The only strong fighting force, Chang Man, isn't doing anything, and it's really hard to do anything effective with just these current guys!

"Contact as many as you can!" Steve sighed, then said.

"How about this plan of yours plus me!" In the dark corner, Black Panther slowly emerges!

"Prince no! His Majesty the King!" Natasha shouted in slight surprise.

"Jarvis! How many steel soldiers are left!" Tony questioned Jarvis as he fired his palm cannon rapidly.

"Sir, the Steel Soldiers are suffering high losses, I suggest an immediate retreat! We should ask for help!" Jarvis' voice sounded in Tony's ear, but Tony trailed off, not saying anything.

In fact it wasn't that he didn't want to get reinforcements, nor was it that he was deliberately trying to be a hero by coming here alone to fight against thousands of heavily armed terrorists covered in high tech everywhere, it was that now he couldn't find any help.

On the military side, Tony had tried to report it, but no one answered, as if Tony had made a fake call. As for Rose's side, he actually questioned why Tony had acted without permission. As for the Avengers, they had other things to do.

"This Ultron kid can be a real punk! I can't believe I'm giving away my skills all over the world!" Another huge energy cannon! Tony took out a terrorist in a steel suit, and even though his suit was crude and didn't even have a very good energy system, it still caused Tony a lot of trouble as a cannon fodder.

And robots like this one were pretty much everywhere on this battlefield! Only to be divided into two forces are waging a war.

The one who fell to the bottom was naturally Tony's Iron Legion. At first, Ultron had taken away many of them, but the related manufacturing equipment was still there, so Tony originally wanted to use these soldiers to fight against the Iron Soldiers abducted by Ultron, but it didn't work out.

In fact, he wanted to use them, but Zhang Wen prevented him from doing so. After all, compared to Ultron's overwhelming legions, Tony's steel legions were too small in number to be of any use at all! Might as well save it for protecting civilians though it's useless when it comes to protecting civilians.

In terms of technology, Tony's Iron Legion was a century higher than the opposite side, but swinging to combat was still not a good idea! Even if Tony's Iron Legion was well built and perfect! But the number is a big problem, if not taken away by the Ultron abduction then the pair may still have a fighting chance, as for now defeat is only a matter of time!

"I'll make more next time!" Tony punched the helmet of one of the men next to him, gasping for breath as he did so.

"The plan is saved, do you need to use the optimized version of the second generation?" Jarvis's voice came through!

Tony, however, ignored it, staring at the retreating battlefield not far away for a moment, and said to Jarvis, "Activate Veronica!"

"Jarvis, you know what? I really miss the days when Hulk was around!"

Chapter 212 - The Purple Man

Steve's side didn't contact Barton, he seems to have shut down his communication facilities, which makes Steve a little worried, but now Steve couldn't care less about Barton as there are more serious matters waiting for him.

But the good news is that Black Panther has joined in, and he wants to avenge his father's death! To this, Steve was quick to oblige. Although there was an extra person, it wasn't much help to Steve's group, after all, what they were doing was very troublesome.

However, Zhang Wen had assigned them a helper, only this helper had come a little late, and Steve and the others had already set off!
